Has it occurred to anyone that some states may be able to pay 50K as min wage whilst others can only afford 25K? Several factors determine this and this is how a federation of states actually operates. These idiots struggled with 18K, owing several months or paying percentages in some instances, how do we assume this 30K fiasco will end?
