I am dying in silence

I discovered that I had pile during my secondary School days (2014). I didn't even know this has been on me for long, until I went to defecate with a friend of mine in the bush. Immediately he saw that red flesh coming out on my anus. He shouted "What is this!!". That was when I knew I had PILE.

I told my mum about this. She said she noticed something like that from the day I was given birth to. She said, she didn't keep quiet, and she asked the nurses what was in my anus. The nurses replied that, "it is normal" That it will still leave there. Now, I am in my twenties. This thing is now paining me seriously. In fact , I can't defecate easily.

Please, nurses and doctors in the house, come to my aid.

Note: I noticed that, I ejaculate within 3 to 4 mins during sex. I don't know maybe it's because of the pile?

Also, I have used and inserted some drugs (Anosoid or so, I can't really remember it spelling) recommended by a general hospital doctor yet, this thing is still stubborn. I have also visited Alagbo (herbal). In fact, The money wasted can't just be mentioned.

This night, I discovered the that its now out itself. Since all these while, it has been in, I only feel or see it while defecating.

I can't just imagine what people have been saying. like, "I wont be able to impregnate a lady" and all sorts of things like that.

Pls, help your boy.

I will appreciate all comments, remedy, solution, cure etc just to get this out of my anus.

At 2016, I was gotten an HP, Intel. I upgraded it to 4gb ram. Till date, I am still using it. neat and very strong

Having a laptop as an undergraduate can be the best thing so far. Forget about the Yahoo Yahoo of a thing. There are lots of advantages than what many use it for this days. Larger space to store your files, tutorials and for presentation.

After a year when I got my laptop, I was using it to watch movies, browse and lot more, as soon as I gained admission into the university, things changed. I have been using it to develop myself. watching tones of programming tutorials, designing and developing website. After some time, I just had to drop web site development and fully base on Data Science. Yeah, my laptop is still there for me.

Just figure out what u want to use it for and don't let it waste your time. You will see many undergraduate using all their precious time to watch movie 24/7. This is not what it's meant for.

The laptop is there to help u automate your boring tasks.

Descriptive/Explorative analysis
You need to master these skills
Excel,PowerBI,Tableau,Pandas,SQL,

Predictive analysis
This is where machine learning,deep learning and NLP comes in.This forms the real basics of AI.

Both are under data science. However its advisable to have those skills set under both so you have edge.If you are just doing machine learning without knowing any visualization tools or excel it's just you playing around.

In my 2nd year in 2011, a guy whom I thought is my friend and a lady planned between themselves to soil my name because I have been writing project software for computer science final year students and making money.
The lady just walked up to me and said I stole her laptop charger, I felt like slapping her but I controlled my emotions. I went ahead to report her to school security and they came to arrest her.
During interrogation, she mentioned this my guy as her witness and the guy was summoned. I was dumbfounded when the guy said I will be the one that stole the charger because I and the lady is the only one in our class using the same charger.
Immediately tear started rolling down from my eyes and I told the guy to remember all what I have done for him (I fed him every evening for over 2 months, taught him how to develop software
