Any solution given to you about pile must start showing positive effect within 24hrs. This is from my wife to you because she cured someone with it. Sorry bro, I had my own cured in winners chapel rumodomaya PH. I had pile since my childhood. I was stooling blood for more than 30 years. I normally cure it by licking 3 pieces of oranges per day and chew the inside of the oranges. But now its no more there

Go to a pharmacy, ask them to give you 'Scheriproct suppository' like 10 tabs.It has a different mechanism of action from annusol.
Insert 1 every night for 2 weeks.
If it doesn't improve,go see a general surgeon.

I am not one to reply on threads but I couldn't be silent on this one because of you and many others who might have the same problem. I suffered form anal fissure and pile for more than 3 years.
1. Please don't die in silence. It is difficult finding a lasting solution when you talk out, how much more when you are silent.
2. Ignore herbal remedies. I tried several ones. Too many to count.
2. Without delay, the remedies for pile encompass different strategies that I will list out.
a. Change in style: Ensure you each food rich in fibre. Drink a lot of water. Go to the toilet when you feel pressed, don't delay. You can also take cod liver oil to soften your stool during this period.
b. Have a hot sitz-bath. I mean you should sit of steam (not too hot oo) to massage your buttocks and shrink it. You can also add a little dettol to disinfect cos I know your buttock can be messy with blood during this period.
b. Exercise: Don't sit for too long during this period and be observant when you are getting uncomfortable. At a time, I sat on the pile and I almost died from the pain. There are some yoga poses that help strengthens the muscles in your buttock area (which I didn't try).
c. Drugs
i) Anusol ( and similar anal drugs) are mostly palliatives. They won't cure pile. Anusol will make defecating easier and might help push the pile in for some time. But you still have to keep using it, to ease you.
ii) Pain relievers: You may have to use them but don't get used to them. Some of them also have bad side effects for e,g. I started having chest pain after using a drug for so long.
d. Surgery:
You will want to visit a specialist in this area. e.g gastroenterologist or a proctologist.
For a general idea, there are recommendations
1. Leave it like that, it will go in. Don't take this solution if your pile is external cos it will go in for a while and return maybe another year. Back to square one. I suffered from my pile for almost 3 years before I decided I wasn't taking it anymore.
2. Rubber band ligation: This is one of the most tried and trusted methods for internal haemorrhoids(piles). It can also be used for external pile if done well. I actually used this method myself and my pile has not sufficed since then.
I mean placing a small elastic band around the base of the haemorrhoid.
3. Other methods include laser or infrared coagulation and sclerotherapy.

Rubber band ligation has proven itself and is effective in preventing a recurrence. So it is your best bet.
In summary, Tie that shit and strangle it till it cuts off.

PS: I am not a Dr. These are just information I gathered over the years from suffering and conquering pile. E go better.

Chai, I understand u feel right now, bcs I was in that situation around 2013 or there about. Op u can only get solution from those that have suffered same with u.
When it started, I took some medication all to no avail. It was one pastor that owns a pharmacy that advice me to use herbal, infact he recommended one herbalist for me.
My dear brother, I met the herbalist, he gave me one herbs in a liter bottle. After like 1 week I started seen the effect, the second week all was a history.

I dont know how to get this medicine to you.. there is this herb I and my mum have been using to cure pile since 2007.. to be Frank it really works like magic... but what I dont know is this your case that is from child birth .. but it has worked for many of different years duration..some have been booked for operation before we got to meet

. I share in ur pain. My wife had similar problem with pile. What she used dat made her own disappear was just lemon. Lemon has anti inflammatory properties which helped to heal her pile. She squeezes it into a cup of hot water and takes it first thing in d morning and last thing in d night. Over a period of time the pile shrank and disappeared. Just lemon. No sugar. No nothing. And avoid eating things with too much fat or oil. U may want to try it out. Best of luck.

Thanks to you all NAIRALANDER. Your comments and remedies did a lot to me. I posted this topic on the 18th of December, 2019 and today is 15th of March, 2020. Less than 2months plus about How I was dying of Pile.

What I did and used are:

This is the summary of the all the solutions posted here. This will save you the stress of going through the comments page by page. Pls and pls, don't call any phone Number here. Don't even call me too!. I am a living wittness, I had a chronic pile and now, it's a story.

DRUGS:
1. Drink squeeze Bitter leave every morning and evening. Drink it in the morning bfor taking any food.
2. Buy Daflon 500g. It cost #1500 and it's 15 pills. Take one pill every morning and night. Pls, be careful cos the drug is very hard or should I say heavy.
3. Get Anusol, freeze it. Insert it into your anus after defecating in the morning.
4. Get One Chinese drug I ordered from Jumia. I bought it the #2500 but due to high order of it, the price has increased. Image of the drug attached below. It looks like close up, no English written on it. Had to follow the steps on how to use it on the description. But, the step is simply. Just use it to rob the surface of the pile externally. At first, when you rob it, it will be cool just as if you entered Air conditioner . The drug is very powerful too.
5. I will keep modifying the post whenever I remember any other drugs or remedy. But, these are the ones I used on daily basis.

Below are the foods/drinks to avoid.

1. Pls, and pls avoid anything called sugar
2. Avoid any food made with groundnut oil
3. Rice and starchy food should be few. like once in two weeks.
4. Semovita, Bread and Garri should not be in your store. (Run from these foods)
5. Grounded Pepper should be taken little or not at all sef.
6. Avoid baked or processed food like biscuits, breed, etc
7. Take enough water instead of soft drinks like Coke or Pepsi.

Foods to eat:

1. Eat more of vegetables soup
2. Take alot of fruits like Orange, water Mellon and carrots. I didn't mention Pine apple nor sugar cane.
3. Take beans regularly.
4. Most importantly, take water alot, I mean drink like 2 glasses cup of water every 20 to 30mins. And urinate very well too.
