Shey you don cook finis abi na for kitchen we go chop? |
A very Interesting and Strong Character on NL. While reading his posts, you'll actually experience a sort of subconscious feeling like "Agent Smith" was talking to you! |
Yes |
anunaki:Even 1979 mercedes 180? |
You guys dey even talk about initial argument. Check this out - it happened to my friend when we were in school (Uni). On one very lovely afternoon, he was walking with a friend when absolutely out of nowhere, this chick just popped out, grabbed his shirt and landed him two better slaps while yelling at him (ie enough public attention). As he managed to recover his vision, he actually realised that he had never seen this chick in his entire life. The next thing he saw were her friends running towards him and this chick, screaming "he's not the guy! The guy's ahead and must have gone!" He didn't even say anything throughout. Come see begging by the girl and her friends, although some people around were really mad. But remember, I told you he's my friend and being a fellow Gentleman, he only told the girl to go; he had forgiven her. |
No! Except of course, he opts to strictly adhere to MDG no. 3 ![]() from Ogugua88 If one is willing to swallow the fufu hot, be willing to take the scalding on the throat as well.O boy see proverb! |
Pls Can the magic number be an international number? |
If this alliance wants to put up a fight that is worthwhile with the PDP, they have to field Ribadu as their candidate; he is much popular with more people across the country than Buhari. So is ACN more popular than CPC. |
Epic - M.I |
My Sister! Na different kind tori I dey see everyday for NL o! |
So that's how they intend to keep on imposing their own candidates on Nigerians. Okay o! |
@Cold Very revealing. I never knew up to half of those facts up there, but from even the little I knew about this buhari, I never considered him a candidate (as usual). The fact remains that he will Never smell the Presidency of this Nation. Now there is news that he may form an alliance with his 2nd in command in overwhelming failures - atiku. They will only make real big old fools of their desperate frustrated selves! |

dav.e8108@gmail.com Pls two novels and one motivational Thanks |
Quote from Jarus Much as I agree the primary was better than the past ones, there are still a few questions: 1 , Why were the ballot boxes arranged state-by-state? To now which state voted for who, and be able to punish anti-GEJ states 2 , Why were the delegates 'quarantined' on the eve of the election, denying them access/temptation by Atiku? 3 , GEJ's team has not denied the dollar-bribery allegation on the eve of the election, so daring that it affected exchange rate that day? I'm not an Atiku fan, in fact, if I was a delegate I'll vote for GEJ ahead of him, but the playing ground was far from being level. We even read that the removal of Nwodo was because he was sympathetic to Atiku.Oga Jarus, there are some things some people post here that are a little surprising. I don't know whether you know Northerners well, and also the Northern part of Nigeria. This allegation of 'arm-twisting' of Governors just sounds absurd. If the Northern man really had it in his mind not to vote for GEJ in that Primary election, in fact, he would even gain more by voting his fellow Northerner, (a renowned corrupt one at that - atiku); besides it's just 4 months to the end of GEJ's inherited tenure. Secondly, even observing from afar, you should have noticed that Naturally, there'd have been no way in hell atiku would have taken certain Northern States eg Plateau, Benue, Taraba, Kogi, Kaduna and it sounds funny, even Adamawa! If indeed GEJ did anything there, he just wasted resources. So all these rumours of different sorts flying (may be true or not) will not carry much weight. Besides if you go to the streets, most people have already made up their minds to vote GEJ, a smaller percentage shared b/w Ribadu and Buhari. |
On the ground here in Naija (KD), from my little survey, at least 70% of individuals have been shown to have intention of voting for GEJ in April. All those gists of Northern protest/riot 'this and that' is just propaganda! KD is very calm and people, most especially the youths are registering at the various centers. The VP also registered here today. Undeniably, everyone has perceived the Change Nigerians have ever been waiting for. It's just by the corner come April! |
I really thank God that Nigerains are now being more and more enlightened - from North to South, East to West- on what's actually happening on ground in the country. And it would actually make you wonder - How on earth did non-entities like atiku and ciroma ever become relevant in the history of this country in the first place? They will surely Fail in all their selfish plans and if not careful, self-destruct. |
I've been in Kd for some weeks and I didn't see or hear of any protest or disturbance. Speaking of texts, the ones I've seen or received are those of congratulatory messages for the PDP candidates and their requests for support. Where's all these sort of news claiming havoc originating from? We need to seriously scrutinize our news/information agencies to avoid unnecessary problems. Any source claiming there are riots in Kd (at least) is just being sympathetic with Atiku. |
Quote from Ziccoit Some people would never be a straight thinker. Go and read a book titled "WHY WE STRUCK" by Ademoyega and you will understand what kind of game people use religion to play.If I may guess what you're trying to say correctly, then that's exactly what I and so many other people on this forum are trying to say also - It simply cannot work in a Secular Country such as Nigeria! I wish you understood what "almost impossible condition" meant. How many people have ever seen you while in the act of fornicating with those girls you branded as your "wives" You shut close and bolt all the available doors that lead to the crime scene. That surely explain the impossibility of you been caught when actually you deserved to be punished. I hope I am clear enough for the straight thinkers. Then that's not a way of life, it becomes a game of "Catch me if you can"; the way of life a person should be between him and his God. I'll quote you again: I wish I could go on and on stating all this entails. Sharia is a muslim as muslim is a Sharia. And you did not answer my first question - How many public officers' arms were cut off in zamfara in the last 12 years? |
Quote from Ziccot Sharia only cut your arm when all evidence point to the fact that you chose to steal in the midst of plenty and comfortability such as embezzling the public fund. You would also be stoned to death when you abandoned your wife for another man's wife with four witnesses attesting to it that you were actually caught in the act ( almost an impossible condition)So how many public officers' arms were cut off in zamfara in the last 12 years? And why make a law for an 'almost impossible condition'? Definitely almost impossible for those who impose it on the impoverished masses who are the vulnerable victims of both crime and punishment. |
So what's going to be the solution? Can members of the public come in to assist? Or do they intend to extend the registration period by a week or two for the Corpers to get a good knowledge of how these machines operate? |
I'm sure if anything like that actually happened, it would be a small group of jobless uneducated and ignorant youths, who were kept that way by the same few elderly goats who would not send their own children and grand children to protest for their selfish interests. So if pdp is voted out of power, and a Southerner wins the election from another party, what will they do about it? Anyways, those making these noises are just a little minority which could be rightly qualified as almajiris. Plus these papers are really blowing these stories out of proportion; or are they part of an atiku's post-primary campaign? |
It's really funny! I've noticed something about the Buhari and Ribadu supporters on this NL. They're just so aggressive and insultive. Pls which of these candidates hasn't got any association with corruption? |
All these caricature newspapers! The Southerners, GEJ Supporters and Patriotic Nigerians are very much around! no vex you hear! |
:d :d |
Quote from Beaf The meeting wasn't covered on radio or video to the best of my knowledge, and if it was, we must ask why in all these years, Buhari has not wheeled out that evidence in his favour. Thats a darn good question, don't you think? If you ask me, it would be in Buhari's favour to burn and destroy every last trace of such evidence.A very good point there. And what happened to the 'Yoruba Journalist'? The least the Buhari that I know, would have done was to take the journalist to court because such 'false' news/allegations would definitely have a devastating effect on his already struggling presidential ambition. But instead, the 'strict disciplinerian's' response was - it's just one journalist who didn't understand Hausa - Abi, these children sef, wey no dey hear word! |
Exactly! When he gets into office and everything's set, we'll see what he has up his sleeves. |
@topic Are you Joking? Describing former President Olusegun Obasanjo as a clueless personality, Akande said that there was no way a former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu, could be compared with Obasanjo.I don't understand, in looks or what? |
^^^ very true |
