Any law enforcement agency can arrest if a crime is committed and then they will handover to the appropriate agency to prosecute after investigation.

Yesterday night an army van came to raid an hotel close to where I work on suspicion that some of the guests/customers are smoking weed and using hard drugs. I told some few people who were with me at the time that the army is not formed to arrest people for drug use but territorial protection etc. That only NDLEA has the right to arrest anyone using hard drugs, not even the police has that right. so I want to know, hope I'm not passing the wrong information to others.

I generate legit bvn easily, but never used them to steal or carry out identity theft. Never!

This is possible because we now have only two independent arms of government in Nigeria. Orders passed, listeners obey.
