I pray we don't concede early sha.

Bissau is the Sao Tome of this group. Stat padding loading for Osimhen. E sure me. Nsue na defender amd e see Hattrick. Then 6-0 loading.

That 9 is very important. We need a striker! Thank God we now have a solid midfield. The like of Umeh, Elisha and Edna should be called up and assessed in friendly matches to determine if they fit in (they will surely). Otu and Mbadi should be given chances too... I'm scared of Ayinde's injury issues lately.
Macleans dey
Blessing Nkor dey
The makeshift don taya me.
These two can fill in imo. But no sign of call up any time soon.
Nothing is exciting me right now than how packed that midfield is.

Ayinde deputy don dey ground anyway. That's the joy. Like i said, we going to miss her alot. Baller.

I believe Randy have learned his lessons, He just came in then even though there was a lot of time for him to do away with the likes of Sluggish Rita Chikwelu and Co… Again Halimatu Ayinde was nursing ACL injury back then when Randy started and she returned going to WAFCON 2022.. He had to make do with Rita Chikwelu, Regina Otu, Amanda Mbadi, Joy Bokiri, Amarachi Okoronkwo, Onyebuchi Goodness and co.. Even Okobi was hardly available then.. But the good thing now is that he already have the likes of Ayinde, Ucheibe, Abeodun, Payne, Echegini etc.

One Mistake he made was delaying in bringing in Ucheibe, even while he was commending her on Twitter during the UEFA Women’s Champions League games (One I remember very well was Benfica vs Chelsea) he spoke good of Ucheibe..

At least he don learn his lessons, if he doesn’t Win WAFCON, qualify for the Olympic and take the team to at least Bronze Medal spot then I can say that he failed because the team is already above 50% Compact!
I really pray he has learnt. He's really familiar with the team and the potential. He will have no Afcon excuse going forward.

Personally, i don dey prepare for when Oshoala and Ayinde will not be getting starting shirts going forward. I'm going to miss Ayinde in particular when she retires. She too sabi. For now, let's see how we'll navigate the Olympics qualifiers and get that ticket. Personnel too full Randy hand right now.

He should sha address that setpieces game. If we qualify, it will be a great addition to our game.

Zaha is overrated... He hasn't made any impact for Ivory Coast since he started playing for them.. thats why it was very easy for them to drop him for another player..
Truth is that countries like Ivory Coast,Senegal, Mali,Morocco, Guinea, Burkina Faso and the other francophone African countries hardly lack talented players due to their relationship with France that makes it easier for migrants from those countries to enter France..Unlike the UK with strict migrant policy...
Also, I say it without apology that France breeds better player than England...
Zaha for club and country vs Simon Moses for club and country.

Abeg There is no argument here pls. You're doing like Simon do much for country. But can he replicate Zaha EPL form? No argument here.

I sha pray we see wingers that are good finishers and teamplayers. Or solely make things happen alll by themselves. I prefer the latter. Till then, this argument is no dey. Lol

We sha must beat CIV today, coz if we don't eh?! LOL!
Provided Lookman and Simon bombard the Civ defense with quick crosses and an incoming iwobi or nacho for rebound, then we can.

IFFHS WOMEN'S CAF TEAM 2023

Chiamaka NNADOZIE (Nigeria)

Nesryne EL CHAD (Morocco)
Osinachi OHALE (Nigeria)
Lebohang RAMALEPE (South Africa)

Jane REFILOE (South Africa)
Refilwe THOLAKELE (Botswana)
Linda MOTHALO (South Africa)
Fatima TAGNAOUT (Morocco)

Barbra BANDA (Zambia)
Asisat OSHOALA (Nigeria)
Tabitha CHAWINGA (Malawi)

NOTE; On the Picture Tholakele is from Botswana not SA
I really pray for a fully fit, complete squad for wafcon. Most especially that midfield. We need to wrest that aspect away from SA. I also pray we get a proper 9 going forward.

I also pray we get our setpieces aspect up and running. The pk were so bad we don't even want to talk about it since then.

Your source? If a good bid comes in, we shouldn't hesitate. There are some players that we need to get rid off.

Partey

Cedric

ESR

Nelson

Nketiah

Elneny

However, a better replacement must be signed before moving these players on.
Just saw it some hours ago on Twitter. A news channel.

The annoying thing is no 'replacements' are currently on the inner radar to raise any fans excitement that someone is indeed coming. So we stuck!

Why i single out Stephen Keshi was,cuz I watched him keenly in his days and till date have not seen both ex and present that are better than him,not only about goal scoring but the charisma and all round performance.

I remember Angola match in Luanda,we are two goals down but Keshi moved from CB and made sure we leveled up with screamer from him and Ademola Adeshina.

Stephen Keshi as a defender have 60 career goals with 9 goals for super eagles.
Na Baba. We really need to get a set piece coach asap. Asides Iheanacho for freekicks, it's provoking that nobody else has near success on same table. Let's not even talk about the corners. We will have setpieces and you as a fan watching would not even be expecting something big from it.

We matched the algerians that night until Mahrez moment sent us packing. Same for 2006 vs CIV.

I was expecting Ajayi to take up the mantle. It might be due to the fact that the team lacks a setpiece coach or good FK takers
Then this is a bigger problem than i thought. Remember the Falcons at WWC too. No setpieces coach. If there was, it doesn't even reflect 1% presence. It's more annoying when you look at the average of fouls and corner kicks both teams get per game. Smh.

See the excuse cooked for Zaidu missed chance😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Ekong and Ambrose used to score but since then, to see defender score, even from setpieces, for GWG, it's like server not found. Especially at Afcon. Who was the last defender to score for Nigeria at Afcon?

Vs Civ, can Osimhen play the Giroud role, while Iwobi and Lookman/Nacho do like false 9 that finish chances? This would require someone lying deep or just Bassey to give long balls. We also need to be as fast as possible with transition. I hate slow transitions, and wingers too slow with decisions. Pisses me off.

Don't use weather as an excuse please..
In Europe they play under freezing conditions and dem no complain, when they come to Africa, they complain of the weather. Were they the first of their kind to play under hot sun?
I've played in the afternoon under a 40c weather on a hot astro-turf pitch for more than 2hrs non stop. No breaks( them too had break intervals)
Do what you love to do with no excuses.
Even people wey dey knack under hot humid room no dey complain.
Not everyone can play under such. The impact of heat compared to snow is different as well. Our coach wasn't even playing yet was drenching himself several times. Regardless of diverse opinions sha, it will impact some players. The other examples are linked to pleasure now😆

We don't even carry u22 boys to afcon again.

A forward with 3-4goals per Afcon, aged 24 at 1st Afcon and 30 or 32 at final afcon(5th appearance) should be able to chance Eto'o.

Arsenal no dey like drag EPL player with fellow top EPL teams; the only player we dragged with others and won in recent times is Declan Rice and we had to break the bank to sign him.

I doubt Arsenal will be willing to match the asking price for a player like Olise with other top EPL teams interested. Me I prefer we go to South Amercia continent and bring a quality attacker from either Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina or Colombia
That will be a good idea. We didn't even grab anyone else from the u20 world cup. Nawa o. Plus more Africans. The AFCON excuse no cut.
