Jodera: if that's their plan, it better be oo.
I don't want to concern myself with arsenal rumors for now. All I'm just waiting to hear is "arsenal signed..." like the Vieira deal, then I look him out. Looks like the Osimhen deal is looking distant. Only hope is they are treading the path of secrecy like on Vieira's deal. I do hope. We need him. Abi na January dem dey wait for? Suspecting they may want to get some World cup revelations in January too. |

It'll be interesting to see how Arteta maximizes his squad depth effectively especially as we have the 5sub rule We go dey alright. Lisandro Butcher chase ongoing. What's happening at Emirates? Catch up for all the past empty buys?? |

mostob: Vitinha and Hickey could possibly be signed too.
I'm not sure another striker will be coming if we sign Jesus Actually the plan is two strikers. That's what's making the first one a desperate rush cos the second one, most likely Osimhen, is also considering a move to England. |

Jodera: This people wan kill us for Oct sha.
Not only do we have more league games in month of October(6), but we also have very very tough fixtures. If that isn't bad enough, we still have Europa commitments that month too, meaning we might play up to 11games in that month only.
Thunder!!! That World Cup break na the rush probably. This is the season that Arteta executes squad rotation to the fullest like Emery did that year we went to Europa final. Possible if we can get at least 5 new players. |

TheSuperNerd: The Yekini 37goals-record: Osimhen on track
In an interesting breakdown of the Super Eagles goals Stats from the past and the present, I found this in my research:
- In Yekini's first 22 NT caps, he had only 5 goals.
- Yekini went on to bag a further 32 goals in his next 40 caps to finish with 37 goals in 62 Senior NT caps.
- Now New kid on the block, Victor Osimhen is currently on 15 goals in 22 Senior NT Caps.
The race to Yekini's record is definitely on.
Furthermore,
Osimhen finished as Joint Top Scorer of the Afcon2021 Qualifiers with 5 goals. Shared the honors with Patson Daka. Osimhen had more assists though (5).
Now, Osimhen leads the Top Scorer race in the Afcon2023 Qualifiers with 5 goals already!!!
The Monster Machine is cooking. 40 more games to score 22, with the sprinkles of assists here and there...... Yaasss. |

AndSunGorilla: And Dennis too. Dennis has huge potentials tbh if he jams a correct no nonsense coach, I think Dennis will even become more menacing!!! He's two footed, he's fast, his workrate is good, he has a spring in his jump etc. I saw the combo with Osimhen too. He clicked more with Osimhen that Osimhen with Umar. Umar no just sabi click and e dey vex me. I believe Dennis will begin seeing more of the net now that he's scored. Unlocked. |

I like what Musa did today. As said above, no showboating. He's barely that kind of player. Direct and fast. Chuks and Simon should learn from that. |

chuks404: Iwobi is a joy to watch. Etebo still needs to add quick decision making and pass to his game. He delays transition. Sha adding alhassan and with ndidi coming back omo this team will be fire If Ndidi just come back lasan, Iwobi will play further up field and that's going to be a much bigger attack. |

Why did they celebrate the 10th goal more than any other? Dennis has always wanted to score. See the bench in jest mode when he missed earlier. Boys don tok for locker room. Its obvious they've been expecting it like he was. Team dey vibe jare |
