Ecuador did this modern play from the back. I noticed we didn't have a plan on how to counter that approach. It would be interesting to see how to counter that game style and at the same time, perfecting such a style to our strength. That has come to stay. Dennis and Aina have some great sync. I pray it builds to something telepathic where they just do some stuff anticipating the other will code in seconds. That's for the right wing.


Its now this left wing. Bassesy starred in this match. He however needs a winger like Lookman that would help him better. He attacked and defended today, and Iwobi was available to provided defensive number on eitehr wing when it mattered. A world class winger would Outrun Bassey if he gets forward always. Till then. But impressed with 65mins of intensity and flair. 6clear cut chances but so so unlucky.

I really enjoyed this game especially the second half. Just visualizing how it would look like with kėlė, chucks, oshimen, ndidi, etc

I like that we can even visualize how we would play without a natural dm. I hope these guys work on their setpieces. I've been complaining since Rohr. No upgrade or improvement.
