If we Christians feel that politics is evil, then it's because the good people have refused to contest. Should we run away from politics because there are many bad people in it?

When those bad people take up these positions and start making laws against Christians now, we will run to church to go and pray.

There is nothing wrong in having Christians in politics. We have been blackmailed and deceived to believe otherwise.

There are people that the Lord has sent you to and your duty is to find them and carry out your ministry to them. God gives you the training and a heart that is commensurate to the people He is sending you to.
There is a close tie between vision and people. Every vision has its people. The vision of God for your life is to affect a group of people. There is a category of people to whom a man has been sent into the world to minister to and to reach. God has a plan for a person and that plan also involves a people. When God wants to reach out and save a people, He raises a person for them.
Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish”. What this simply tells us is that, without the vision being given, the people cannot be saved, and without the people coming into place to run with the vision, the vision itself will suffer. So we can infer that there are two segments to the programme of God for a man: the vision and the people. You are not just raised up for yourself. God does not give any assignment or divine purpose to a man without a focus in view. The focus will have a people as the objective.
It is important that each person understands the people that he/she is raised for. The vision will attract its own people, and the people, when they come, will make the vision; that is, the vision will fashion the people from a crowd.
PRAYER: Lord, prepare me for the people that my vision and purpose is to reach in Jesus’ name.

There are times you will want to write something and then you change your mind though you've already started writing what you intend to say and you just continue with the next thing you had in mind or maybe you cleared it and forget to clean the first word. I've done that many times so when I see one I know.
