naijaking1:Thank goodness for another republican like you. omo, he be like say you would become Nigeria's Ronald Reagan. We seem to have too many socialists in Nigeria, so sad. |
mbulela:omo, come to think of it, i have never experienced the injustice i experienced in naija anywhere in the world, geez, i was a minority in the south and in my first school, the southerners made my life miserable, when i transfered, the easterners who were the majority in my other school made my life hell at times. |

Financial Crisis Solution: Print More Money?AAAAAAAAAAAAH! printing money ke? do you want to end up like Zimbabwe or Germany after world war 1? Abeg no. i understand the need to inject liquidity into the economy because money is not flowing around in the economy but please its not worth risking or else you would end up with STAGFLATION: a recession and inflation at the same time. |

Thank goodness i didn't go to high school in the US. I have so many appalling stories of what african americans do to africans. Even in college, when you overhear there conversation its awful. I was in the library and some akatas were talking about someone and saying that the person looked African: that the person looked like all those starving african kids with big bellies with flies on there faces. msb247:GBAM!!! omo, the horror stories i don hear about embassy adventures, i thank the almighty that mine went smoothly. |
Obinna5000, The MTN clap commercial is awesome. When will naija ever be able to do commercials like that sef? |
I love all the US army, navy and marines commercial.I love the commercial for the US marines, it gives me goosebumps. It makes actually consider joining the US marines myself. |
The guys who made the list didn't compile it well or else Nigeria would have been there. The only reason why Italy is on the list is because they are a high profile league because there corruption scandals are child's play compared to Nigeria's own. Sha, its all personal opinion so it doesn't matter. |
This are the ten most corrupt leagues in the world. http://www.sabotagetimes.com/football-sport/10-most-corrupt-football-leagues-ever/ |
I haven't gone through everyone on the list but my favorite was no. 74. |
What an excellent compilation! It is not done in chronological order so as not to make it controversial. http://www.101greatgoals.com/the-101-greatest-goals-of-20092010/55858/ |

Olaolufred:That's untrue jare, Mourinho hasn't influenced anything! Yes he has his own style but there is nothing revolutionary about what he has brought to the game. Mourinho learnt coaching from Bobby Robson and Louis van Gaal when they were coaching Barcelona in the late 90's. van Gaal's philosophy is to play beautiful football while Mourinho's is to win by any means possible. Like i said earlier about 'catenaccio', people have been using that style of play since the 20's, a lot of people call it the "italian style" where you have everybody defending and you try to hit your opponents on the counter attack, Italy has been playing this way for generations. Inter even used it the last time they were in the champions league finals, its only that Mourinho added his own touch to it. Didn't you see Greece do the same thing in Euro 2004. In the premiership before Wenger came in 1996, Arsene Wenger used to play this same way. Arsenal under George Graham (i can't remember his name self) was never fun to watch as they were a purely defensive team with the likes of Steve Bould, Nigel Winterburne, David O' Leary, Tony Adams, Martin Keown and co. Everybody and i mean everybody has always played this style especially when they were facing opponents who were much more talented than they were, some people even call it "parking the bus". I was even reading something today about Dion Dublin, a striker who played for Conventry City and Aston Villa back in the day and he said that as a striker he always had to track back to defend and at times he was even used as an emergency center back. |

Olaolufred:oga, teams have been playing like this for decades, its called "catenaccio". |
OMO, RETURN AM OOOOO. Tell the bank about it, like some have said it might be a test. YOU KNOW THE RIGHT THING TO DO, WHY NOT DO IT LIKE THE BIBLE SAYS. |
Let's hope he can convince Fabregas to stay ![]() |
It would be good if he can buy that lady's shares so that Usmanov and Kroenke don't take over the club. |
Omo, this wouldn't be bad at all. |
Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote is reportedly planning to enter the race to snap up the 16% stake of Arsenal's fourth largest shareholder Lady Nina Bracwell-Smith. Dangote, one of Africa's richest men, is said to have registered his interest in the shareholding being sold by Bracewell-Smith, according to The Sunday Times. The move could spark a takeover battle for the Gunners, with other contenders including its two biggest current investors - Stan Kroenke and Alisher Usmanov - who would be forced to launch a full takeover bid for the club if they secured the stake. Mr Dangote is reportedly a passionate football fan and has the wealth to go head-to-head with sports entrepreneur Kroenke and Russian oligarch Usmanov. The Nigerian industrialist has stood for the role of president of the Nigerian football association and is believed to have donated cash to the Nigerian national football team. Mr Dangote founded manufacturing empire Dangote Group and was formerly head of the Nigerian stock exchange. He was named as the 261st richest person in the world on the 2009 Forbes rich list, with an estimated fortune of $2.5 billion. Finance house Blackstone is now thought to have placed him on the shortlist to buy the Arsenal stake, with Lady Bracewell-Smith is said to be seeking £160 million for her stake after putting it on the sale block earlier this year. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=789663&sec=england&cc=5901 |
