The app don't operate same way with Owerri and Lagos. Even Abj is different.
Before the lockdown, if you check price review while on a trip (for Owerri), the app will show you the estimated price. Unlike Lagos where it shows you the price for the distance and time covered as the trip is going.

Lagos morning bonus was 1.2k for 4trips before 9am.
Owerri was #800 for 5trips before 9am.

What you shared is not an ongoing trip. You can still check the current price only when you have started the trip.

I have paid tru app before. Make payment. Screenshot the receipt. Send it to them via email or tru the app. Wait for their response.

I dont know if I should leave where I parked again to somewhere else or just stay there cos I been to different areas and didnt get any request before eventually parking somewhere. The business isnt worth it this period from the look of things.

Maybe that have started collection of toll fee back. I used both Admiralty and Lekki Ikoyi toll gate on Monday and it was free.

They won't unblock you immediately...it can take up to a week o...talking from experience...I think the best way is to just settle them off with card trip....just that card trip request is not frequent..

Some riders too insist you do their wishes. But las Las none of the 5 rides I had truout today came down sha. They will only rant, but trip continued. Some riders cancelled rides. I guess na their past time. Went back to my end by 4pm as trips no gree show well. Worked on the island, Lekki Agungi axis. .

I'm in Lekki online on Bolt for more than 1 hr, no request.

I think Bolt is not helping. They only sent message to drivers to update them on the new guideline but failed to do so with riders.

I guess, riders don't even know what is going on especially for those who can't make request after 6pm yesterday.
