Regression therapy has nothing to do with third eye, mantra or whatever. It was even pioneered by an atheist. What if the writer(s) found out in his/their most recent, i.e. present incarnation. Church of Scientology founder, Ron Hubbard started past life regression therapy. You've read a very good book, sir/ma. I was about to tell the OP what you wrote up there. When we die, a light appears. We turn away from the light by turning to the opposite direction. We do this by thinking ourselves moving away from the light... You've probably read one of the books by Wes Penre. Most souls always feel the gravitational pulling of the light. Hence, they feel enticed to go in. Once in different shiits happen but the end result is soul recycling.
