Ladyibkay:You hardly come online and you need help. Anyway, the few I know are: Gbagadagbagada Gbogodogbogodo by Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Babalao by Angelique Kidjo, Agolo by same artiste. Agolo may be hard to decipher but permit me to explain. It was about a lady called Alajumoke who refused to marry every man that wooed her. A certain monstrous being called Ori in a very strange forest heard about all this and decided to get her. Ori had no body part except his extremely handsome head. He decided to borrow different body parts from different beings in the strange forest. Ori set out to Alajumoke's far away town and got to her market stall. Immediately Alajumoke saw him, she was mesmerised. Alajumoke pressurised her parents to arrange her immediate marriage rites without much investigation. They did and both left for Ori's 'city. The journey was far but alas, they got there after the seventh night. There and then, Ori began to return the body parts he borrowed to the owners and was left with only his head. There was nothing Alajumoke could do. She was surprised and frightened. Ori tomented her life for several months until she was rescued by a powerful hunter who had wandered endlessly searching for a prey. They both wrestled but the hunter won. The hunter took Alajumoke back to her village and both got married as no one would dare marry such a lady anymore. Hence the song, "M'ori ori o. Alajumoke nlo. There are so many other folklore songs but you may find it hard to decipher. |
The way a particular section of the country spews so much hatred and bitterness on Yorubas is so unimaginable. Funny to say, they claimed to be Christians. A question, how do you get down on ur knees to pray despite being this hateful? Who ever curses with his mouth and yet use same mouth to pray is only saying his/her prayers to the devil! If this particular section of Nigeria are gods, then mankind would have ceased to exist. To FFK, I pray u become wise and cautious of what you utter. Your continuous failure to render Nigeria into shambles has made u turn to Yorubas for same motive. FFK should know this, "speech is silver. Silence is golden". If you have no words of wisdom to utter, keep quiet. An old man still putting on pampers. |

Songs Akon should have sang jejely for over 30 yrs, he rendered them all cheerfully in less than 7 yrs. During his reign between 2005 - 2012, dude was just releasing singles everyday. His collaborations were over 1000. In fact, I lost count of all his songs. Great artiste he is. |

For those who believe God is loving: why did the God plague earth with so much sicknesses? If you will opine that through prayers all will be resolved, why will he always make human to be plagued in the first place. In 2012/2013, the wife of a top rank church founder in Nigeria died of cancer (can't remember her name). But her Husband deh do miracle upandan. Reinhard Bonnke had a throat surgery few years back despite claiming to have healed people of similar problems. My questions to religious people: Is your God loving? Why must he allow sickness to be earth's portion? To the topic, cancer is the worst sickness I've seen. The putrid smells that emanate from its victim is |

Most people wit body odour don't know that they do. I heard that using lime to watch the armpit and other smelly parts can prevent unnecessary body odour. How true? |
