Also ask for wisdom to act right in relations to whatever gets revealed to you.

I find it hard why people don't ask for whatever they what to know through dreams. In fact, if my team would win or lose, I get notified in my dream some hours to the match.

The common saying that "Barbarians talk in thousand", exemplifies the need for leadership. A society without a leader will someday cease to exist the way it should. Virtually all societies have their own leaders. But something which bemuse me for so long is that some societies succeed while others are exact synonym of failure. Much blame or applause should be apportioned to the leaders of these societies.
To the topic, 'What Personality Traits Make A Good Leader', my fellow Nairalanders? To me, I go for three personalities although there are plethora of traits. These are: Responsibility, Commitment, and Empathy.

1) Responsibility: a good leaders should find no excuse when things go berserk but instead, identify the cause of the problem, seek solutions, and get the society/country back on track. In a situation of successful growth and development, he should also take the credit.

2) Commitment: an uncommitted leaders will likely have uncommitted subjects. When leaders are committed to a cause, there is a great likelihood of utmost success at a fast pace.

3) Empathy: Leaders should always remember the Golden rule which says that you should do unto others as you want others to do unto you. What they wouldn't like to experience as a subject should not be meted out to their subjects. This particular guide will help them to be of great help to their society/country.

There are other traits such as: creativity, accountability, honesty, confidence, inspiring, communication, etc.

What is your take, my fellow Nairalanders?

I wanted to read all comments for fun but decided to reply cos I was touched by ur comments. I masturbated for 15 years. It was quite awful. I prayed for deliverance (I'm a freethinker and could just pray to an higher entity like my oversoul or to Jesus or I'll just say, "I command that to be...". It was one day, I heard a voice in my heart not to masturbate for sometime cos the Creator wants to deliver me. The pressure to masturbate became intense and I fell. The subtle voice came on several occasions but I failed. One day, I decided to heed. I did not masturbate for just four days (cos I do this shiit almost every two days). That night, I dreamt of talking to an unseen force. It told me to look at a mirror. There in, several demons and arch-demons (u needed to c how beautiful n seductive dis entities look like with wings and other adornments) were shown to me. It told me that over hundred thousands were cast out n banished from me. It also told me that two hundred thousand were cast out n banished from a lady (can't figure out whom dat lady was). When I awoke from sleep. The urge left totally. And my spiritual life and relationships with the opposite sex has improved tremendously.
What I'm trying to say is masturbation and most addictions are facilitated by walk-ins (entity possessions) only real deliverance combined with strong determination can help you.
