You can book your travel ticket from Young shall grow office in Mile 2 Lagos. You don't need a passport compulsorily, but a Nigeria national ID card will suffice. Hotels are not cheap here, but you can get very good ones for 15 to 20k FCFA.

You want to ship a car to Abidjan? make sure the car is less than 5 years old or from 2014 model, if not the car will not be allowed to enter, Abidjan port and be prepared for Cote d'ivoire logistics (custom clearance) which is very expensive. The customs clearance cost depends on the make of the car, engine horsepower (puissance du moteur) etc.
