I need advice please.
I am planning on going into vegetable farming but may not have time to visit the farm. I plan to have someone do it for me. I'm not sure if it's an adventure I can give a try.

If you'll not have the time, please don't venture into it...

Chess is a classy game and there was a time in history when chess playing was an indication of high IQ.
Most of the Military generals and great leaders of old were great chess players.

You'll not understand the hype till you understand how the game is played.

It is a battlefield on board!!!

They hv completed their hajj

Sorry brothers... Welcome to our great nation

Like him or hate... Man is making progress

Looking forward to the chess match...

Nice gesture...

How the once might pdp has fallen...

He should come back to nigeria to use his influence...

What anger can cause... it's always better to sometimes walk away frm trouble

There's a reason why we do not trust newly created nairaland accounts.

I wish you luck

If this is true, it is a sad to know that one can't even travel safely trusting immigration and airport officials anymore.
This is how some people end up been framed for what they know nothing about.

Please i am new to this property of a thing and i have 5 tenants in my house. i really want to know when i can start requesting for my house rent once it expires. is it 1month after expiration ?

Some pay 6month rent and i believe they should payup before the 6month expires. there is a guh who pay 6month and it will expire this month of june, when can i request for the other 6month is it by july or i should call him now? i stay very far away from them.

please someone shoule enlighten me on this thanks, mature response only

You have to write them a letter of reminder, call or text a month to the expiration of their rent.

Try to avoid collecting your rent monthly or taking a tenant for 6 months. Some tenants could frustrate you with that. Rather, collect your rent annually

NB: The law favours a tenant more than the landlord in Nigeria.

"I wanted a drink that had the ingredients I need and amazing flavor. No compromise on quality ingredients. So I went to work on a drink of my own
To achieve my goals, I learned that hydration plays a very important role. I have always had in mind to improve. I've always been about improvement, and wanted to find a drink with both amazing taste and the right ingredients." - Messi

But many drinks that are good for you taste bad. Many flavored drinks have high levels of unhealthy ingredients, so people who drink them consume more sugar, calories, artificial ingredients, and even caffeine than they realize. You shouldn’t have to choose between better ingredients and better taste." -Messi

"Más+ is a drink I have wanted for a long time, one I want to share with my family, friends, and the next generation. I believe everyone, not just elite athletes, deserves Positive Hydration: amazing taste, with natural flavors, no artificial sweeteners or colors. No caffeine. No compromise on quality ingredients. Más+ was created to inspire everyone to enjoy more music, laughter, friends, family, to get more out of life." - Messi

"That’s why I named it Más+. It means “more” in Spanish. The + stands for even more positivity. Because in every part of my life, I always think and act positively."- Messi

"I wanted a drink to inspire everyone to feel like a champion in every part of life." - Messi

"To achieve my goals, I first had to learn the importance of health and hydration, I spent time searching but I just couldn’t find one with both amazing taste and the right ingredients. So I went to work on a drink of my own. One with more of the flavors I love and a balanced blend of electrolytes, a drink I feel is better for my family and friends."- Messi

The flavours are:

- Orange d'Or
- Miami Punch
- Berry Copa Crush
- Limón Lime League

His name alone is enough to be both the brand name and the brand endorser.

COMRADES, your friend here is a Nairalander whom you share the same ideologies, love and share their posts and also follow them on nairaland, but today if oga Seun appoints you as a moderator, would you ever ban friend here no matter what happens?

I barely keep stupid friends... But if I were to be a Mod and a friend of mine posts something foolish and stupid especially if guilty of been tribal or bn a religious bigot; I do not need to be instructed. I would ban him for 1000yrs.

There are people and organizations that help with that at btw 3% to 6% monthly interest rate.

They had power but could not hold on to it due to their insensitivity in rulling their populace.

Kutunban:
Greetings, I've been studying the structured query language for some couple of months extensively on W3school and also on sqlbolt which comes with both exercises and quiz.

I've been attempting to answer most of the exercises after studying and my proficiency based on the marks is impressive. I have a HP laptop windows 10, I've been trying to install MySQL relational database because most of the syntax I studied works well on it, but anytime the installation process gets to server configuration I'm always stocked there.

I've searched for videos on YouTube to follow their procedures when installing MySQL but it's been same challenge.

Has anyone experienced such challenges and how do you resolved the issues?

I'm done studying python and I'm quite proficient with pandas and NumPy library. My goal is to be a data analyst which I've already done some data analytics projects on python. I want to do some data projects too using SQL afterwards enroll for Google certification perhaps after that God will favour me to get a good job, I don't want to waste so much time on Google certification course because it's quite expensive that's why I went for self learning using the aforementioned sites and some couple of YouTube videos.

Please If you have any solution kindly help me out with tips to resolved the issue. I really have to change my story this year. Looking forward to your kind response dear Nairalanders.

Go on YouTube, search for alex the analyst.

Search for his video on how to download and install SQL. That shud help
