Easyincome24:I started out in life with a sense of inadequacy. Wrote Jamb 3ce before admission into school, was dissatisfied with my 1st degree, so I went back. Scoured the streets for sometime before I got a job, facing daily challenges (like you) but not giving up. Not living my dream yet but my struggle continues. I believe that tomorrow will be better for us all even though the pain is immense right now. Without a sense of hope, there's little to live for. Lord hear my prayer! |
Olaolex:The future, bro! The past lays dead and buried in the sands of time. |
This is an unofficial welcome to the "Suckers club", with an unlimited charter. But guess what, you're the only one who can exit this club by being real and true to yourself. Start by looking at the many blessings you've already been bestowed with, which you probably don't see. You have gifts despite your situation. Realise that you must start from where you are and the journey self improvement is a daily battle. To be a man, there are multiple challenges you'd face and success with the opposite gender is only one of those. Like some posters said, go out, meet people, read books, and keep hustling. Lastly, the grass always seems greener on the other side. So stay strong! |
.. like Fela sang, "Bo-lawyer, panpala"! ![]() |
.. see reasons why men are naturally polygamous. I'm not supporting it sha o! ![]() |
I'm an incurable optimist! |
I'd do both.. the past to relive the hey days of my youth and then the future to see what awaits me, this country and mankind in general. .. these are troubling times. |
mrsage:I'm comparing your comment with that of the poster who queried Staphylococcus and I can tell you're both of different backgrounds, mindsets and exposures! ![]() |
Hehehe.. .. but how possible can that be when you're looking like a 'Sagem' phone and a ''Lada'' car? ![]() |
It's not going well for Hamas now. Like they say, 'it's the beginning of a conflict we know, but no one knows how it'll end"! ![]() |
.. I'm sure that grin on his face ( from the poster's picture) is also gone. That'll leave him with a 'grimace'! ![]() |
Klass99:Well said @ Klass99! ![]() It's actually the ups and downs of married life that makes it a song worth singing. Perhaps it's time for me too to join a choir. ![]() |
I haven't and I bet most of us never did. I was the last born and dint bother myself with those tales. ![]() |
Klass99:I bet they've been singing sweet songs ever since. ![]() |
Welcome to the real world, Young man, but I can see that despite the circumstances, you're doing well for yourself. What I believe you need is the self assurance that you'll succeed at some point, because most folks around you (believe it) don't even have a fraction of your talent or the opportunities that present you. Keep your head up and continue to strive for the success that you'll become eventually. All the best! |
This pic speaks of the reality, which is 'united we stand'.. and the same goes for the contrary! ![]() |
Those things we procrastinated about doing until the opportunity escaped. ![]() |
Please don't worry much about it @ GravityDefier! May your success and abundance continue to "defy gravity" (ie naysayers and negative people). |
I still wonder how a unit of the FGN's MDA will still Insist on payment for services rendered in cash to this day. It simply confirms the cesspool of corruption and sleaze that Nigerians have become accustomed to, with civil servants, being the "engine room" for this disservice. ![]() |
Anything is possible in Nigeria. Sheh you guys remember how the members Edo house of assembly removed the chair from the speaker's ya*sh a few years ago? .. maybe they'd try that. ![]() |
9ja.. One big crime scene! If they were to profile the country on Discovery ID, it would air for weeks to no end. ![]() |
jmoore:You're right, Bro. It'll be like removing a broomstick from the bunch. |
It is deep, philosophical, inspiring and truly divine. It has become my association's anthem in the last 3 years. |
Thank you. Great history! ![]() |
Most bad news seems to emanate from Ogun these days. At times, it sounds as if those who couldn't take the Lagos heat move out to the border towns in Ogun to vent their frustration on the innocent. ![]() |
reverendfather:If I'm correct, the 2008 Civic is the one that has a 'Stealthy' look and so not commonly done in 9ja, so you'll need a reputable person to help you deal with the electrics while you source for the dashboard |
Nigeria is just one big crime scene! ![]() |

I feel for him, and I fear for his life as well because he could be lynched if things go awry. Poverty and extreme hunger walk on 2 feet in these parts of the world. Rather, he should be made to work thoroughly, perhaps sweeping the whole market area and then let off. |
FreeStuffsNG:I understand that and I couldn't agree with you more Bro! .. now he's in custody and being investigated. So we allow justice take it's course. That's moving forward in my opinion!! |
