Juice191968:I have the same problem with my car, my mecho checked it and said it was the "oil switch", which I guess is the oil sensor. Thanks. |
sapientia:.. my view too, knowing the nature of the Russians. |
Secret envy perhaps.. Alas, we're who we are! ![]() |
Would you believe that majority of those torch lights and light bulbs were brought in from Taiwan and not China? |
The Russians have become the world's new pariah nation. They are beginning to make (even) North Korea look like a respected country among the league of nations! ![]() |
.. how harsh can it get? Life in Ukraine is a "living hell" for millions as it is and then a talk of harsh? At this rate, I fear that a global conflagration may not be too far away in the horizon. Russia is using a fine balance of fear tactics amidst widespread propaganda while engaging in barbaric violence and at the same time warning the west that it could get worse still, in an attempt to have it's way in Ukraine while sending a chilling message of a similar fate to it's former satellite nations. It's time for the west to call his bluff and send even more lethal weapons to the Ukrainians. Sadly as the saying goes, we may know the beginning of a conflict, but hardly can anyone tell the end. ![]() |
.. sounds like a modern day rendition of how David became the anointed king of Israel to Saul's chagrin. I dint call any names o! ![]() |
The man with the magic wand.. 19th century rhetoric! ![]() |
Nigeria was. |
The chickens are finally coming home to roost. |
Balderdash! .. are the terrains in the south east and south west not more difficult than that in the north and despite that the security forces claim greater successes? Even the swamps of the Niger delta offer a more difficult terrain than the north!! They sound as if the north is full of mountain ranges, cliffs and canyons. Who is fooling who? Abeg next base jare!!! |
Duke007:Not necessarily so for me. Here's what I mean looking at the situation from your angle. I believe that financial buoyancy is a function of many things. Your course of study, extra qualifications, experience and perhaps your employment opportunities are all inclusive but I'm learning that 'financial literacy' in itself is even more important. You may earn say 500k monthly and have endless debts and liabilities, while on the flip side you may earn 75k monthly and have a relatively healthy savings.. My view. |
Something does not add up here. I'm wondering where the campaign funds to be spent in Imo will come from. .. it smirks of the 'Jagaban' formula where funds from a state is being used to prosecute an election in another state. Nigeria.. great country with ingenious people! |
The ewus' underestimated the Ukrainians. Now many of them will be buried in the same ceremonial uniform. |
What many of our so called leaders have is 'paper qualification and certificates' (if they possess any) while their minds have remained enslaved for too long. It seems to be the black man's dilemma. ![]() |
.. after repeated excuses to my daughter, of "I'm yet to receive my salary", whenever her requests became overwhelming, the sharp girl 'wised' up by asking first.. "oya daddy, have they paid your salary" followed by "you said we should not lie", before tendering her requests. That girl don get my mumu button sha. ![]() |
That rear end design is 'state of the art'! ![]() |
Ok, let's "Get it on". ![]() |
A brilliant article by the writer, Temidayo Akinsuyi. His final words describe my take also.. "Time will tell"! |
Rwanda is deserving. |
Shame on Putin's men. ![]() |
It's now getting dirty, really dirty, very dirty! The religious card has often been used to becloud the judgement of the electorate and it hardly ends well. God help us!! |
This sounds like a direct 2nd term ticket for Gov Makinde. |
Now this is the real 'Spiderman'! .. not with what all those oyinbos do with fake stunts for Tobey Maguire or Tom Holland or what's the other's name. All that's left for the boy is his Spiderman suit. ![]() |
God1000:I agree with your piece. John Bolton himself said this in an interview with CNN but many readers here won't believe it for 2 reasons.. 1. Trump has a cult leader's status and many of his followers are quick to look the other way when a dissenting opinion on Trump is given. 2. CNN has been branded the 'Fake News Media' ( incidentally by Trump too) and whatever it reports is false, regardless of how strong the evidence it provides may be. Thanks. |
.. what else do you expect to hear from a town called "Bulawayo"? ![]() |
Well it means very little, in the Nigerian context, if the identities (names and photographs) of the erring officers are not published, which is supposed to be the real deterrent for other unscrupulous officers lurking in the shadows. Truth be told, all Nigerian Force men have the same mentality! |
From your moniker, I suspect that you're on the heavy side so your situation should be taken seriously. 1 doctor seeing 100 patients means the doctor must've been overwhelmed with work and so you may not have gotten good care. Please go to another hospital, perhaps a general hospital, or the same hospital but you must be there as early as possible, because of the multitude that turn up daily, so a fresh 'head' can attend to your needs better. From what I hear, a daily use of quarter or half tablet of aspirin may also help if you don't have an ulcer. God's best in your quest Bro! |
.. thank God, she's outgoing. ![]() |
It's still not a justification for throwing the lives of 45 million Ukrainians into a living hell, in the 21st century. .. only time will tell. |
I won't deny that he has the potential to take Anambra state to not just the next level but greater heights, but this will only come to fruition when the people of the state tap into his vision with a lot of commitment. It's human nature to pay lip service while being subversive behind the scenes. I truly wish him a successful tenure and may Anambra become the envy of all! |
