This, definitely is an anomaly, and I think the parents are partly to blame even though they seem to be from a low socio-economic class.

However, I believe that the Indian health system is advanced enough to tackle this problem.
The parents could start her on 'high fibre low calorie' diets and fruits and vegetables, or else she may be a candidate for a myriad of diseases associated with malnutrition.

The engine size, refers to the engine capacity or bore size which often gives an idea of the power output and translates into rate of fuel consumption of the car.
So ordinarily, the bigger the engine the higher the rate of consumption.

Kia is inching ever so closer to it's Japanese rivals.

..These are tough times, but you might be lucky especially if it is a manual transmission.
The Civic comes with a smaller engine and so might be more economical.
