This is a tough call I fear. .. The Senate, as I know it, is the last fortress for dubious people in government. With the Executive and Judicial arms of government undergoing some form of cleansing, the Legislature is what remains. With many of them having skeletons of various sizes in their cupboards, self preservation will be last resort to survival. Hence, a tough one I say. |
..older wine in old bottles. |
@felle Pls take it easy. You've insulted the poster for 3 weeks at I think it's most unfair. You've made your point and should let things be since you're not interested in the deal. @lade007, I believe you're not going to respond to that post so it doesn't soil your thread any further. I wish you the best. Happy sales. |
That means Mr Andrew Yakubu could've bought 12 of these and still had change for "miliki" with the "gifts" he's laying claim to. .. This life sha. ![]() |
..a captivating, scintillating ( any other big "Engrish" word? ) yet realistic read.May the Chief Plotter continue to direct the affairs of this country, to His glory. Amen. |
PDP. ..going! ..going!! ..Gone!!! |
..speak for yourself Reno! You're just one in 180 million Nigerians. |
.. "act"! That's the word! Less talk. |
..well said "Oga Ebun "! |
His grandiosity is becoming ever more obvious. ..only in Ekiti! |
The acting President, is a full blooded Nigerian, though a rare breed that belongs to a class on the brink of extinction and so atypical in character. But I get a clear message here. That all hope is not lost about this country. That there still is a "Joseph" among the political class who is not readily considered but feared by them, seen as a beacon of hope to the masses because of his dexterity and in depth knowledge of the goings on, yet still subservient to his master, the President. He's honed his skills over the years and now stands before kings and even world leaders in the near future. I say that all may be, but lost for this country, and that a dim ray of hope still shines, and brighter by the day. God bless Nigeria. |
The day it debut's on 9ja roads will surely be it's last. ![]() |
..but did you guys see the acting President's response? It shows that for a change, a leader can employ tact and empathy in handling the situation. At his speech, he started by deciding to lodge his own protest against the leaders and elite from that region who for years have repressed the people by embezzling funds that was meant to develop the area. He then said, be that as it may, the Federal government was rolling out a new plan for the area, with a different approach which will impact directly on the indigenes from that area. The charisma and wisdom showed truly inspires hope in a different kind of leadership. Kudos sir. |
Simply breathtaking! ..just don't quote the price in Naira. ![]() |
coolestchris:Let me answer your question with another question ( the Nigerian way).. are you saying that, in summary, the problem of this country is stealing and not corruption? ![]() |
..The Nigerian Police never fail to disappoint! ![]() |
N5.1 trillion? Mehn! This is the largest sum I've heard thus far. Can you believe that my calculator cannot express this sum ![]() .. |
Lip service! ..while the top civil, and public servants continue to rile in stupendous opulence. I wonder how many top government officials can recite the National plegde, let alone understand it's meaning. shior ![]() |
This guy must have lead his men by example! I guess this explains to an extent, the wanton stealing by men of the corps in an attempt to outdo one another. The same goes for the former service chiefs. ..and they say that Nigeria is not at the head, of countries on the corruption index. I bet that's a scam too. ![]() |
adadioranmah:From the first picture. .. "Thermocool" makes things better, makes better things! ![]() |
Enough? ..no amount is ever enough, but it depends more on his mindset and what concrete plans he's made for his intended family. But if you asked of being manageable, I'd say that it's possible. It's all about planning. |
My generation may achieve little, if your generation doesn't return the loot it stole from our collective commonwealth. ![]() |
..no it wasn't stolen. It was only corrupted, since stealing is not corruption. ![]() |
Nice pics. ..but most people (including company staff) can't afford these. ..that's why I like the couple seen in the first picture, walking away, as if to say "wetin consign me"? |
Nigeria epitomises the picture of a diabetic. ..suffering in the mist of plenty. ![]() |
babyfaceafrica:..hmm haa, gone to its grave! We'll plant an orange tree over its head.. ![]() |
..It might suffice to say that the average public official in Nigeria is a thief until proven otherwise. ![]() |
If the nation's 'ivory towers', a near sacred institution where policies that serve as the engine room for national development, can be enmeshed in unbridled corruption and yet an arm of its own autonomous government can rise to the defence of such an accused, then there is little hope of salvation for this nation in its fight against corruption. |
This must be a case of "easy come, easy go"! Those who have sweat real hard to earn enuff to own this, won't make the cardinal mistake of allowing this car to end up here. PS.. except it's photo shopped of course. |
omenkaLives:..he's assured of a safe landing in any eventuality (with that parachute ) ![]() |
..then she had better become his running mate (beyond the bedroom). ![]() |
..but months after the Agatu were massacred by herdsmen, he is yet to produce not even one of them. |
