Actually, this depends on background sometimes. As a kid, I studied my parents very well, I picked from them what I felt was right and discarded those stuffs that I felt weren't okay. From my observation. When papa get 60, mama go get 40 reason been that out of the 60 that papa received, he will still give mama so I will rather let his be higher cos I know he won't be selfish with it. As a man, I will advice that you seek financial liberty early in life. Not just for the pleasure attached, but that you may have time for your kids as well. Invest in a working system which keeps rolling in something good for you. That son of yours needs a A Real Father Figure. You should be his 1st role model, not one Nollywood man out there. If you someone who observes very well, you will realize that most of our parents don't really have a good rapport with there father or mother not until they have settled down and that was what there own parent also experienced. By then, what role do they really wanna play again? They hardly could relate with there parents early in life, and that thread seems to still be ravaging this generation. You and I can cut it off by putting things in place early, else the cycle continues. |

Bunch of thieves, was this not one of the reasons you people told us that the boarder has to be shut down? So where are they smuggling the stuff to? Why not open up the boarder then, and let good stuffs flow in as the fuel flows out? Then we know that at least the mass will enjoy the good stuff flowing in rather than let some set of thieves keep enjoying... it's not fair

Casan0va:I also so this message in my mailbox, I was thinking they were referring to the survey mail sent the some of us weeks back. But, could it be a scam survey message? |
Ah! Olagbara gan o. The last two updates... if I may ask, what's your discipline? |
Elvictor: Hehe, that is good. Happy celibacy day in arrears. Wish I could tell you mine, but I sure say I be your senior for that angle. ![]() And for the NEPA wife, maybe she mentioned your name to her hubby just as one airline mistook one boy for one minister that particular year. Anyways, it was my grandpa who told me about this, but I don't know if it is true sha. ![]() |
Elvictor:You sure say you never collect NEPA wife so? Nice update, thanks. |
Khriztarl:Beginning ke? Please, let us move on. |
millieademi:Going back is never a bad idea, even myself was almost confused at a point cos it's been a long time. Yet, the moment I start reading the role of each character, that's enough to jog my memory. So going back will elongate thinz o. Abeg, please, Biko, eejo let us move on cos we have dwell much on ds mountain. |
Reva1:You've spoken well. He will have to give us make up update. Op, on you Bluetooth make I connect you to light. The light here is wasting. .. |
Op! This is just between you and I, talk true o, you sure say this Yemi no be you? I still can't fathom why he should still be there when he was suppose to be on his project site. ![]() Nice update... keep it up, we will be expecting you tomorrow. |
I think today's update has special Sunday package in it. God bless your plentiful jare. |
Eulalia:Eagles are birds, they face the storm and glide. They soar higher because they were fashioned to do so. But they also have challenging moments, yet they never stop following the paths of eagles. ... may endure for a night , but joy comes in the morning. Remember, all of these will only last for a night. |
Eulalia:Ore, na under Papa God canopy I dey o. Just put your mind at ease, and think more about the positive end of every of your heart desire, then trust God... “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” |
cooltola:You're right about our father's and grand fathers. And that is why some of their wives born 12 and only 4 remains. And they call it Abiku because they lack the basic medical understanding. And as for your advice for any AS to marry another AS. Well I don't have anything to say about it. Their choice, thier life. |
Eulalia:Op, you want make me and you enter d same trouser? AS healthier than AA? I doubt it o. I am genotype AA and group O and I can boldly tell you the last time I smelt malaria was 2010 2nd/3rd week fa.I don't use drugs and if you see pills for my mouth, n.a. Vitamin C i dey lick and that will be once or twice in a year or so. As for the reason behind AS not been susceptible to malaria, someone already spoke about it but I will buttress on it. Quoting the person ''simply, the red cells dies before time thus the plasmodium doesn't survive such.'' .......that's why AS are immune to malaria. Normal red blood cell has a life span of 120days before it dies naturally, and because AA has a normal red blood cell which is very rich in oxygen the cell lives longer hence, the plasmodium from the mosquito has enough time to mature, reproduce and circulate thru the system which will eventually result to malaria. But for AS, because it is a carrier cell, once it is infected with the malaria parasite, the presence of the parasite causes the red blood cell with defective haemoglobin to rupture prematurely making the plasmodium parasite not to be able to mature or replicate since it will need much oxygen to mature which the AS cannot offer. So how does this make AS healthier than AA? So Op com answer me before you see me at your door post early momo tomorrow. And above all, let God reign. |
BabangidaHamza:I'm on hot seat, can I make use of any of the lifelines? The truth is that his people won't complain then why should I . |
What do I have to say? Na king goat chop king yam. So no qualms, let the Aides keep enjoying what the masses also pass thru. |
Ah! Aye o, they mistook him for alagbafo. ![]() I think the guy should suffer more, can't imagine his dirty mind almost ruined him again even with all the mishap he can still be processing naughtiness. And the gatekeeper shouldn't have let him in if he was privileged to hear... ''He had tribal marks like cat whiskers on the sides of his mouth.'' |
Please, can't we find credible people to vote for in this nation again, apart from all these recycled scraps?
|
cricifixo:Yeah, you are very right. But it is easier said than done. When it involve kids one should always be very careful. I still remember how my uncle will tap my head when taking us to school then. Once our school bus fails to come around, n.a. so so head tapping. Saying to me '' Rinle.'' That was in the late 80s I don't hold this against him, but the truth is that I still remembered. How much more your father spitting such hurtful and hateful words to your child. Your 1st child, the foundation of your strength. |
Aburo mi atata, when did you return here? How has life been treating you? I came to literature section to get myself updated only to see our wonderful story gracing the front page. I must commend you for this wonderful piece, really this very last update look so real most especially the role Dele played were so real and this really made me feel sorry for his supposed dad. Moral lesson: when relating with kids, or when making decisions that will latet affect them, please think twice and never allow you emotion to overshadow. .. even when you want to choose your life partner, don't just consider yourself, put your unborn kids into consideration too. Once again, I say kabo, se daada l'ode? |
Man, you have been doing a wonderful job. More oiyel for yah head.

Matthew 10:16 King James Version 16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. I wish i could speak with you, but this scripture above is enough to instill wisdom into you. Seek wisdom on how to go about it. You know your background better than any of us here. |
