Are Nigerian Ladies in Canada lonely? Ofcourse we are! Are Nigerian girls in NIGERIA lonely? Hell yeah!!! Are Nigerian girls in other countries lonely? Absolutely!!!!! Being lonely is not a factor of location or person. It's about not finding the right friends/partner you vibe with.

I've taken time to read through the two threads and I found some valid conclusions on both fronts which I am very well aware of having lived here in CA for just about a year and three months.

In all my interactions so far however, I have come to notice that a very high number of Nigerian ladies here are extremely imperious. The moment some of you step here, you form a social class in your heads and see everyone else not up to you professionally and even those back home as inferior.

You lot don't like being identified as Nigerians and openly speak ill about the motherland. Other black nations hardly do this. The Kenyans, Rwandans and even Sierra-Ionians I have worked with identify proudly with their nations but hide their discontentment about events back home.

This is a major draw back I found in your post which really got me bothered.

My family eventually didn't have to travel with me in June. I informed cic via mail about the fact they were on holiday and asked if they could have their medical in the states which was permitted.
Medical for them was at Stat medical clinic, FL.

The love here is extraordinary. I got the best advice from total strangers. I am indeed grateful.

You will go to US tire from Canada...you can even get jobs in the US as a Canadian PR/Citizen...your Canadian office may even be sending you on several work trips to the US (paid for) so much that you go tire to dey go US!!!

Bro, do the needful, retrace steps...on the long run, it doesn't worth it...because this is a recipe to be bitter in the future and hitting twitter and start saying Nigerians do menial jobs abroad and most can't make ends meet...how will they, if they didn't enter the right way?

I know my sermon will not be palatable to the majority of Nigerians who are looking for all means to jaaa...but if someone has everything it takes get ITA to a Canadian immigration system, why will such a person go to US to overstay a visit visa? It doesn't make sense to me! It may to some people!

I understand perfectly everything you've laid out but in all, I pray you don't walk my shoes for any reason. Every case is peculiar. I've had to move my family out when the waters became excessively muddy. I'm never a desperate person ok.

Let's leave that anyway. Do you know if it'll be possible I file all documentations alone. Will it be possible to change from accompanying to non-accompanying?

Oga how many months have you spent in the states? Have you spent up to 6 months? If not abeg come home jejely and do the process from here. If Madam is not happy to emigrate and she is in the US illegally, when she becomes frustrated she will frustrate you oooooo.

If Madam should eat frog, make she eat the one that has eggs abeg. Canadian PR has egg, Illegal status in the US is frog without egg.

Issue with overstaying in the US is the FBI clearance, I am not sure you will get it if you are still in the state after your stay has expired. You may check other forum like canadianvisa, I am sure you arent the only one to have overstayed and tried to do EE thereafter. Infact I will be interested in knowing how it turns out, could be useful advice to people wey no dey hear word like you around me .

We've been here for a little over 2months and settling fine. I have close siblings here who have been supportive thus far.

Please, for the FBI clearance, will it be required for everyone (wife and kids inclusive) or just the PA?

Will I be able to initiate and complete the process with or without them either as accompanying or non-accompanying. I am thinking of probably coming alone to sort things out.

Hello peeps! I'm enmeshed in a little dilemma.

Just got ITA but currently in the states with my wife and kids. My plan is to stay permanently here (without my wife's consent cos she's totally anti-immigration).

My concern however is that will it be possible for me to file all documentations including medicals from here or I'll have to cross over to the country as this was where I filed from initially?

Anyone with similar experience should please share.

The word fool is actually a translation of five different Hebrew words that reflect subtle differences in “types” of fools. Unfortunately, the English translation makes it more difficult to identify the characteristics of five types of fools, but with a careful analogy as it relates to our everyday life as well as some posts and comments especially on this forum, the differences can be clearly distinguished.

The Simple Fool

The simple fool opens his mind to any passing thought and opens his arms to any passing stranger. In other words, he lacks discernment. He has an over-simplified view of life and fails to recognize the cause-and-effect sequences that affect every area of life.

Because the simple fool is not discerning, he is easily captivated by all kinds of enticements and deceptions. He is dangerously immature, extremely gullible, and intensely curious. In the absence of instruction and consistent discipline, the simple fool will naturally become more foolish. A simple fool is especially vulnerable to seduction, lacking an understanding of the irreversible consequences of moral failure.

The Silly Fool

A 'silly fool” by definition could mean “to be perversely silly.” The mouth of a silly fool often gets him in trouble. When things go wrong for a silly fool, he becomes angry, resulting in more damage.

A silly fool believes that his own way of thinking is right so much so that he reacts to instruction when it is offered: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction”
Argument, persuasion, and advice from well-meaning friends fail to convince silly fools of error. Proper correction by authorities, which publicly shames the silly fool, will more often be effective in helping him change his ways.

The Sensual Fool

One who rejects the correction of parents or other authorities will become a sensual fool. This type of fool seems constantly determined to make wrong choices. He does not have a mental deficiency, but rather rejects the wisdom of God.

The sensual fool’s focus is on that which brings him immediate pleasure. He glories in that of which he should be ashamed.

A sensual fool is unreasonable. As a silly fool, his mouth got him into trouble. Now, as a sensual fool, his mouth gets him into more trouble. A sensual fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul”. His motives and methods are subtle. He should be avoided, because those who follow him will be led astray.

The Scorning Fool

The scorning fool’s thoughts and facial expressions communicate the disdain and contempt he has in his heart toward his authorities, including parents, civil authorities, and God.

This type of fool not only has rejected truth; he also has embraced that which is abominable to God.

The scorning fool utterly detests people and ideas that contradict his false thinking, and he expresses his scorn through derisive attitudes, behavior, and speech.

The scorning fool turns a deaf ear to rebuke: Those who attempt to lead the scorning fool away from the path of destruction that he seems determined to follow will suffer his wrath.

The Steadfast Fool

The most dangerous type of fool is a steadfast fool.

A steadfast fool totally rejects God and His ways. This type of fool is self-confident and close-minded. He is his own god, freely gratifying his lower nature. It is his goal to draw as many others as possible into his evil ways. Attempts to reprove him will be futile and bring frustration to the one who tries to influence him. Only God can successfully reprove a steadfast fool.

Well.....I was hoping you would be able to polish that story by probably entrusting it to a professional editor(no disrespect to your editor) and turn that story into a bestseller.

It is important to remain conscious of the ethical liabilities of writing. You need to be concerned about language usage and the avoidance of offensive linguistic tendencies in order to appeal to a blend of global readers.

A typical example is that you do not make sweeping generalizations about a specific gender, ethnic minority, or any other category of people when writing for a broader class of readers. Also, when referring to racial groups, you use accurate and politically correct terminology.

It's interesting to see how far you've been able to go with your story. I read through all your sojourn via the original posts and also the refined version.

My conjecture however is that the book just like the story itself is been proselytized solely for members of this forum and not necessarily for the reading public. I was hoping the book will offer a complete divergence in the writing form and not on the same par with the original.

Please take this is an isolated and a personal opinion which is based on my own assessment of the quality and variables in both the loopworks and overall editing.

Above all,I must commend you for the conceptualized thoughts and the efforts you have put into the works so far.

The Police ought to setup hotlines that people who are threathned by errant or psychotic officers can report to so that their weapons can be withdrawned from them. If this is not done, I fear that more mentally unstable persons in uniforms may unleash more havoc on the citizenry.
