This could happen,you shouldn't be confused

Reprint you statement till date and do a cover letter highlighting the necessary dates

I.e 28days rule met from XYZ to XYZ dates and that bank statement till date still shows ABC amount as per UKVI rules

No matter how you try to divert the discuss of the story by saying I act as though I know everyone’s living conditions hahahaha.. sir/ma certain things do not fly in this country… that’s all. no disguising.
No DECLARED family of 4 including children can be told/allowed to live in 1 room. Keyword = declared. … 4 persons in 1 room…
Again, no declared family of 4 with children will be rented a room in a 6 bedroom shared apartment… pls tell this ‘half story’ to those in Nigeria.

For yourself and your wife a single room should be fine but I would advise go for a double room.Ensure the rest of the accommodation doesn't lead to overcrowding ( case in point is the one we are talking about on the thread)

You can't share your 2bedroom as a family of 4 with another single person or couple.

Anonymous report is very easy, and you will go down the line with your landlord if caught.

Maybe to share fine of £30k fit dey okay

Anyone reaching out to you is doing so at their own risk.

You should be the one saying No to your Landlord and reporting the situation except of course you are doing this to raise money for rent which by the way maintenance for you and your entire family should have taken care of it.

No Letting agent or landlord will allow this. The OP seems to be subletting which is a serious issue if caught.

That's the thing about trying to outsmart the system. Hopefully we learn to do the right thing always whether anyone is watching or not

Please send an email to your Uni and confirm the last date of arrival and that they are happy for you to come in at that date

If they are then that's perfect, take your time and get a cheap flight

When you say validation do you mean entry date is from 8th October?

When is your last date for resumption on your CAS?

You could wish to wait it out pending on your answers above or request for a correction( this will take more time)

Can you also scan a copy to your Uni and ask then if that will be okay on their end?

That's overcrowding..you don't want to start your journey with issues from landlord and letting agency

Tenants also in most cases are not allowed to sublet, I assume that's what the OP is trying to do
