yes I know that some other people sometimes have seen the same,but why have we not go separately? Because when the ss are being killed others will be watching like an antelope watching the lion as he eats her young one, the same when se and sw are being killed. Until the south with middle belt unites we can never achieve it. Major Gideon okah would have saved Nigeria but it was the same south in particular that sabotage that mission.
That the SS sabotaged Gideon Okar's mission is an attestation to the fact that the SS has largely been the architect of its own problems and not the North or Yorubas as our SE brother would want us to believe. If Jonathan could sack a fellow SS man as his NSA and replace him with a Norther elite- Dasuki-at a time the Northern elite was being suspected to be behind BH and the general insecurity in the country then why would anyone still assume Yorubas and Hausas are the SS' problem?
If Jonathan could refuse giving Ken Saro Wiwa, his own truly deserving SS brother who died pioneering a movement that saw GEJ himself to power, a national award but gave the same award posthumously to the Abacha who killed Saro Wiwa in cold blood then why would Igbos keep trying to make me believe Yorubas and Hausas are my problem? Was it Yorubas that asked GEJ to commit that blunder? This exactly is what annoys me about Igbos. They see clearly who did what but blame a different people.
On the issue of the SS people being killed: I don't blame others who watch it as a movie because the SS too has always blindly chanted "one Nigeria".

In 1999 OBJ set up Oputa Panel to investigate past human right violations all over Nigeria, but while Oputa Panel was sitting he, OBJ himself, ordered the invasion of Odi and violated not even the rights but the lives of thousands of innocent women and children. Did Bayelsans still not give him bloc votes in the 2003 elections that followed just four years later? Did a lot of South-South people not continue hailing OBJ as a hero and a detribalized and patriotic Nigerian even though similar circumstances of assault on uniformed men on duty later played out in Ota and Sagamu both in his own Ogun State but he did not order any single soldier there to kill anyone but buried the issue?
If a people showered accolades on a man who massacred their own brothers and. Voted for him again after that gory incident, who would not laugh at such people when they are being slaughtered?
Only the SS and SE watch their brothers killed and chant "one Nigeria". Hausas and Yorubas never do it. Let Buhari sponsor a massacre in Yorubaland and see how Yorubas will disturb and frustrate him out of power.

I am ijaw oh!
We can't move forward looking at the rear mirror!!! Gej election changed every thing. The igbos stood by us!
I'm not saying we should join biafra but we need them as such as they need us to secede!
By the way we did not vote for Buhari. But I am ready to vote for any northerner as against a yoruba man!
@My fellow SS man, I guess your aversion to Yoruba is also based on what you saw in the rear mirror. I respect your opinion and see it through your eyes. But kindly give me that brotherly permission to chip in these few points for your critical examination.
In 2010 Yorubas like Wole Soyinka and Tunde Bakare founded the Save Nigeria Group with which they poured out into Lagos Streets to demonstrate and successfully antagonized and pulled down the Yaradua cabal which was otherwise bent on preventing GEJ from taking over. But no single one of such demonstrations for GEJ held anywhere in Igboland.
2. Yorubas abandoned Ribadu, the candidate of their own ACN in 2011 and a Northerner, and voted massively for GEJ. That indicates that they were able to rise above narrow party interests to see the bigger picture of Southern interest.

Unfortunately GEJ disappointed them in many ways and made nonsense of the support they invested in him hence they ditched him. Anyone in their shoes would do same. Consider the fact that the same Ojota in Lagos where the SNG held their pro-GEJ rallies was where GEJ first deployed soldiers to harass Lagosians peacefully demonstrating against sudden subsidy removal by GEJ. That was where GEJ began to lose Yoruba support, and you really can't blame them cos they were too disappointed. Moreover GEJ allowed Igbos to corner him all to themselves claiming to own him even more than the SS. GEJ's candidacy made Igbos and Yorubas vote along the same line for the first time in Nigeria's history as they both saw GEJ and SS as neutral and representing a rallying point for the much desired Southern unity. But GEJ who knew Yorubas and Igbos don't see eye to eye did not steer a middle course as wisdom demanded but slipped to the side of Igbos. So why would Yorubas not feel slighted? This is how I see the Issue.

If we decide to prefer voting for Hausas against Yorubas we will be repeating the mistake Zik made in 1960 and which has put the entire South in this mess till today. The truth is that Northerners hate us SS and SE more than Yorubas. Why we have always seem to have our way with forming alliances with the North is because Yorubas have always rejected them even though the North prefers them to us due to their similar religious distribution of population and monarchical value system. So if Yorubas decide to prefer the North too over us they will always win us and they and the North will rule Nigeria forever. Had Yorubas decided to align with the North in 2011 GEJ would not have tasted power. Let us re-examine our anti-Yoruba stand for that's where the hope of the Southern Unity lies. Let's not follow Igbos who have always misled us with" one Nigeria".

The incurable disease Igbos seem to have here is the perception that whoever does not buy into their lies and attempt to pull the SS along with Biafra is a Yoruba person.
They even claim that Yoruba and Hausas have poisoned the SS' peoples minds against them. This is the grandest self delusion I, a SS person, have ever seen on Nairaland.
By that claim Igbos seem to suggest that SS people don't have eyes to see things for themselves and also don't have a mind of their own to judge issues. If Igbos are sincere they should rather honestly address the fears expressed by the SS as regards joining Biafra rather than accuse Yorubas and Hausas of poisoning their minds. I see that as an insult on the SS and we may never forgive Igbos for that if they don't stop that insult on us and address our reservations and genuine fears about their domineering attitude.
If the people of Edo/Delta could wrestle themselves out of the Western Region due to disagreements with Yorubas back then one wonders what makes Igbos believe such people's minds could later be poisoned by the same Yorubas.

Unfortunately, when it was just time for the SS to enjoy its own resources in a clean and controlled manner devoid of oil spills, it was your own brother, Ironsi, that just came at that moment to dismantle the regional federalism we were practising whereby each region retained 75% of its revenue and gave 25% to the centre. When it was time for the SS to get their own 75% of a very viable commodity by which oil spillage could have been controlled, your brother took it away from their mouths and you are here charging me to go and clear oil spills. Please tell your brother to bring back our federal structure first.

Anywhere you hear killings, hausa must be involved. And the south are disunited, the total occupation and islamisation is on the move, and it will reach all corners. What the likes of Ojukwu, nnamdi Kanu have seen long ago, some people are yet to see. One Nigeria till we are all conquered as slaves.
Ojukwu can't receive the credit of having seen it long ago that "one Nigeria" would not work. If he actually saw it a long time ago then why did he, Ojukwu, under Aguyi Ironsi's order, command the Nigeria army under him to crush Isaac Adaka Boro's declaration of Niger Delta Republic in 1966 while he and Ironsi were still loving Zik's "one Nigeria"? Why did Ojukwu twice send back to the North the Easterners who managed to escape the pogroms that preceded Ironsi's overthrow and assassination?
Ojukwu did not see shit. He was as blind as Zik and Ironsi until Aburi Accord failed to be implemented.

Those who could be correctly credited with seeing the fraud in one Nigeria at a very early stage are Enahoro, Awolowo, Ahmadu Bello and Tafawa Balewa. Zik, Ojukwu, Okpara, Ironsi, Okotie-Eboh, Edwin Clarke, etc were the inventors of "One Nigeria" so they could not have at the same time seen anything dangerous about it.

Edos don't go out from home to fight outside except they are extremely provoked and assaulted. Edos have never been the target of any ethnic cleansing crusade in Nigeria.

I pray God gives the SS and SE the wisdom to always sick together when voting.
Even if it would be painful at first, in the end it will guarantee our freedom.
The goal is simple. A YORUBA MAN CAN NEVER BE PRESIDENT AS LONG AS WE ARE one Nigeria.
How? The north will always vote for their own and we will join them! Let the north continue to rule but it will never get to a yoruba man. If this happens twice they will begin to agitate for secession!
You are always ready to join the North to keep voting for their own yet you are asking for secession from Nigeria on the accusation that the North has always ruled and marginalized you. Sel contradiction galore!
And BTW who told you we the SS people are interested in the solidarity Igbos seek with us? We have not forgotten how Zik pulled out of NYM together with his fellow Igbos in protest against the victory of Ernest Okoli, an Ijaw man, won the NYM elections. We still remember how Igbos allowed themselves to be used by NPN/Hausas to frustrate the chances of a Bendelite becoming Senate president in the second republic. We remember also how Ojukwu and Ironsi crushed Isaac Adaka Boro's quest for freedom of Niger Delta Republic from Zik's fraudulent one-Nigeria. So just keep that wisdom of SS and SE alignment to yourself. God will give us SS our own wisdom to survive in this Zik's "one-Nigeria" till we get out of it.

Yes they are as seen in the 1966/7 pogrom against the Igbos. They, the Hausas were the first people to cry that the want to secede, but the British brainwashed them, Nigeria would have been better off without them. If the Yorubas had left politics, and aligned with the Igbos, during the crisis, we would not have been in this present predicament, for how long would we keep deceiving ourselves with the "One Nigeria" mantra
Igbos were actually the first to align with Hausas in 1960. Yorubas were sent into opposition and their leader hounded into jail by the Hausa-Igbo coalition which also caused Anarchy in the Yoruba western Region with an attendant loss of over 2000 Yoruba lives. While all these happened to Yorubas Igbos gloated and rejoiced that they were getting back at Yorubas for not allowing Zik rule The western Region in 1954 despite he had his own Eastern Region which he should have rather sought to rule.
However, nemesis soon came calling on Igbos as the Igbo-Hausa alignment collapsed in less than a month after they both framed up and jailed Awoloiwo. Zik and Balewa became enemies so soon afterwards. In fact they were not on talking terms. Zik made a shameless U-turn to seek a new alignment with the Awolowo he had helped Hausas to imprison. He sent Michael Okpara to visit Awolowo's wife for the new deal, and Awolowo forgave him from inside prison and asked his AG disciples to join him in the UPGA to wrestle power from Hausas. However Zik still later dumped UPGA and went to join the Hausas again in NNA composed of Hausas and the anti-Awolowo faction of AG. This was even more counterproductive as it precipitated a coup which led to a war that decimated Igbos while the Zik who misled Igbos continued chanting his fraudulent one-Nigeria despite one Nigeria slaughtering his own brothers. Though Awolowo was supposed to sit aside and watch those who imprisoned him slaughter each other into pieces. He should not have intervened during the war. This is the only part which I have problems with Awolowo. Otherwise he was an excellent leader who saw it first that Southerners should have no business with Northerners.
Again in 1979 Igbos, under Zik's leadership, refused to learn their lessons as they willingly entered the Hausa slaughter house again by aligning with NPN again including even the Ojukwu that once fought against the North. In 1999 Igbos again colluded with Hausas in PDP. An Igbo man has already zoned PDP ticket back to the North now against 2019. Igbos have been the ever willing slaves of Northerners.

Can't people just understand that hausas are too primitive and useless to be part to any country. We are NOT ONE for goodness sake. Thank God this did not happen in the Northern state, Yorubas would have under serious problem because their governor will not even intervene and the security men will join the fight.

We should be grateful that Hausas are not scattered all over the country like the Igbos and yorubas. If not, Nigeria would have been recording dozens of riots and deaths everyday.
When the Western Region were ready to go independent without the North, it was Zik that decided to wait till when the North would become ready to join. We Southerners and Hausas would have peacefully parted ways if not for Zik's blind pursuit of his fake "One Nigeria".

Northerners would do anything in this country and get out of it nothing will happen...Why? They don't fear Police. They fear only soldiers. They are quick to take the law into their hands and we'll dismiss it as owing to the fact that they are ignorant. Is ignorance now an excuse under our laws? It is to the northerners!

Look at many crimes and atrocities they commit. From Fulani herdsmen killing innocent villagers to the way their leaders(who ought to know) were threatening the Former President and undermining his Government. We have made them untouchables in this country.

The problem of Nigeria began and ended in the north. These chaps are quick to oppose every new and commendable 21st century policies and programmes. They oppose immunisation, fiscal federalism, Petroleum Industry Bill, population control, western education, marriage of minors etc.

They are always quick to point at their religion and pledge allegiance to their koran over the constitution. Thereby abusing S. 1(3) & S. 10 of the constitution; which makes the constitution supreme and Nigeria a secular state. Look at what they did after 2011 elections. No one has answered for it. Try that in the south and soldiers will be deployed to wipe out a whole state.

They grow up with the mentality that as infidels, we are their subjects and Nigeria , a conquered territory. That is why they see nothing wrong in all these attrocies. So far have you seen any Hausa Fulani blogger, media house, or politician condemn this Ese incident in Kano? Yet some Niger Deltans are opening up their mouth and shout Sai Buhari! #ONENIGERIAMYFOOT!
But Igbos, under the leadership of Zik, invented the fraud called "one-Nigeria" in pursuit of which they (the Biafrans) pioneered the enslavement of the entire South to the North. Biafrans as at that time too opened their mouths and shouted Sai Ahmadu Bello and Sai Tafawa Balewa.
Again in 1964, 1979 and even up till 1999 Biafrans still colluded with the North as PDP to shout Sai OBJ the only "detribalized" Nigerian fit to rule Nigeria. So what's the use of this hypocrisy of Biafrans accusing Niger Deltans of supporting Buhari? Are even some Biafrans still not chanting Sai Buhari right now?

This is why i have always maintained that these folks are genetically mischievous. The northerners slaughtered them like "eran ileya" in 1945 and 1953 yet Zik and his people still went ahead and form govt with them in the first republic singing the discordant tune of "One Nigeria".

Even after the civil war despite all the atrocities that the northern war "generals" unleashed on them, not forgetting the pogrom, come the 2nd republic these same impish folks still went ahead and aligned with the northerners to form a govt. In fact, ojukwu , after sending 3million gullible folks on a chicken run, came back from exile to join a northern party NPN, sitting at the same table with those who took delight in killing his fellow kith and kins with gusto but no one label them abooki slaves o.
Thank you for seeing what I see. How could any reasonable people claim that it was the need to avenge Awolowo's refusal to allow them govern the Western Region (which did not even belong to them in the first instance) that made them choose to form alliance with people who had already been slaughtering them? Is there any sense in that? You left your own region and went all the way to another man's region seeking to govern him in pursuit of your fraudulent one-Nigeria and you expected him to accept that crap from you while your own region back home was being governed by your own selves. Why could Zik not stay back and first seek the premiership of his own Eastern region? If he truly believed in "one-nigeria" then why did he not even first go and seek premiership of the Northern Region where he was actually born and brought up? A people to whom charity does not start from home are nothing but fraudulent impostors.

Igbos are quickly using this clash as a point to ridicule Yorubas for allegedly aligning with the North to vote out GEJ. But they have forgotten that they themselves started this alignment with the North in 1960 when Zik, in the name of his "one-Nigeria" slogan rejected the proposed all-south alliance and went for the Hausa-Igbo alliance which subsequently misruled and caused anarchy in Ibadan, Okrika, Tivland etc to the extent that young majors struck and caused further anarchy. Igbos hardly miss an opportunity to ridicule "one Nigeria" as not working. But who invented "one-Nigeria"? Azikiwe, an Igbo, did at a time it was very clear that Nigeria can never become one.
I have heard the arguement that Zik preferred to align with the North in 1960 because he did not trust Awolowo given the "cross-carpeting" saga. This arguement is very worthless because later in 1964 the same Zik accepted to align with the same "tracherous" Awolowo's AG in forming UPGA. So how do you claim a man is treacherous and just 4 years later you go back to join that man? Then you yourself are the real traitor. Zik simply is the cause of all the problems Nigeria has suffered.

zendy:
Your right about one thing. Many people do not know that the first people who wanted to break up Nigeria were actually the Northerner. Their coup or should I say, counter-coup was code named "operation Araba" which means 'to separate' was intended to pull northern Nigeria out Nigeria as a separate country. It was only after they coup that they were reminded that economic wealth of Nigeria lay in the South and that if they cut themselves off from the sea-port and Oil money,they would suffer greatly. That's why they immidiately switched back to 'one Nigeria'. I laugh at die hard proponents of 'one Nigeria' or people who castigate the Igbos for seeking Biafra and those who insult the memory of Ojukwu for trying to break up Nigeria. What many them don't seem to realise is that, had the Oil been in the North, the Hausa man would have been the first to declare "Arewa Republic" long before Ojukwu declared Biafra. The unity and existence of Nigeria is all based on Oil.
But An Igbo man, called Azikiwe, introduced "one Nigeria" at a time when both Yorubas and Hausas made it clear that Nigeria was the mistake of 1914 and a mere geographical expression which should not be further amalgamated but left in such a way that each region would be on its own and enjoy its own resources alone. Had Igbos, led by Zik, abandoned their "one Nigeria" fantasy and faced reality as proposed by Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello, Nigeria would have known peace and the war avoided. But Igbos kept on chanting "one Nigeria" despite seeing it clearly that Nigeria was not really one and could never really become one. If not for a selfish interest and ulterior motive why did Zik and Igbos decide to live in fantasy while reality was staring at them directly in the face?
Politics › Re: What Really Caused The Nigerian Civil War Of 1967 - 1969? by Deadlytruth(m): 3:06pm On Feb 26, 2016
It all started when Azikiwe foolishly rejected Awolowo's offer and went to form alliance with the North. Some Igbos have justified Azikiwe's decision of choosing the North over the South by the claim that it was in revenge for the 1954 cross-carpetting that made it impossible for Zik to become premier of the West. That excuse, to me, is very watery because it was foolish for Zik to abandon his own region to go and be seeking Premiership in another man's region. That was nothing but pure greed. Charity they say starts from home. Why could Zik not simply seek his own region's premiership first knowing fully well that he would have got it unopposed, but chose to go and cause chaos among another people with his inordinate ambition while his own brothers in the east enjoyed peace, non-intrusion and tranquillity?
Even if he wanted to avenge Awolowo, must he take a decision that would later enslave the entire South under the North knowing fully well that the North wanted to permanently subdue the South? So because of the "sin" of Awolowo alone Zik decided to endanger the future of all innocent southerners including his own very Igbo brothers? Why not have waited patiently for an opportunity that would punish Awolowo and Awolowo alone? That Zik was just a blind fool.

Did I hear someone say Ironsi sincerely meant well for Nigeria?
Aguyi Ironsi could never be Nigeria's best military HOS because his body language betrayed more of a hidden agenda than the one Nigeria desire frequently credited him with by his admirers.
In any case the "One-Nigeria" sloganeering was nothing but a euphemism for the unitary system desire inspired in him by Zik.
The Western Region anarchy that precipitated the January 1966 coup was largely caused by the abuse of power at the centre by Tafawa Balewa backed up by Ahmadu Bello. The central government rigged elections openly in broad daylight in all Southern regions and boasted that it would rule Nigeria even without the people's consent. Now, knowing fully well that the centre, weak as it was as at that time in the first republic, could still so much abuse the little power it had to cause so much confusion in the Western Region and indeed in the entire South; common sense dictated clearly that the wisest and most reasonable thing for Aguyi Ironsi to do on rising to power was to further weaken the centre if he truly desired a peaceful, more united and rancour free Nigeria.
But his hidden agenda took the better part of him and he promulgated the Unification Decree which further strengthened the same centre whose monumental abuse of powers and undue interference in the Western Region's affairs had just caused anarchy and precipitated an undesirable bloody coup. Was there any sense of logical reasoning in that action of Ironsi? Only a hidden agenda makes people act against logic, propriety and common sense.

@Xtrophy,
This is just one of the numerous accounts of the genocides which Biafran soldiers committed in the Midwest.

The essay is "The Biafran Crisis and the
Midwest".
Published in African Affairs, Vol. 86, No.
344 (Jul., 1987), pp. 367-383.
Published by: Oxford University Press on
behalf of The Royal African Society.
Stable URL: http://www.jstor.org/
stable/722748 .
The entire essay on the Biafran
misadventure in the Midwest is moving in
its analysis of what the Biafrans lost
through the invasion in terms of goodwill
as well as in creating a situation that united
the Midwest with the Federal forces against
Biafra in the subsequent events that
marked the turning point of the war.
I will present Orobator's summation of the
cost of the invasion to Biafra in another
mail .
I post below an extract from the essay.
The most relevant sections on Biafran war
crimes are highlighted:
"The relationship between the two sides
deteriorated progressively and the Biafran
efforts to secure the people's support
failed.
The battle front reports were equally
unfavourable to the Biafrans who then
resorted to extensive witch-hunting against
suspected saboteurs.
The Biafran forces, who were relatively
calm during the first one month of the
occupationperiod, became progressively
edgy, tightening the various governmental
gadgets of societal control.
As the Biafran hostility developed to crisis
proportions, the dusk to dawn curfew was
further enforced, the Vigilance and Security
Councils given additional powers, and the
Biafran Army and Militia became more
ruthless in their dealings with the civilians.
The civilian collaborators doubled their
spying activities to callous dimensions. [45]
The situation drifted for the worse.
Taking the MidWestern refusal to support
the secessionist movement as a
demonstration of an anti-Ibo and pro-Hausa
stance, the Biafrans intensified their search
for suspected saboteurs as every set-back
on the battle front was invariably blamed
on sabotage.
Heavier reprisals followed.
At Abudu, over 300 bodies, including
those of children, were found in the
Ossiomo river as the Biafrans withdrew.
[46]
Similarly, on 20 September 1967, 'there
was a mass killing of non-Ibo
MidWesterners at Boji-Boji Agbor', and
on 23 September, 'non-Ibo speaking
MidWesterners were apprehended by
rebel soldiers at Asaba, Ibusa and Agbor
and taken [in two lorries] to a rubber
plantation along Uromi-Agbor road and
massacred'.[47]
The more minor cases of rape,
extortion, seizure of properties, and
other punishments featured
abundantly.
For instance, a Warri-based lawyer, E. K.
Iseru, testified at the Tribunal that he
was stripped naked and detained for
three days without food for agitating for
the Rivers State, and, when he
complained of hunger, he was promptly
told: 'there is no food for Hausa friends'.

Several other accounts are there on the atrocities Biafran soldiers unleashed on the peoples of Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa. It was in retaliation for all that that the Nigerian troops pounded your brothers. You don't sow the wind and expect not to reap the whirlwind. Why did your Biafran soldiers invade Benin City, Warri, Sapele, Auchi, Igarra and Lampese despite the fact that David Ejoor had already declared that the Midwest was neutral? Why did Biafra soldiers try to kill David Ejoor who did nothing to them?
You keep asking why we the SS people seem to be watching while our oil is being stolen by Hausa-Fulani but you conveniently forget that it was your wicked brother Aguyi Ironsi who created the opportunity for them by dismantling federalism. He did so because he too wanted all revenues to go to the centre to make it easier for Igbos to loot since he was already preparing a unitary constitution that would have made Igbos the perpetual rulers of Nigeria. But the Hausas and Yorubas quickly saw through his fraud and Hausas had him killed very quickly and then Igbos were now driven far away from the centre where they had re-directed all revenues for them to loot. It is this mere fact that Igbos were outdone by Hausas in their smartness to steal SS resources that makes Igbo go to war and are still very very bitter till today. A people who did not try to seceed when thousands of their brothers were massacred in the North in 1945 and 1953 but declared secession war because they had been blocked from the oil wealth that belong to others, not even they themselves, are the most greedy people in the world. Their stomachs are more important to them than human lives.
The way you frequently shed tears about with your claim that Hausas are stealing Niger-Delta's oil makes it clear that all your agitation for having SS in Biafra is as well about the same oil. Covetous rogue!
Had it been the oil is in your SE and none in the SS would you have ever agreed that the SE and SS are brothers or even distant relatives? If you had had access to the sea you would have called the bluff of the SS in your agitation for Biafra. If Aguyi Ironsi had succeeded in his attempt to enthrone Igbo domination in Nigeria would you have ever thought of Biafra? The same people who preached "one Nigeria" at the beginning when they thought they would be the only ones in power are now the ones claiming that Nigeria is a fraud. Then why did you initially preach oneness in what you knew was a fraud? Thieves and turncoats! Chameleons!

We will remain "slaves" to Yoruba and Hausa until we are able to get out of Nigeria on our own alone. No way for Igbo! They are too wicked. Igbos are the real born-to-rule merchants of Nigeria not Hausas.

Go and face your Biafra that consists of five painfully small yet erosion ravaged states lacking in resources and lacking in access to the sea.

@Xtrophy,
after hours of fooling yourself you now believe I am not Yoruba. Can you see how stupid you are?

You keep repeating how Isaac Adaka Boro was killed by Adekunle. That is a big lie. Isaac Boro was killed in PH by fleeing Biafran soldiers. So go and sell your scrap distorted history to foolish and gullible Biafrans like yourself.

All the lies you cooked up about how Boro, Adekunle, Awolowo, etc died are products of Igbo propaganda mill. No regular newspaper carried such news. If after lecturing you on why Isaac Boro decided never to support your stupid Biafra you still come back here to vomit your propaganda that it was Hausa-Fulani and Yorubas that told him to fight against Biafra, then it means you are a big fool and an unrepentant liar. Why not rather tell us why Ojukwu and Aguyi Ironsi frustrated his own Niger Delta Republic declaration which he avenged by frustrating Ojukwu's Biafra?

Ken Saro Wiwa rose and chose to die for what he believed in. He did not cowardly run overseas like Ojukwu and Azikiwe did. Ken Saro Wiwa was killed by the Abacha Government that was perpetrated in power by ABN whose members were Igbos. Igbos never stand up for anything about a good course. How many Igbos are known to have stood for and staked his life for what he believes in? NONE!

When Jonathan just got to power he started well with good governance but the moment you greedy and parasitic Igbos surrounded him and choked him with your greedy eyes and throats you began to mislead him and from then on he began to take steps which alienated him from those who gave him more votes than you greedy and unproductive Igbos. It was from then his downfall began.

Only Igbos can claim someone more than his own people. Igbos claimed to own GEJ more than his own Ijaw people. Igbos now claim Saraki is their son just because he gave Ekweremadu a position of second fiddle. Igbos also claimed Tafawa Balewa as their son when he gave Azikiwe Ceremonial President whose only function was to commission public toilets and public incinerators, and receive salutes from children on every October 1. It shows you how parasitic yet stupid you are. You leeches and crass opportunists!

You are so pained that we SS people have consistently refused to fall for your lies which are too white for even a baby to fall for. You don't lie intelligently. Only you yourselves can fall for such lies. You can call us slaves as much as you can. Yes slavery under Nigeria will be better than "liberty" under Igbos. May God help us never to find ourselves with Igbos alone under one country. We will be finished. Egyptian slavery will be a child's play.

If you are already blaming the SS people this much for the massacre of millions of Igbos by Northerners due to Azikiwe's, Ojukwu's and Ironsi's blind belief in a fraudulent "one-Nigeria" and you so much insult and tell lies against Isaac Boro our hero, then it only means you so desperately seek the SS in the Biafra marriage not because you really believe Nigeria is bad for us but because want to sell us a dummy so that you can go and take vengeance on us in Biafra.

Under a Biafran unitary state we will be killed at the slightest provocation, dehumanized, butchered, perpetually prevented from tasting power at the centre, our land will be occupied by Igbos completely, etc. We will not make that mistake. Never! We are wiser than you people. We will fight for our own separate Republic without bloodshed. Igbos can't goad us into war with their propaganda. We are not that stupid to buy their expired lies.

If you know no one forces adults to join movements in this modern era, then why are you this hell-bent on carrying SS into Biafra? what is so much in the SS that your greedy eyes can't overlook? Even crude oil prices have fallen and may never rise again, yet you have still refused to take your big rotten eyes off the South-South. Why can't you just concentrate on yourselves and let others have their peace?
You call us your brothers but keep cooking lies against our heroes. You say we betrayed you to Hausa and Yoruba but you keep seeking our membership of Biafra. Why seek for our membership and support of Biafra if you sincerely believe we betrayed you before? Is this not why I keep saying that Igbos are the dumbest and most confused people in the world? Why trying to forcefully marry the same people you claim betrayed you? What is the wisdom in that? I repeat, freedom under Igbos will be worse than slavery under Nigeria. Igbo please leave us alone and fight for you sinking Biafra ship. We are not part of it. Simple instruction!

Finally@Xtrophy, I don't need to bother myself proving my ethnic Nationality. But for the sake of clearing the illusion in your mind that anyone who hates Igbo greed and arrogance is automatically a Yoruba, I will give you a test to see how much of the SS terrain you really know. There are over 100 tribes in the SS each with its distinct culture. How many of them do you know as you are trying hard to steal the region into Biafra? Continue dreaming of marriage with us. We have disowned you people the greedy Igbos. You killed my kinsman Okotie-Eboh and let Dennis Osadebey alive just because he had Igbo blood, yet they committed the same crime of colluding with the North. I have long accepted that Okotie-Eboh was wrong to have followed your stupid Zik into a wrong coalition. We don't see Okotie Eboh as our hero because he misrepresented our genuine interest. We rather see our hero in Saro Wiwa and Boro whom you idiotic Igbos despise just because they refused to be fooled by Ojukwu. We as well see our Hero in Anthony Enahoro who distanced himself from Zik. We also see a hero in Ambrose Alli who built over 800 primary and secondary schools and a University in Bendel within just 4 years and crusaded against the Northern Oligarchy as a matter of principles. He was the first to build a state university in Nigeria. We hate Tony Anenih because of his ties with the Northern Oligarchy's NPN back then. If it was Igbos that had Tony Anenih they would have been calling him "The Obi Eze Anenih of Africa" . We also love Alfred Rewani for standing up for democracy. Great Ogboru is another hero for his stand aginst IBB. But you Igbos have continued to defend your Zik and even call him Zik of Africa despite misleading you into Hausa slaughter House. This where we the SS people are different from you useless and dishonest Igbos. You never criticize your own people. To you, all Igbo men and women were all correct in their actions while all other tribes were wrong. What an unfortunate people!
Yes I agree the SS is not the name of a tribe neither is the SE, SW, NC, NW, NE,. Until Igbos take their eyes off the SS and think of only their five painfully small states that are smaller than only the former Bendel when put together, your Biafra will keep failing.
In the SS there are over 100 different tribes but no single dominant tribe. Therefore a South-South republic will be run on a very balanced democracy. But with us under the unitary Republic of Biafra we will suffer Igbo domination because all revenue will be directed to Enugu and we will be forced to speak Igbo language in our schools and homes. We don't want Biafra. Go away!

@Xtrophy;

Another fat lie;
.........."Ralph Obioha and Bobo Nwosisi were the only people with Abiola when he declared himself president-elect. Yoruba people were nowhere to be found and couldn't even protect him from being whisked away until he was eventually poisoned to death in prison".

They could have done so just to tap out of Abiola's wealth. Igbos can do anything for money. Moreover Abiola had been their friend while he opposed Awolowo through NPN. Why would Igbos not naturally stand by an Awolowo's enemy? So there was really nothing extra-ordinarily commendable about that. I guess the crowd that gathered around MKO that day were all Igbos? How many Igbos have ever risen and taken a principled stand on their own on any issue in Nigeria not minding to be jailed or even killed like Ghani Fawehimi, MKO, Soyinka, Enahoro, Rewane, Ken Saro Wiwa, even Clonel Umar a Fulani man, etc? NONE! Only money and position they stand for. Shameful!

Another half-truth;
"And to worsen the matter Yoruba Obas sold Abiola and his mandate to Abacha for a mesh of porridge."

The truth;
Igbos did same through ABN. So the pot can't call the kettle black. The only traditional rulers that stood firm by June 12 were the Awujale of Ijebu and the Oba of Benin. But later one arrogant Igbo army officer called Onyearegbulem came to Edo State as military governor and disrespected the Oba of Benin. All other military governors posted to Edo State from the North, SS and SW never disrespected the Great Oba Uku Akpolokpolo. But the Oba of Benin dealt with Onyearegbulem and he shamefully later apologized. The Oba did not accept the Igbo uniformed rascal's apology but sent him to the great beyond in less than two months afterwards.

Another falsehood"
............"Ojukwu lived fighting for the liberation his people unlike Awolowo who opted to become "boy-boy" to Gowon who was young enough to be his son, and in the process, sold the Yoruba nation to the Northern oligarch. And your god Awolowo could only but end his life in a most miserable way - suicide just like in the similitude of rat poisoning!"...........

The truth;
While Igbos were still being slaughtered in the North, Ojukwu kept on dreaming "one Nigeria" and kept on sending back to the North the Igbos who managed to escape and return home. Is that how a man fights for his people? Ojukwu later abandoned them and fled to Ivory Coast. He returned to join NPN of the same North that killed his people. Is that how to fight for ones people? Igbos were already being buried alive in large numbers in the North but your Idol Azikiwe chose to serve as
boy-boy to the same Ahmadu Bello killing his brothers. Foolish Igbo leaders.
It was Azikiwe, ironsi and Ojukwu that sold their people to the Northern Oligarchy. Awolowo warned them but they listened not. Awolowo worked with Gowon a middle-beltern Christian, but Azikiwe and Igbos served and worked under Tafawa Balewa a core Northern Jihadist and his mentor Ahmadu Bello the grandson of uthman Dan fodio the killer who founded the northern Oligarchy and Born to rule philosophy.
The next lie;
.........."Ojukwu remains a hero today for standing up for his people! That cannot be said about even about the Yoruba General Oladipo Diya who wept like a kid before a junior officer because he was afraid of his life....after wilfully and knowingly plotting a coup."

The truth;
Ojukwu was your hero yet you could not give him 25% of votes in the SE when he contested in 2003. What a shameless people. If Oladipo Diya plotted a coup and was remorseful for that, what is cowardly about that? That is honesty. If he was innocent and yet begged then that would have been cowardly. But Igbos plotted a coup in which they killed loads of innocent people and 45 years later they have refused to apologise but kept on defending it thinking that is how to be brave? What sort of bravery is that? Hausas plotted the revenge coup and owned up that it was a Hausa coup. Gowon even later appologised. But Igbos have refused to apologise for theirs thinking that is how to be brave. Yet the same tribe claims Christianity. That is pure madness.
Another lie;
"And after 45 years of the Biafran war, your entire Yoruba tribe that is filled with loud-mouthed, 'suffercated' and diabolic cowards dare not think of it, not to mention trying what a 30 year old Ojukwu did."

The truth;
"I have told you I am not a Yoruba person. Your igbotic bigotry makes you believe anyone who is able to see through Igbos dishonesty is a Yoruba person. The Yorubas themselve don't assume that anyone against Yoruba interest is automatically Igbo. Until you cure yourself of this madness you will never reason straight. Ojukwu later regretted starting the war if you don't know. " why did he not start another one all through the rest of his life? You buffon of low mental capacity stung by incurable tribal bigotry. l

........."Child of slavery, anger, hate and propaganda, you must be running mental by now and your slave masters must be very happy with your free ass-licking job.
It's a pity that you and your kinsmen have made careers out of lies, falsehood, noise-making, propaganda, abuse and slurs!
........

The ranting of a frustrated Biafra. Your Uche secondus Zoned PDP ticket back to the same North that kicked your GEJ out of power and you are here accusing others of arse-licking. Which scholl did you attend?

"another Lie"

..........1. Ken Saro Wiwa was killed by those who told him and Adaka Boro to fight against Biafra."..........

Only Igbos believe the North and Yorubas always use the SS against them. They seem to suggest that SS people have no mind of their own. Ken Saro Wiwa and Adaka Boro fought against Biafra because when he declared Niger Delta Republic on Feb. 23, 1966, Aguyi ironsi and Ojukwu used their federal might to crush him and killed 69 of his soldiers, arrested him and sentenced him to death by hanging. But before the wicked and heartless Ojukwu and ironsi could kill him, God intervened and Ironsi was killed. Gowon took over and released Isaac Boro. Not long afterwards, Ojukwu too declared Biafra republic and, without apologising to Boro or consulting him, included in Biafra map the area covering the Niger Delta Republic Boro earlier declared. It was that typical Igboish arrogance of Ojukwu than angered Isaac Boro who now called Ojukwu and told him that Ijaws would fight against Biafra since the same Ojukwu crushed his own Niger Delta Republic added to the fact that Ojukwu could not tender simple apology to him before including ijaw land in Biafra map. Rather than appologise to Boro and seek his support, Ojukwu in his arrogance played smart by quickly going to seek yorubas' support through the same Awolowo who had been told what he and ironsi did to Boro when the latter earlier tried to seceed. This made Awolowo dump Ojukwu for fear of him later giving him the Adaka Boro treatment if he sheepishly followed him into the war. Now what makes stupid and senseless Igbos think that Isaac Adaka Boro should have, like Azikiwe, stupidly accepted to foolishly follow the same Ojukwu who earlier tried to kill him is what I don't understand. Would anyone in Isaac Boro's shoes need a Northerner or Yoruba to tell him not to sheepishly follow the selfish and arrogant Ojukwu into the war? Igbos reason stupidly and that is why they are suffering. Igbos find it difficult to just say "I am sorry" yet they want solidarity from those they offend. It is not possible! Igbos are daft and extremely stupid in the way they reason. They think others should be as stupid as themselves." This is why the SS keeps rejecting them as they are too dishonest and outrightly stubborn to admit faults.

Another bare faced lie;
......."2. MKO Abiola was killed by his slave masters whom he thought were his friends. And as if that was not enough, they also killed Kudirat Abiola his wife before you shameless ass-lickers."

The truth;
Igbos contributed to MKO's death through ABN. Alfred Rewane and lots of SS people died in the struggle for June 12 but Igbos limit it to only MKO. That shows how daft they are."

The next lie;
..........3. While Yorubas are still busy 'fighting' the Igbos who have done nothing wrong to them their elder Bola Ige was murdered in cold blood...........

The truth;
Igbos caused the death of over 2000 Yoruba civilians by trying to forcefully take over
The Western Region for NCNC. But just few years later nemesis came calling and the same Hausa-Fulani they colluded with to kill those Yorubas turned against them and killed them in millions. Bola Ige was killed by the OBJ whom Igbos voted into power in 1999 and 2003.
Next lie on the line;

.............."4. Yoruba god, Awolowo, who couldn't stand the evils he committed against the Igbos, finally committed suicide."

The truth; which autopsy report showed Awolowo committed suicide? That you wished he had committed suicide is different from him actually committing it. Igbo propaganda.

Next lie;
..........."5. And some weeks ago about 6 Fulanis had the guts to kidnap Olu Falae (from his farm in Ondo State) and held him in bondage for a ransom of N100m, and 200 bloody cowards like you in the farm can only but watch, and later took to the Internet to rant uselessly and senselessly. To cap your cowardice some Yorubas put the blame of Falae's abduction on Igbos!"

The truth;
What could Igbos do when Igbos sons were equally kidnapped? If Azikiwe had not enslaved the South by giving power to the North would there have been kidnapping today?

The last foolish comment;
"You frustrated bigots should grow some balls and stop ass-licking your Hausa-Fulani-Kanuri slave masters. It's pathetic!"

The truth;
Those who are crying to leave Nigeria are the ones claiming others are frustrated. What an interesting Irony!
Before it was GEJ till 2019, but after GEJ lost it became "We want Biafra" Bad losers! If they win election it is "one-Nigeria", but if they lose, it is "Biafra". Such inconsistent people lacking in spirit of sportsmanship. Igbos murdered sleep in 1966 and they will sleep no more unless they apologise. Every othe tribe has owned up to what it did wrong but our Jews and "children" of God who started the mess still believe they are saints.
Una never jam! Una go see pepper!

@Xtrophy;

Hear yourself;
............You need not resort to lies and falsehood just to prove that you're pained that Igbos choose to have a separate existence from you lazy ass-lickers, parasites, treasury looters, never-do-wells and imperialists" .....................................

You have refused to tell us why the Igbos so desperately seeking self determination crushed Isaac Adaka Boro's attempt at same far earlier on".
Hyppocrites!

Hear yourself;
"Your kind have constituted themselves as the most embittered and pained bigots that another people seek self-determination. You and your lots have created fraudulent monikers masquerading as SE/SS people to attempt to quench the call for self-determination. You have created many threads on NL to register your anger and displeasure against IPOB to no avail"..............................

Only a big fool like you will think that whichever SS person resists being forcefully carried along in your ill-conceived quest for self-determination must be a Yoruba person" what a warped logic! Even some Igbos themselves don't believe in your IPOB movement, and I guess such Igbos are also Yorubas masquerading as Igbos.

The SS governors have openly disowned IPOB yet you still lump SS with SE in your dubious quest. Is it by force? Why can't you just do it alone since you claim you are Jews? Did Jews force other nations into their Zionist movement? What sort of fraudulent and fake Jews are these ones we have here? I understand Igbos make fake commodities so I am not surprised they themselves are as fake as what they manufacture.

Hear yourself;
............."You lots have threatened to kill Igbos and confiscate their properties across the country should they continue to press for a separate existence. And yet it's not working. You have tried your usual campaign of calumny to malign Igbos and it's not working"....................

If Nigerians across the country are threatening you then it means you are really the bad people. Why will everyone hate a particular person if that person is good? You need introspection and sincere soul searching rather than continued arrogance.

Hear yourself
................"Remember, the atrocious deeds of your forbears will continue to haunt your unrepentant generations. The hatred, greed and wickedness of the you and your cohorts will be your undoing, sooner than later!"

What is hurting you yourself all over Nigeria right now if not your own atrocious deeds of the past. You sowed the wind and expected not to reap the whirlwind?

Hear your wicked lie
........"In 1963, Ladoke Akintola colluded with Tafawa Balewa and Ahmadu Bello to get Awolowo arrested for coup plotting. This was the first alleged coup plotting/treason and Awolowo was jailed for 10 years until Ojukwu released him from the Eastern prison" ...........

The truth;
Was it not with the coalition between Azikiwe's NCNC and Tafawa Balewa's NPC that Ladoke Akintola colluded with to have Awolowo jailed just to see that AG is decapitated in order to make it easy for his NCNC to take over the West? If Azikiwe had no hand in Awolowo's travails why did he not resign from the government? Awolowo was released three days after Gowon assumed power. If it was Ojukwu that released him against Gowon's order to keep him longer in jail then Gowon would have had him rearrested in Lagos. Ojukwu and Aguyi ironsi deliberately refused to release him in order to please Zik. How could Ojukwu and Ironsi who were running a unitary government grant mercy to an unrepentant federalist like Awolowo? Big fat liar!

Hear your shameless self again;
.........."Ladoke Akintola together with vice premier Remi Fani Kayode went into a political alliance with Prime minister Tafawa Balewa and new political party known as the Nigerian National Alliance (NNA) was formed just to spite Awolowo. But Dr Nnamidi Azikiwe had to team up with the incarcerated Chief Awolowo’s Action group to form the All Progressive Grand Alliance (UPGA)"..........

The truth;
Did Nnamdi Azikiwe himself not earlier on spite Awolowo by turning down his offer for an AG-NCNC coalition? Azikiwe fell out with Tafawa Balewa over the 1962 census results badly rigged against Igbos and signalling a reduction of MP seats for the East. So Azikiwe broke up with Balewa and sent Okpara to HID Awolowo seeking a new UPGA alliance with the same Awolowo he imprisoned. Awolowo forgave him right from inside prison and accepted Zik back as a prodigal child. Shameless Zik.

Hear your lie again;
............."In the 1990s MKO Abiola and his wife, Kudirat Abiola, were killed by your masters and heaven was not let loose and all that your agberos and OPC could do was to vent their anger on innocent people on the streets of Lagos; killing and maiming as many people they can lay their hands on".

The truth;
Igbos like chukwumerijie and Arthur Nzeribe formed ABN with which they teamed up with Abacha to kill Kudirat. Another greedy and unprincipled Igbo youth called Daniel Kanu was given billions by Abacha from Niger Delta funds to organize the fake Youths Earnestly Yearn for Abacha movement. That Daniel Kanu took off for overseas immediately Abacha died and he never returned. But who is even sure whether he is not the one back right now as Nnamdi Kanu fooling you again with IPOB movement? Igbos encouraged and actively supported the protraction of the worst regime in this country's history. Another Young Igbo army officer called Omenka was one of Abacha's hit man alongside with Sgt. Rogers and Al-mustapha. Al-mustapha and Rogers stayed behind to face court charges but the Igbo Coward Omenka disappeared from Nigeria like Ojukwu did and he has not returned till today.
Hear another lie from you;
................"Abdusalami and co poisoned Abiola in prison after being locked up for years.
Kudirat Abiola, 5th wife to MKO Abiola was gunned down by Al-mustapha in broad daylight. Bola Ige's life was snuffed out by "unknown" persons. Despite his kneeling and weeping before a junior officer, Gen Oladipo Diya was jailed for plotting a coup to unseat his master Abacha. He has not being his usual self as he was alleged to have been gang banged in prison".............

The truth;
Nzeribe's and Chukwumerijie's ABN were behind all that travails of Diya. ABN members instigated Omenka to beat up Diya and rub hot iron on OBJ's back. Finally Omenka and Almustapha killed kudirat and Alfred Riwani (a Niger Delta NADECO member). Omenka, as a typical Igbo, made sure no Igbo NADECO member was killed. Another Ifeajuna. Igbos and tribalism in everything.

The next fat lie;
"Ernest Shenokan was humiliated out of office like a street tout after just 80 days in office. Diya, Adisa, Olanrewaju were humiliated and thrown out of office like common man on the street.
"

The truth;
Shonekan was a puppet like Alex Ekweme. Moreover he was a civilian. So where you expecting him to fight the military with bare hands? I know Igbos could be that foolhardy and call it bravery.

Another lie from you
.............."Hausa-Fulanis have given prominent Yoruba men an overdose of humiliation that will last them a life time despite using them as slaves to prosecute the 1967-70 civil war against Igbos. But Yorubas have only but maintained a deafening silence and would rather point accusing fingers on Igbos who have been far from political power for close to 50 years.
"

The truth;
Hausa-Fulanis have humiliated Igbos more than any other tribe. In 1960 they used the overall Igbo leader, Zik, dumped him in 1964, used him again in 1979 and still dumped him again. They chased Ojukwu out of the country and later pardoned him on the condition that he would join NPN.
Ojukwu accepted the pardon and really joined NPN and contested for senator under the party. But they made sure Ojukwu lost to an altogether unknown small boy in an unknown party. After using the ABN members to kill June 12, the Hausa-fulanis dumped them"

Another lie.
............"Awolowo used starvation to kill millions of Easterners and he ended up in a miserable way by suicide and died fulfilled as he was short-changed from being the ruler of the country by the same people he served to unleash death on Igbos".............

The truth;
Why did any single Igbo legal luminary charge Awolowo to the World Court for War crimes? Why did Justice Chukwudifu Oputa do nothing about it? Ojukwu, the leader of that war, later realized that all these accusations were false but that Azikiwe's inconsistency caused all those loss of lives, hence he attended Awolowo's burial and called him the best president Nigeria Never had. But guess what! Ojukwu refused to attend Zik's burial because of his dubious nature. What do you make of that you Igbotic bigot?

Another self-consolation lie;
............."Benjamin Adekunle a.k.a the Black Scorpion boasted of his killing spree on Igbo civilians. And he ended his life in a most miserable way - he ate his own excrement until he chose death in 2014............".

The truth;
Which newspaper carried that news? How did Ifeajuna who started the whole killing spree rubbish die?

Another half-truth
.............."MKO Abiola committed a lot of atrocities against the country. Aside looting national treasury he was known to sponsor many of the coups in Nigeria. He arrogantly sunk some containers of Christian books and paid off the importer just to curry favour from his Islamic masters, and he indeed died unfulfilled"............

The truth;
He did all those things to get money to support NPN. His ultimate beneficiary in the South was an Igbo man Ekweme who became the VP of the NPN which MKO rigged into office with all that money. No Yoruba or SS person benefited. So Igbos share in MKO's atrocities.

Another lie;
"MKO Abiola boasted that he can do without the Igbos. But when Yorubas started their trouble in 1993 using 'June 12' with their Odua Republic in mind prominent Igbos joined NADECO to champion the course to restore Abiola's mandate."

The truth;
All prominent Igbos like Nzeribe, Chukwumerijie actually joined the pro-Abacha ABN used to frustrate NADECO. Only few low class Igbos joined NADECO. The prominent members of NADECO were only Yorubas like Soyinka, Tinubu, Bisi Akande, Bola Ige; and SS sons like Rewane, Enahoro, etc. Igbos generally hated NADECO because they felt it was full of the disciples of their enemy, Awolowo; and that was why they voted for PDP against Falae the candidate of the NADECO's AD.

If you're wandering why no genocide was committed against Middle-Belters for the assassination of Murtala Muhammed by Dimka, then you reason asymmetrically. When Dimka killed Murtala Mohammed dis you hear that Middle-Belt civilians or their army officers' wives celebrated in the streets and market places making jest of core-Northerners with offensive pictures of Murtala Mohammed kneeling before Dimka the way Igbos openly celebrated all over the North and made jest of Northerners immediately after the Nzeogwu coup that took the lives of Ahmadu Bello, Balewa and lots of innocent military officers of Northern origin?
When Dimka's coup failed did any middle-beltern officer forcefully take over and start introducing decrees aimed t giving undue advantage to middle belters thus inimical to the interest of core northerners and indeed the entire Nigeria the way Ironsi an Igbo man forcefully took over after the failure of an Igbo coup, surrounded himself with Igbo advisers and started making and implementing decrees to give undue advantage to Igbos?

If innocent civilians are not supposed to be killed in a coup, then why are you comfortable with the fact that Ifeajuna killed over 20 innocent military officers of other tribes, and killed some civilians while he left Zik, Okpara and Osadebe untouched even though they were as guilty as the Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa, Akintola and Okotie-Eboh whom he killed? Did Dimka kill any innocent civilian or innocent army officer in his own coup?

I, as a South-South person, want a separate republic for my region and I will fight for it. But if I must choose between Biafra and OduaArewanistan Republic, I will choose the latter rather than team up with a Biafra whose people are greedy, insatiable, stupid enough to sell their birthright for powerless positions like Azikiwe did, are full of hatred for others, always have a hidden agenda different from the generally agreed goal, dishonest, always seeking to do others in, can't live among others in a peaceful, cordial and equitable atmosphere without making clandestine moves to topple the system to their undue advantage, can't resist the temptation to corner other people's wealth through the introduction of dubious systems of governance, blame everyone but themselves whenever the nemesis of their dubious moves begin to catch up with them, reject good and excellent proposals for equity and justice but later turn around to accuse others of marginalization when their own dubious alternative proposals fail them, always offend their host and insulting their cultures because they themselves never had any established cultures, etc.

If you Igbos are not just seeking to go and dominate the SS in this proposed Biafra, why do they just call it "Republic of Biafra" without adjectives like "federal" or "United" to indicate autonomy for every unit in it? The fact that Aguyi ironsi, in his quest to establish unitary system permanently, removed the term "federal" from our official name cannot be a mere coincidence with the fact that Biafra's official name as so far proposed also does not have "federal" in it. That means Igbos are naturally unitarian and domineering in philosophy. We the SS will be too stupid to come out of a half-baked federalism in Nigeria and enter into a fully Unitary republic of Biafra. From fry pan to fire! Tufiakwa!

The February 13, 1976 Dimka-led coupists came from Benue and Plateau region. They assassinated Murtala Mohammed then Head of State, yet there was no genocide carried against the Middle-belt people. Why was same treatment not given to the ethnic groups of the Dimka-led coupists that committed same offence? It's simply hypocrisy!
It is even against the military rule to harm the innocent civilians during coup.

According to the warped logic of you hypocritical bigots anytime there is a revolution or a coup the ethnic groups of the coup plotters should be singled out for ethnic cleansing![/color]

Four years into independence, three years before civil war, see how Nigeria was treating IGBOS
Now for you who may not understand why Igbos tried to leave the union, listen to parliamentarians.... Law makers in 1964 and tell me if it is your tribe you will not be like Ojukwu. Why would you want to be in a country where people treat you like this? Read for yourselves.
"Northern House Of Assembly Proceedings, February-March 1964
Below is an extract from the proceedings of the Northern Region House of Assembly between February and March 1964, less than four years after Nigeria’s independence from the British. I have nothing to add.

Read and judge for yourself:
Mallam Muhammadu Mustapha Mande Gyan:
On the allocation of plots to Ibos or allocation of stalls, I would like to advise the Minister that these people know how to make money, and we do not know the way and manner of getting about this business. We do not want Ibos to be allocated with plots. I do not want them to be given plots...

Mallam Bashari Umaru:
I would like (you), as a Minister of Land and Survey, to revoke forthwith all Certificates of Occupancy from the hands of the Ibos resident in the Region... (Applause).

Mr. A. A. Agogede:
I’m very glad that we are in a Moslem country, and the government of Northern Nigeria allowed some few Christians in the region to enjoy themselves according to the belief of their religion, but building of hotels should be taken away from the Igbos, and even if we find some Christians who are interested in building hotels and do not have money to do so, the government should aid them, instead of allowing Ibos to continue with their hotels.

Dr. Iya Abubakar (Special Member, Lecturer, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria):
I am one of the strong believers in Nigerian unity, and I have hoped for our having a united Nigeria, but certainly if the present state of affairs continues, I hope the government will investigate first the desirability and secondly the possibility of extending Northernisation policy to the petty traders. (Applause).

Mallam Mukhtar Bello:
I would like to say something very important, that the Minister should take my appeal to the Federal Government about the Igbos in the post office. I wish the numbers of these Igbos be reduced…. There are too many of them in the North. They are like sardines and 1 think they are just too dangerous to the Region.

Mallam Ibrahim Musa:
Mr. Chairman, Sir. Well first and foremost, what I have to say before this Hon. House is that we should send a delegation to meet our Hon. Premier to move a motion in this very Budget Session that all the Ibos working in the Civil Service of Northern Nigeria, including the native authorities, whether they are contractors or not, should be repatriated at once...

Mallam Bashari Umaru:
There should be no contracts either from the government, native authorities, or private enterprises given to Ibo contractors (Government Bench: Good talk and shouts of “Fire the Southerners”). Again, Mr. Chairman, the foreign firms too should be given time limit to replace all Ibo in their firms by some other people.

The Premier (Alhaji the Hon. Sir Ahmadu Bello, K.B.E., Sardauna of Sokoto):
It is my most earnest desire that every post in the region, however small it is, be filled by a Northerner (Applause)

Alhaji Usman Liman:
What brought the Ibos into this region? They were here since the colonial days. Had it not been for the colonial rule, there would hardly have been any Ibo in this region. Now that there is no colonial rule, the Ibos should go back to their region. There should be no hesitation about the matter.
Mr. Chairman, North is for Northerners, East for Easterners, West for Westerners, and the Federation is for us all. (Applause)

The Minister of Land and Survey (Alhaji the Hon. Ibrahim Musa Cashash, O.B.E.):
Mr. Chairman. Sir, I do not like to take up much of the time of this House in making explanations, but I would like to assure members that having heard their demands about Ibos holding land in Northern Nigeria, my ministry will do all it can to see that the demands of members are met. How to do this, when to do it, al1 these should not be disclosed. In due course, you will all see what will happen. (Applause).

GENESIS OF HATRED IN NIGERIA

1* “We do not want our Southern neighbours to interfere in our development. We have never associated ourselves with the activities of these
people. We do not know them, we do not
recognize them, and we share no responsibility in their actions. We shall demand our rights when the time is ripe. If the British quit Nigeria now at this
stage, the Northern people would continue their uninterrupted conquest to the sea”. - Sir Tafawa Balewa (1947)

2* “We the people of the North will continue our stated intention to conquer the South and to dip the Koran in the Atlantic ocean after the British leave our shores.” - Sir Ahmadu Bello (1957)

3* "The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grand father, Othman Danfodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use minorities in the North as willing tools and South as conquered territories and never allow them to rule over us or have control over their future"
- Sir Ahmadu Bello, October 12,  1960

Ahmadu Bello, arrogantly uttered the aforementioned statement in a multicultural and multi-religious country and got away with it, and many bigots still hold him in high esteem and even shove it down the throats of other people.

4*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WSosECbcmM

5*...barely six months after independence, Sir Ahmadu Bello was able to say with confidence in the Daily Times of May 3, 1961, the following:
“I’m set and fully armed, to conquer the Action Group, AG, in the same ruthless manner as my grandfather conquered Alkalawa, a town in Sokoto province, during the last century.”

6*...sometime in 2010, when upon the demise of President Umaru Y'Ardua, indications emerged that his erstwhile deputy, President Goodluck Jonathan, may contest the 2011 presidential election, a prominent chieftain of this same ACF, Lawal Kaita, who was a former Governor of old Kaduna State, threatened that the North would make Nigeria ungovernable, should Jonathan or anyone from the South win the 2011 presidential election, claiming that such would amount to denying the North it's birthright of ruling Nigeria.

7* It is in the same North barbaric statements like this were uttered in 2011:  ”BABOON AND DOG WILL BE SOAKED IN BLOOD”. And what was the outcome - carnage and murder of many Southerners and Christians in the North, including many Youth Corps members when Buhari lost the 2011 presidential election?

8* That true to that threat, upon the victory of Jonathan from the 2011 presidential election, massive violence was unleashed from the North by a group which called itself Boko Haram and which repeatedly took responsibility for unending mayhem which began with the killing of Youth Corp members who worked ad-hoc for INEC in that election.

9* As the barbaric killings and destructions reigned, especially with the attack by Boko Haram on the UN Building and Force Headquarters in Abuja, the Lower Niger Congress publicly posited that the nexus between the aforementioned threat by ACF's, Lawal Kaita and the Boko Haram's bloody campaigns summarily destroyed any prospects for keeping the Nigeria Union.

10* "It was, therefore, no surprise that in October 2013, following the bold announcement by President Jonathan, presenting the sudden prospect of revisiting the master-servant constitutional arrangements of Nigeria infuriated the warmongering born-to-rule Caliphate whose cause was championed by the same ACF, and who, supported by their allies from the renegade wing of the Yoruba Southwest,  launched a vicious, frontal attack on the initiative, teaming on the floor of the Conference into a majority, and driving the Conference into its first major decision, i.e. NOT TO DISCUSS THE TERMS OF NIGERIA'S UNITY. The rest of the Conference was a jamboree that provided a luxurious platform for the North/SW Alliance, parading itself as a new political party named APC, to fine-tune their violent March to the do-or-die 2015 general elections."

You write like someone who is poor at comprehension.
The mere fact that Nzeogwu, the only honest Igbo-guy among the plotters, did not grow up in Igboland is still enough to explain the bad nature of Igbos. Had he grown up at home and was polluted with the typical Igbo mentality of grab it all and kill others, hence he would have joined the other Igbo accomplices in the hidden Igbo agenda behind that coup. In fact he was just an Igbo by birth and not by the typical Igbo up-bringing which inspires greed and selfishness. If you now call Nzeogwu a Niger Deltan, then why do you claim his home town is part of Biafra? For your information it was Ifeajuna, from Onitsha, who really hatched the coup plot in Lagos and was the ring leader. Nzeogwu was only later co-opted just 3 months to the execution. The coup only came to be named after Nzeogwu because of his honesty in carrying out his own part and also his eventual honest public confession that the coup was tribally executed in Lagos by the core Igbos.

You keep referring to how Igbos were being marginalized before independence by the North yet you fail to see the foolishness and crass stupidity of your Zik in choosing to form alliance with those same Northerners at independence. Whose fault was it that Igbos chose to enslave themselves to their very traducers at a time an opportunity came to free themselves? Was It the fault of Awolowo, Yorubas or Niger Deltans that Igbos foolishly and stupidly alligned with that same North? Do you even know what you are saying at all? Only foolish and goat-like greed is known to make a people choose to partner with those who murder them and then later accuse everyone else of hatred. Why won't everyone hate a people who were so daft and silly? Even your murderer and traducer would hate you for your stupidity despite him benefiting from it....and that explains why Ahmadu Bello hated you people as he made declared in that you tube video interview he gave in 1952. It was 8 years after that his speech against Igbos that greed pushed Zik and Igbos into partnering with him. And you blame it on Yorubas and Niger Deltans? Preposterous logic!

If Ojukwu so much really believed in the need to take igbos out of Nigeria, then why did the same Ojukwu, who had already witnessed Igbo massacres in Kano, frustrate Isaac Boro's earlier attempt to take Ijaws out of Nigeria 15 months before Ojukwu declared Biafra? Why did Ojukwu not take Igbos out while Ironsi was still in power.... a time it would not have cost a single drop of Igbo blood since even the North too wanted Araba Republic at that moment? Even when some easterners managed to escape home from the North in the face of the massacres Ojukwu sent them back twice in the name of pursuing "one-Nigeria". Was that also Awolowo's fault or the Niger Deltans'? Leave Awolowo and South-south alone and blame Azikiwe, ironsi and Ojukwu for their folly and naivete which innocent Igbos paid for with their blood.

It was your Zik who introduced tribal politics in Nigeria in 1938 when he and his Igbo followers withdrew from NYM in protest to the victory of Ernest Okoli, a Niger Deltan. It was the same Zik whose attempt to forcefully take over the Western region for his NCNC that led to Operation Wetie which claimed the lives of over 2,000 Yorubas. Were you expecting Awolowo to be happy that 2,000 of his own people died as collateral damage for Azikiwe's attempt to take over the Western Region by hook or crook? Be honest!

Despite the pseudo-president Yorubas had in the person of Obj who more or less kowtowed to the whims and caprices of his slave masters, the average Yoruba person do not have better welfare than the Igbo person. The Igbo Nation prides itself as having the highest concentration of middle-class citizens while squalor and penury pervade the Yoruba enclave.

Nigeria economy assumed a downward trend when the gang acquired all Nigerian companies by virtue of indigenization decree of 1972. But they could not manage the companies instead they ruined, defrauded, liquidated, bankrupted and destroyed all the companies - that was the mother of destruction of Nigerian economy! The swindlers indeed bastardized the Nigerian economy.
And to divert attention from their ineptitude and crass looting of the treasury they would use illogical reasoning to attempt to bamboozle other people while pointing accusing fingers elsewhere!

After more than 40 years, despite the stolen wealth, the respective regions of the criminal gang cannot be said to be transformed and be one of the enviest in the world. None of their cities could be likened to, say the least, Johannesburg!

Yorubas with their cohorts ruined this country with crass looting of the treasury and yet they shamelessly point accusing fingers on the Igbos who have been far from political power.

In the build up to the 2015 general elections certain people made careless and careless utterances thereby heating up the polity.
The likes of FFK, Fayose, Fashola, Tinubu, Lai, El Rufai, Junaid Mohammed, Obj and Sahara Reporters heated the polity with their utterances; none of them is Igbo!

You lots have only flourished at the expense of others by virtue of the injustice, inequity and lopsided arrangement in the polity.
And to add insult to injury the calibre of leaders Yorubas  have presented to Nigerians are simply bunch of international drug peddlers, squandermanias and treasury looters.

Obasanjo had 11 years to “do the needful” but failed Nigeria – Ameh Ebute October 21, 2014 at 10:30 am in News
By Henry Umoru
ABUJA- FORMER Senate President, Senator Ameh Ebute yesterday took a swipe at former President Olusegun Obasanjo, saying he failed to use his three years as a Military Head of State and eight years as an elected president to do the needful in solving the nation’s problems, just as he said if the former president had done his best in addressing some of these sectoral problems, Nigeria would have been better for it.

According to Senator Ebute, former President Obasanjo could not fix critical roads like the Benin-Ore road; Lagos-Ibadan Expressway; Kano-Maiduguri road; the East West Road, just as he said that even his Otta-Abeokuta dual carriage were recklessly abandoned and could not be fixed in all his eight years as President, despite having more oil money from the Petroleum Ministry over which he personally superintended as President and oil Minister. Why should a President double as the Petroleum Minister of a country?

People like you didn't see anything wrong with Radio Kudirat which was hit the airwaves in the 1990s or the highly inciting Radio Chanji in the North in the build up to the 2015 general elections.

What have you and your folks done to counter the hate messages being preached in the mosques and the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives and reckless destruction of means of livelihoods in the North and Middle-belt?

Don't you feign ignorance and look for the Igbos to lay accusation of provoking the pogrom in the North?

Why do your wicked folks mischievously project Hausa-Fulani-Kanuris to be peace-loving and accommodative and yet great carnage and slaughter keep on happening in their region?

What did you do when OPC were killing innocent people in Lagos during the June 12 saga?

Ever since you were born, have you seen or heard anywhere Igbos are on rampage, killing people and destroying means of livelihoods for no just cause?

Have any prominent Igbo personality insulted or maligned your father or race?

Why do you parasites and miserable ass-lickers leave the nuisances posed by street urchins, almajiris and beggars to target Igbo traders, shops and markets for closure?

It will do you and your Yoruba folks much good to leave out IPOB/NK from unnecessary mention and rather concentrate on consolidating your OduaArewanistan republic.

N.B: The essence of this information is mainly to expose the lies of the notorious history distortionists and wicked propagandists who insult and malign others continually with lies and falsehood, and shout and make much noise on every available media. This a tribe that is after all well known for being loose cannons. Uncouth, uncivilised and disrespectful set of people who made a career out of abuse and slurs.
The same treacheerous beings who precipitated the January 1966 coup and the 1967-70 civil war with their bloody 'Operation Wetie ' in the SW. They start trouble and heat up the polity only to run cowardly to hide in their evil Soka forest when the jungle matures.

Disciple of hate and propaganda, here are the members of Yoruba tribe that participated in the January 15, 1966 coup:
(See Ben Gbulie: ‘Nigeria’s Five Majors.’).

*Adewale Ademoyega is the most prominent Yoruba participant in the coup, there were other Yoruba officers who were involved at the dangerous execution stage of the coup. One of them is:

*Second Lieutenant Olafimihan, an officer serving under Madiebo in Kaduna. He was sent by the plotters to gauge his commander’s loyalty. (See Madiebo pp.17-18).

*Another is Lieutenant (some books refer to him as a Captain) Fola Oyewole. He, like Ademoyega, went on to fight for Biafra and wrote a book on his coup and wartime experiences. The book’s title is ‘Reluctant Rebel.’

*There is also Captain Ganiyu Adeleke who became an instructor in the Biafran Infantry School. For confirmation, see the list of coup plotters detained by Ironsi’s regime in Ademoyega pp.106-108, and this quote from Nowa Omoigui’s online account: ‘Mid-Western Invasion of 1967’: ‘Captain Ganiyu Adeleke, who had taken part in both the January 15 coup and the Mid-Western invasion before becoming an instructor in the Biafran School of Infantry was released at a later date after his co-plotters had been freed.’ Omoigui’s work is significant because, though he exhibits a high level of professionalism in his research, he has no sympathy for the January 15 coup. If his facts corroborate Ademoyega’s they are worthy of attention.

Get the books and published papers and acquire some useful knowledge that can help you make informed decisions, and unravel the lies and propaganda being peddled in the public domain by the criminal 'sophisticated' tribe, even in this age of information technology.
Rather than address the specific issues raised you vomited all these long irrelevant and off-the-mark trash in the face of superior arguement as to how your tribe ruined Nigeria's federalism and replaced it with unitary system that has led to our 55 years of misery.
You complain loads of marginalization and gang up against your region SE but forget that your people were first to tamper with the equitable system we had in place.
You started a fight by punching others first and when the fight has gained full momentum you started complaining that the blows landing on you are too heavy. If you did not want marginalization, then why did you ever tamper with the federal structure?
You thought you'll be able to compete favourably in an atmosphere of chaos so you caused chaos by tampering with the federal structure, but on realizing that you could not outdo others as you thought you would, you started asking for a return to federal system.
Who are you to toss us up and down between two systems according to your whims and caprices?
You don't know that greed has consequence? All you have complained of are only the brutal consequences of the chaos you caused by dismantling federalism. You need a crash programme on how brutal nemesis could be.
You accuse everyone else of the evil you introduced into Nigeria.

The Jan 1966 coup was an Igbo coup not by the composition of the planners but by the manner of execution. It is clear that Nzeogwu and the Yoruba officers were deceived into what they did not really understand. Even each of the over 300 Nigeria's ethnic groups had been represented in that coup, that would not have changed the fact that apart from Nzeogwu, all the other Igbos involved had a different agenda from the one the other accomplices were made to believe.

You will soon cry blood and I shall help plunge you into more misery to your shame.

Remember how your elites, professors of lies and lying lawyers were nowhere to be found when Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, the current Emir of Kano, revealed the truth about the notorious liars and history distortionists by declaring, "YORUBAS ARE THE PROBLEM WITH NIGERIA".

Aguiyi Ironsi used a quasi-unitary system of government to save the country from the looming anarchy after the January 15, 1966 coup. It was meant to be temporal and Aguiyi Ironsi or his people never gained any undue advantage over other ethnic.

AGUIYI IRONSI DID NOT DISSOLVE THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS OR RESOURCE CONTROL; GOWON WITH THE COLLUSION OF AWOLOWO DID!

An Igboman Emeka Ojukwu spearheaded the Aburi agreement in which fiscal federalism and even confederation was adopted, but the other Nigerian, including Awolowo and Enahoro kicked against it. That is why fiscal federalism has not been experienced in this nation since then.

In 1972 Gowon and Awolowo proceeded to enact and enforce the Indigenization decree which led to the collapse of the Nigerian economy.
To add insult to the festering injury Olusegun Obasanjo promulgated the Land Use Decree (now Land Use Act) in 29th of March, 1978.

By the provision of the Land Use Decree of 1978, the inhabitants of the oil producing communities were turned into squatters in their own ancestral homes, as land where oil is explored, produced, transported and stored were decreed to belong to the state long after political independence in 1960. The existence and application of the Land Use Act of 1978 contributed to the present state of neglect, under-development and the insecurity of the region.

And for over 45 years, your subsequent governments refused to repeal the evil laws and entrench true practice of federal system of government. And the so called loud-mouthed tribe that termed themselves as 'sophisticated' were in power for over 11 years and would rather sit on the fence than have the evil polities eliminated!

Gowon, Awolowo, Ejoor, Adebayo, Mobolaji Johnson, Katsina, Wey and all the groups that supported and advised the Federal Government of Nigeria to renege on the accords agreed upon in Aburi, Ghana were responsible for the 1967-70 Civil War, alongside their murderous kinsmen who killed innocent Easterners in revenge for an act done by a misguided group of soldiers comprising both Southerners and Northerners.

Here is a list of some of your greedy kinsmen who looted and ruined the fortune of this country. And this is your idea of 'One Nigeria' where you persistently rob Peter to perennially pay parasitic Paul, and still continue to spill innocent blood to maintain the status quo in the polity.

Your first disease is that your likes assume that whoever expresses his indignation with how Igbos, in pursuit of their dubious one Nigeria, frustrated all attempts to set Nigeria on the part of equity and justice; is a Yoruba man. I am not Yoruba and I don't really either speak or understand the language.

Secondly, if you accepted Sanusi Lamido Sanusi's article claiming Yorubas are the problem of Nigeria, then you are obviously as dishonest and guilty of selective amnesia like him. If you really read through that piece of his without you Igbo-vindication seeking mindset you'd have noticed he blamed both Yorubas and even your own Igbos without reserving any single blame for his own Northern brothers who were actually the first to endanger the peaceful co-existence among Nigerians by their born-to-rule sloganeering which Awolowo did all his best to kill by seeking the all-south alliance but which your short-sighted Azikiwe rejected.

You failed to notice that Sanusi forgot that the North, together with Igbos, planned and executed the first coup in Nigeria when the ravenous and directionless NCNC-NPC ruling coalition sponsored a bill which, with retroactive powers, returned Akintola to power without election in the Western House. Were you and Sanusi Lamidi expecting Awolowo to fold his arms and watch that NCNC-NPC coup without planning the counter action which he was later accused of?

If till today an Igbo like you keeps identifying the remotest cause of Nigeria's misery as the North's born to rule mentality and yet accepted as valid an analysis on Nigeria's woes by Sanusi Lamido containing no single mention of that very born to rule mentality of his own brothers, then it means your educational qualification and logical ability need to be questioned and re-examined.

You lie again by claiming Aguyi Ironsi did not dissolve the regions but used a quasi-unitary system to contain anarchy..... Why not quasi-federal? Why could his quasi-unitary system not contain the anarchy but even triggered more Igbo massacres right under his nose? Why were those increased massacres not enough to make him repeal his so called quasi-unitary system immediately?
Who precipitated the anarchy if not your Igbo coupists? In actual fact Aguyi ironsi dismantled federalism completely and created 35 provinces with little or no autonomy for them each.
All the other military decrees issued by Gowon and later OBJ were meant to curtail the excesses of Igbos who by that coup demonstrated they could not live comfortably in peace with others under an atmosphere of trust and harmony.

Your hatred for OBJ today as a Yoruba product smacks of hypocrisy. You have forgotten that it was this same OBJ that rigged against his own Yorubas in favour of your Ekweme and shagari. Was it not you Igbos that, together with your old ally-the North- also voted OBJ back into office in 1999 when Yorubas rejected him flat? So whose fault is it that OBJ has now committed all the atrocities you have accused him of? All the corruption cases you listed above were carried out under the regime of OBJ which Igbos and the North with my own South-South blindly voted back into office in 1999 against common sense. So whose fault? The Yorubas'?

On the Aburi accord issue; was it not Igbos and Zik that rejected the secession clause proposed by Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello in the 1957 London constitutional conference? That clause was meant to give to each region the constitutional right to exit the union if it later felt cheated. With such a clause all our future leaders would have been placed under the fear of the consequences of misgovernance and perhaps Nigeria would not have been this misgoverned. But Ojukwu did not complain when Azikiwe rejected it in that conference. However, just 10 years later Ojukwu began to make at Aburi the same demands which were all implicitly captured in the secession proposal which Azikiwe and NCNC rejected in pursuit of their fraud called "one-Nigeria". Aburi Accord as demanded by Ojukwu and Igbos was purely an afterthought.
Those who earlier deny others freedom don't deserve it themselves..........Abraham Lincoln.
