I haven’t worked with him before but I don’t think that should stop you from contracting him for your survey.

All the artisans and suppliers on this platform have not met or work with most of their clients before. We just do it with faith and trusting that all will be well.

With his contributions here so far, I believe he’ll do a good job.

Discuss a good payment plan with him and let’s have your feedback after the job.
Ensure he’s easily accessible anytime needed. I once engage a surveyor from Ogun state to work on a project in Lagos, it wasn’t a sweet experience.

UACN should have there own court ordered meeting by first quarter of 2021. From my calculation you should be able to get 225 UPDC REIT shares for every 1000 UACN shares

You could also confirm the frequency of your gen, is ur giving stable frequency or a distortion in supply of power, please confirm this, so you can be safe, and not eventually destroy the “Charge part” of your Inverter box

Is the the voltage bulk adjustable? Maybe the voltage is set low you may need to increase the bulk and also check the float voltage as well. The other possibilities is that you've not charged the battery enough

A clamp meter would v determined the charging current possibly to check if it is enough to charge up the battery.

Check if there is a possible partial contact between cables and batteries' terminals

A voltmeter is also needed to check if it reads above 13v ( charging) or above 24v (charging) and below these mean not charging.

I will advice you to water proof it. you can adopt the dpc system used in german floor.

use marine board for the decking or use nylon b4 decking is most prevented way, Aventure mentioned it smtimes ago, i can remember, but is not a permanent cure for licking.

Have you done the slab?

If YES, apply cement slurry (cement-sand mortar mix) all over the top surface of the slab to plug any porisity left and or any cracks (through shrinkage or whatever means) that might have creeped into the slab.
Ensure the slurry layer is sloped to drain water away from the roof.

If NO, do your concrete slab to standard thickness. After curing and drying, do the above to a desired slope to drain off water away from the roof.

This should take care of the worries. This comes at a cost though.
