Your question is vague.

If you are asking if your ground floor arrangement must be same with the upper floor for structural stability, then the answer is NO. It's the responsibility of your structural engineer to design the building according to its loading conditions.

However, if you are suggesting that you want to change the floor arrangement from what 2ad originally designed, then there is a "structural concern" and you need to revert to your Structural Engineer .

Need advise from the gurus in the house.

Will there be a structural concern if the design of the rooms/flats on the first floor in a story building is different from the ones on the ground floor. In the current design, I have 1no 2bed, 2no 1bed and a self contain. I intend to eliminate the external staircase that is supposed to lead to the 2bed on the first floor so all the tenants living on the first floor access their flats using the in-door staircase. Plan to have a balcony extension to provide access for the 2bed & 1bed flat.

I have also attached the floor plan for assessment.

Ground floor has been completed and original design for both floors are same.

Oga gazzuz, can replacing the starter solenoid make a car start vibrating on starting or stopping. I just changed the one for my 09 Corolla today. Immediately I started the car, it began vibrating seriously. The technician said it because he disconnected the battery that after I've driven it for a while it will become normal

N5 million worth will give you a dividend of 590k and another 400k ploughed back for further real estate Investment.

I doubt if a house of N5 million will give you a rental income of 590k.

Let him carry on for as long as he can. I don't see anything wrong with @davodyguy sharing his experience about a particular set of people even after he pointed out that people with the same attribute abound in other tribes.

Thank you for your response. I agreed that the posting was wrong and ought to be called out. However, those who called it out seems to be looking for something to fight about. Some of the same people asking for apology are the one making tribal insults. That is the reason I asked if you follow the thread. The posts of the people asking for apology indicates to me that they are probably people engaging in tribal fights all over the places and they are looking for their contemporary Yoruba types to turn this thread into another shit show as was the case in politics section.
