YES you do . The abs wheel speed sensor is a fixed component of the rear wheel bearing in the south African and American models.
Thanks chief. Can only the affected hub be replaced or both has to be replaced?
Car TalkRe: Maintenance Tips On Cars. by debeey87(m): 8:17am On Jun 07, 2020
For Toyota Corolla 2009 American Spec, does the hub needs to be replaced to fix a bad wheel speed sensor at the rear of the car?. That was what a mechanic said yesterday when I told them to replace it.

Earlier when I scanned the car, the resulting code indicated the sensor was bad

You are correct Sir with the figures. I am only concerned about the returns therein for me as a shareholder in both entities. At today's prices SFS
is available at N62.40, there is a proposed distribution of N7.30 UPDCReits is available at N3.50 - I do not know why they have removed the audited accounts of UPDC REITS from the NSE website
I also think one of the reasons SFSREITS has a good EPS is because their OS is just 20m. If it were to be higher, the earnings will have been less relative to that price. Liquidity like you mentioned is a major challenge sha

Every investor should take responsibility for how and where they invest their money. If you invest based on the information available here, that's your doing and be man/woman enough to take responsibility for it.

it is better you pass on some opportunities if there's too much noise about them and you're not able to make a clear decision than blame others for your decision.

You are the CEO of your investment portfolio

That is unpaid balance of previous dividend.
You can see that the figure is less than N2b, whereas the dividend deducted from retained earnings is over N13b

It is not everything said by Oracle I follow but I also use my wisdom to pick the key info in his posts.oracle and oyinbo people have something in common and I guess he is being paid for his services.oracle never said anything that is not genuine but be careful not to be a prey to his traps.

I am still 100% in cash now.still watching the next phase of market.10 to 20% is still my new entry target.
I actually expected you to do better than say Oracle is conniving with some people to set trap for people here. This is the same person that has made right calls this year based solely on his own assessment and has posted them for others to benefit.

Please learn to do better next time and not talk from two sides of your mouth. Everyone is the CEO of their portfolio. Enjoy your Fidson Loot Sir

If you invested in Money market fund, yes you can reinvest dividend. As for stock investment, the answer is no. The reason is the dividend is paid by the Registrar and not the broker. You get your dividend paid to your account before sending to your broker for reinvestment.
Stanbic Ibtc gives you the opportunity to do that when they declare dividends but most companies don't

Godlylifeoneart:
THE DRUM IS BEATING.
Recently, there is a new campaign for brokerage firms to merge and recapitalize.
The proponents of the campaign opined that less than 10 stock brokerage firms are responsible for 80% of equity transactions in the Nigeria boss.
Should this proposal of RECAPITALIZATION / MERGING sees the light of the day, it means the retail traders are in for high brokerage commissions.
Presently, the commission ranges from 0.5% to 1.35%
I wonder why the terrible government of the North always make things hard for the productive people of Southern Nigeria.
We do the work, earn the money, pay the tax, spend by the directionless government of Northern Nigeria.
It took a determined campaign by the Olusegun Obasanjo regime in 1999 to lure the present generation of retail investors to the market.
Now that our generation has embraced the market in our quest for financial freedom, the body language of this government of the North is to make us pay more brokerage fee.
I can recall, VAT was removed on equity investment and transaction in an effort to encourage retail investors to participate more actively in the market.
Recent statistics shows that the domestic investors participation in the market currently stood at 54% vs 46% for Foreign investors.
Should government insist on the recapitalization and merger, who will pay the imminent increase in brokerage fee that will accompany such exercise?
I have no apology, this government is blind and deaf. She does not listen to people. Her personal interest of Northernisation of the whole Nigeria is the interest of the country.
In Nigerdelta, where the mainstay economy of Nigeria is located, we have no gut. The official language in NNPC is now HAUSA.
All the top management positions, 23 out of 26 is filled by hausa fulani.
To worsen the matter, the graduate trainee scheme was essentially reserved for the candidates from Northern Nigeria.
Buhari has destroyed Nigeria.
After removing the VATs holiday that was introduced by GEJ, he is bent on making us to pay more.
What is left for our deaf president is to rechristened the nation FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE NORTH.
NO apology for any of the readers of this view from the North.
Speak to your people, tell them Nigeria does not belongs to only the descendants of othman danfodio. It belongs to us all.
After destroying everything in Nigeria, Buhari is bent on destroying the NSE and SEC. Go ahead, we are fully diversified.
NYSE, LSE many of us are already there.
No one is insulting the wicked northerners, they are the one insulting and destroying the nation.
Your President sacks a southerner, he replaces with a northerner.
He sacks a northerner, he replaces with a northerner.
You shout one Nigeria while you believe in only Northern Nigeria. You have grossly divided this nation.
We are marching on. You cannot be in power forever.
The glorious days of NSE shall return after the expiration of Buhari tenure.
We should learn to respect others irrespective of what our feelings are without calling out any session/tribe. Don't let us turn this thread to where we start to discuss tribe rather we should focus on the credibility of the person appointed and how it will affect regulation going forward.

This is the second post this week you're making subtly attacking a tribe in the country. I believe you can do better. Thank you

Your CSCS is specific to your broker but CHN can be the same. When opening the other stockbroking accounts, ensure to specify to your new brokers to use the same CHN number you already have if not another one will be created for you.

Please I would like to ask, if I open two (or more) stockbroking account with different brokers, all in my name, will it be the same CHN & CSCS numbers I will maintain across all of them? huh huh huh
