Each time I try to read through their reports, the impression I get is that they went to type it across the street at a business centre and then sent the photocopy to NSE for publication...

Haba... Let them buy computer for their secretary. I'm sure he or she will do a better job at producing an aesthetic report rather than the business centre operator.

A clamp meter would v determined the charging current possibly to check if it is enough to charge up the battery.

Check if there is a possible partial contact between cables and batteries' terminals

A voltmeter is also needed to check if it reads above 13v ( charging) or above 24v (charging) and below these mean not charging.

I expect a flat result from dangote. Although the boarder closure will have helped their q3 and q4 sales to jump, part of the profits will be wiped off by increased import duties (cost of importing raw sugar) and also operating expenses. Dividend will be same as last year #1.10k.

Caveat : am in the bus hence the reason for the analysis.

From Qtr2 2020 Accounting year. It is doubtful if Caverton/ other logistics businesses (except Nahco, due to strong subsidiary companies in other sectors of the economy) can escape the effect of Covid 19.

As an extension of the above, I will like to us to make a list of our own "Nsempa Covid Test/ Isolation Camp). It will consist of stock we must not buy until their Isolation/treatment from our NSempa Covid Camp is over. I currently use Morgan Capital. Is the CHN number same as my CSCS acct number on my valuation print out on the Morgan Capital portal..
I haven't been able to find where the CHN is written on the portal.

A ready multinational offtaker of milk is on ground and they pay daily per litre of milk. If you have just 1 litre from 1cow or 2000 litres from 2000 cows they will pay 120 per litre provided the milk is fresh.

Try and get F1 cross breed with our locals..
F1 crossbreed will give you minimum of 10 litres per day...
As against 1 litre per day of Fulani cows...

Since NB has been 22 I keep placing trades but it never gets filled.
I placed at 24.4, no way. @26.8, no way.
Those are the opening prices. Until today, I placed @29.45, then it got filled. Maybe it will close there.

There is no law that prevents directors or members of the board from buying or selling shares of their company. They only need to inform the Sec and NSE when they do which is what happened in the releases that were publicised.

The law however prevents them from buying or selling shares in their company during sensitive periods e.g. When they are considering quarterly or audited reports. This is why there is a closed period around these events where those with privileged information can't buy or sell shares....
