National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu is really good as they have wonderful personnel; orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists, etc but grossly under equipped and patients care there is not ideal. As at 2012 when I last visited there as a fresh graduate, they had no C-arm in the theatre which is invaluable for such procedures as femural nailing, DHS, knee replacement, etc. The surgeons still perform what I'll rather call miracles under this condition.

igbobi in lagos is also a nice place, better equipped but the workload there is so much that if u don't know any member of staff, it will take a very long time before one can be attended to
