Hi all. Please for those that have their PPR or submitting their applications. Did you upload your visa entry and exit stamp pages in your passport in the passport/travel document section especially for the last 10 years or do we submit just the data page of current passport. I will really appreciate urgent replies. Thanks |
Stencil:He lives in another state where he works and comes home often as well. |

Hi all, I will like to know if I need to attach a letter of explanation for an additional address for my spouse as he currently works in another state different from our home address. Should we even mention this address or leave it out since we are not adding a reference letter for his working experience? But at the same time just want to be as honest as possible. Please I need an urgent response. Thanks |
Hello house, for those who already have their PPR or have submitted their applications, can one use cam scanner app on a phone to scan document for uploading in the application process or do we have to use a office scanner? Thanks |
Hi all, I have a newspaper publications of my change of name after marraige and a Sworn affidavit of one and same person. will that be enough to prove a legal change of name? Or do I still need to get a sworn affidavit for change of name? |
Hello house please for those who are post ITA, did you have to scan all the travel visa page in your current and old passports while submitting for travel history as I just got a new passport and there is no visa stamp on it yet. Hello house. I want to know if I am to get both reference letter and letter of indebtedness from my bank or will just one of it be okay for my POF? Thanks please it's urgent. |
Happy Eid Mubarak to all the Muslims in the house. Is there any link where I can see templates of gift deeds and bank letter format for IRCC to help me with my POF? Thanks |
Hello house. Please I will really appreciate some clarity on some of these questions. 1. My husband came back from the UK after a year of Masters January 2009. Will he still need UKPCC since it's 10yrs now? 2. He plans to send a lump sum to my account as I am the PA, do we need to submit his bank statement as well or just a letter of consent from him. 3. I also plan to get a gift deed from my mother. Can I invest the money after I get it or should I leave it in my account in case of an ADD Please help a sister out. Really need answers. |
firpemi:I wrote with BC for 11th May. A lot of pple believe the result may not change. So I have not applied yet. |
Hello house. Congratulations to all POE clinchers. I just got my result today and I had LRWS 8.5, 6.5, 7, 8. I am so confused about this reading result. Please has anyone done remark for reading and does it change. Thanks so I can know what to do. |
Glad to be in the new thread. I pray we all get good news soon. My husband and I recently discovered we could stop one of our children education insurance and get the money before the stipulated expiry date. I just want to know if getting a letter from the insurance company of the availability of the money to us is enough for POF or if we should get the money and invest in Tbills to show for POF? The insured money is in my hubby name but I hope that will not matter if we can explain that I as the PA has access to it. Thanks |
Hello house. Thanks for all the responses all the time. Really appreciate this forum. Please I will like to ask a question. I am the PA but as of now all I have is almost half of the required POF for a family of 4. I just want to know if it's not too late post ITA to get a gift deed from my mum or can my hubby transfer the balance to me then and hope his account statement will not be needed for documentation. I am pre-ITA but hoping for one soon but have no lump sum in my account, only Tbills for part of the POF. |
Hello house. Please I will like to know if I can go to BC office in Ikoyi to submit for a remark for my hubby that had his IELTS exams at Portharcourt few weeks back. He plans to send the scanned copy of the filled form as I have the original certificate with TRF with me and can I go to drop it at any day of the week? Please will appreciate a reply as we only have this week left to apply for a remark. Thanks |

Hello house. Please I am a silent reader but really appreciate all the help I have gotten so far from this group. I got an NOI from Alberta and I just want ask if I am suppose to declare that my latest US visa was revoked without any particular reason during the US visa application process of my husband and daughter. I had my child in the US but I showed them all my receipts but my visa was revoked all the same. Do I report that I have been refused visa or should I just ignore this while filling my forms. Please I really need help urgently |
Hello, I want to ask if anyone had this encounter and how they resolved it. A friend that is undergoing assessment with EA is being asked to provide National e-ID card by the assessor with a deadline. This is after first providing intl passport and then later drivers licence and voters card. This is worrisome as only the slip given after registration with the registration details and photo is available. This national ID card takes so long b4 people get them. Pls has anyone been in this situation? Try and help. Thanks. |
Hello elders here, please I need guidance here again. I once asked if I could claim two or certificates from the WES report I received. I got good responses that lightened my mood. However on updating my education history, particularly from the drop down menu on level of education for Canadian equivalence, I couldnt find anything that reflects what WES stated as equivalent to my postgraduate certificate, {Postgraduate diploma (one semester)}. I can only find one year and the others. For the first degree, that is fine. It is attached here for easy reference . Please elders make una advice me on what I should do. I beg oh because i am confused here again. Thank you.

Thank u @tbaby2015. The postgraduate is a one year certificate program not a degree. WES report says it's equivalent to a Canadian postgraduate diploma (one semester). The one semester in bracket is my worry. The 5 years bachelor degree program was made equivalent to a Canadian 4 yrs bachelor degree program. I intend to claim two or more certificates. Citing that one semester in brackets is just my concern. Pls help. tbaby2015: |

The elders and experienced people in the house make una help me gather ideas here. I beg una. My people please I beg anyone who can to help me out of this puzzle that WES created for me. They evaluated my first degree and a postgraduate certificate which is for a year as below: Canadian equivalence summary {Bachelor's degree (4 years) and postgraduate diploma (one semester). I dont understand why that one semester in bracket was introduced . My question is does this qualify for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" considering this information below from CIC website: Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. Important notice: One must be for a program of three or more years. ECA assessment results: A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or: Post-Bachelor's Certificate Post-undergraduate certificate Post-Bachelor's Diploma Post-undergraduate diploma Graduate Certificate Graduate Certificate with a focus in [area of concentration] Postgraduate certificate Postgraduate Diploma Graduate Diploma with a focus in [area of concentration] Graduate diploma two-year Postgraduate Diploma, specializing in [name of discipline] two-year Bachelor’s after degree with a focus in [area of concentration] one-year Postgraduate Certificate in [name of discipline] Dual Bachelor’s degree (four years) Please I will appreciate advice from you guys. I dont know if anyone has been through this particular situation. This people WES just weak me sha. Honestly. If its two or more certificates, CRS will be around 449 but if not I will be on 422 and by April, 5 pts will be gone from adding a new age. I beg I need help and clarification. Thanks |
