The bigot, named Sanusi, whose nepotistic trends in CBN affairs as exemplified with his latest donation of N300m to Kano State bombing victims while sitting nonchalantly on the plight of victims from other states as a result of acts perpetrated by the Islamized numbskulls called Boko Haram, should be fired.

This is the same type of unchecked nepotism, among other things, that invited the coup of January 15, 1966. Some moronic dullards are standing up shameful defense for an indefensible bigotry and nepotism exhibited by Sanusi. Ironically, the same brief holders for Sanusi shall be first loudmouths that would shout tribalism if a swift reaction occurs.

Do you realize what war is all about? Nigeria and Republic of Benin are not the same country an instance that does not debar the citizens of these countries to pursue happiness in each others country.

Disintegrated Nigeria does not signal all out war among emerging nation states or encourage acts of ethnic cleansing. I do not think you want a country that will be conquered in a day after declaration of independence due to moronic utterance from putrid mouths such as yours. Rochas Okorocha is an irredeemable dingbat. It is unfortunate he has introduced nepotistic behavior into Imo State polity by his decision to move Imo State University to Ideato South LGA, his ancestral home. He and his blindfolded supporters should realize that Rochas Okorocha will not be last governor of Imo State and next governor should follow his foot step and move Imo State University to his or her LGA.

Rochas Okorocha should concentrate on the creating economic infrastructures which in turn provide jobs to people of Imo State. The existing universities in Imo State are churning out enough unemployable graduates that are fast becoming kidnappers. It is mindboggling to perceive the level of misguided support granted to Okorocha’s feel-happy and empty rhetoric promises by semi-blind people of Imo State.

Spell out your objections, if any. I know the Ibibio, Annang and Ogoni people are also bearing the brunt of failed Biafra under Nigeria. There is no doubt Republic of Igbo land will sustain the test that awaits newly formed nation including the wedge of territorial expansionism from neighboring countries without suing for the help of foreign occupying force. I shall be extensively happy as Igbo in the Republic of Igbo land.

Mind you, It should never be by force to join confederacy with Ndigbo rather it should be a voluntary undertaking by Ibibio, Annang, Ogoni, Efik, Ekio, Ejagam, Atama, Ijo(eastern Nigeria) and Idoma (Benue State).

When I first noticed their over zealous derision of Nigeria I brought it to their attention here that they should recall why the Northern pogrom started. . . . because they were mocking and jubilating under inappropriate conditions. I advised that they do their Biafran flag and anthem at home and in private, not in newspapers and online and on tv. . . .but they will not listen. In a post today I repeated the same thing on the need to be cautious in how they display their love and patriotism for Biafra. There is only one thing they know to do well and it's putting the cart before the horse.

Anyway, for the record everyone should see this comment below. I got it from internet. Listen to what the eye witness said about why Igbo were targeted in North. December 28, 2011 at 2:09 AM

@ Egbe, @ Ukachukwu, @ Ejior, and @ Odunukwe: Please before you facists start TRIPPING OVER YOUR HORMONES, let’s get some facts straight here. I was at Government College Zaria when the first coup led be Col. Nzeogwu took place; Ahmadu Bello, leader of the Northern Peoples Congress was killed, Tafawa Balewa, the first prime minister was killed, Chief Okotieboh, finance minister was killed, Chief Obafemi Awolowo was still serving 10 a ten year prison term for “Treasonable Felony” for trying to secede from the Federation of Nigeria. All the Igbo ministers, including Nnamdi Azikwe, the president were in nowhere to be found; they were believed to be hiding in the East. Later, Col. Agui Ironsi, took over as the Commander in chief. Col. Odumegwu Ojukwu was posted as the military commander of the East.

The Igbos in the North were publicly REJOICING and TAUNTING the Northerners that their political dominations have been shattered. The Northerners felt grossly insulted went on rampage, and started killing any Southerner they could find; 80 percent casualties were Ibos; Caualties might have gone way, way higher, it was the British Government that persuaded the Northerners to stop, or else. If the Igbos in the North, have not resulted into uncalled for jubilations, mass genocide of the Igbos might have been avoided. During all these dark periods, Chief Obafemi Awolowo was still at Lekki Prison at Epe. More to come on this episode=============

Before we attained Independence at all, Chief Obafemi Awolowo was at the forefront trying to convince the British government that “CONFEDERATION” was the best solution for Nigeria, and that the 1914 Luggard’s Amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates was a SHAM; a long term pretext by the British to maintain POST_COLONIZATION. Chief Anthony Eronsele Enahoro(The fugitive Offender), who was the Chief Editor of Nnamdi Azikwe’s African Pilot wrote extensively against the British illegal Amalgamation of Nigeria; as a matter of fact he(Enahoro) was unconditionally jailed without trial by the British. Chief Enahoro finally resigned as Chief Editor of African Pilot, and joined Chief Obafemi Awolowo when he discovered that Nnamdi Azikwe was secretly undermining the progress of confederation.

The Northern Sultan Emirates advised the Britsh not to venture amalgation because Islamic believes and Quaranic studies run their daily WAYS and MEANS. So my people, Boko Haram started way before 1914, but the British ignored the consequenses. Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Chief Anthony Enahoro went to prison justifying confederation for Nigeria; The brick that the builder rejected, finally became the cornerstone of the house. Read: 1. TREASONABLE FELONY of Chief Obafemi Awolowo. 2. The Fugitive Offender(of Chief Eronsele Anthony Enahoro). 3. Chief Anthony Enahoro’s Editorials(Azikwes’s African Pilot)against one Nigeria.

You seem to degenerate into the state of nescience. It is either a matter of disingenuous or outright mischievousness for a person to cull this conjectural crap to support an ill-informed opinion.

If you call the jackass who wrote this nonsensical piece an eyewitness, there is no doubt you are an irredeemable ninny. At this stage of your life and that of the goofy punk who wrote the reference you posted, both of you can not even posit correctly the military ranks of the principals during coups of 1966. Yet an imbecilic dullard such as you would want us to believe iota of this fabricated fallacy.

Why must Ndigbo rejoice at death of fellow Nigerians? I guess Tafawa Balewa was the prime minister of northern region not Federal Republic of Nigeria. It was the same idiotic propaganda leveled against Ndigbo rejoicing with song labeled Ewu Na Ebe Akwa produced by Igbo artist. When moronic dingbats were shown the fallacy they have committed as they were correctly informed the artist of record was Ijo, they changed to Igbo market women.

When will the flow of idiocy end in the cesspit called Nigeria? Throughout constitutional conferences toward Nigeria’s independence, there was no instance when Awolowo or member of AG singularly walked out for conference because British refused to grant independence to western region of Nigeria. It is on record that Awolowo was the only politician of Nigeria’s independent era who went to war to keep Nigeria as one entity.

Nairaland is fast becoming the cesspit called Nigeria. Why should posts be deleted?
Nigeria claims democratic system of government but operates authoritarian system of government. People on the corridor of power would hide behind silly schemes to intimidate and rob the society clean.

It is plain idiocy to attempt to encourage any form of censorship on this forum under the pretence of sanitization. For the fact that every Nigerian belongs to one of the alleged 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria, it is foolhardy for dingbats to control the loyalty individuals seemed to hedge on a particular group when everything in Nigeria is based on sectionalism.

Sometimes provocative threads are introduced on this forum and naturally attract thought provoking responses. As far as I am concerned, all the responses regardless the goofiness are educative. Sometimes it is nice to know that most Nigerians are ill-informed.

If anybody honestly or truly wants to stop tribalism in Nigeria, please help disintegrate the country. It is governmentally fashionable in Nigeria to retire few qualified and competent senior police officers in order to placate tribalism in Nigeria. Yet there is a crap on this board called tribal sanitization.

The deletion of worthless post on this forum can not and will not douse the burning desire and irreversible plans set in motion to disintegrate the junk known as Nigeria. I guess it sucks to be a Nigerian.

It is unfortunate Nigerians always tend to sit history on its head. I am very happy the loudmouth from Benue State, probably Tiv and Christian, named Joseph Waku is the main bullhorn for Arewa Consultative Forum.

Whenever there is a discussion on the issue of secession among Ndigbo, some peeps seemed to overlabor themselves with the concerns of Christians and Middle Belt as what would become of their faith. I have argued that the so-called Christians and Middle Belt peeps will readily constitute armed division of fighters willing to fight for their age long masters from Sokoto. A typical idiotic ninny such Joseph Waku will spearhead the call to arm his people to fight for Hausa, Kanuri, Nupe and Fulani. This scenario has happened before and would happen in the future. I hope Ndigbo should not be caught napping this time around.

History has a funny way of repeating itself. Nigerians who seem to be very forgetful due to inducement from ethnic bias should mark down who started the taunting and calling for Igbo to leave northern region of Nigeria. I guess P-Square would be blamed for singing the song named Ewu na ebe Agwa. One thing is clear though, these moronic imbeciles from the so-called northern region of Nigeria are really scared about the disintegration of the cesspit called Nigeria. Kobojunkie:
. . . . . . . . . Again, you cannot be destroying the third tier of government in Imo State and expect Imolites to hail you. Nigeria's Constitution recognizes local government areas as the third tier of government after the federal and state governments. Their functions are clearly defined. They are entitled to allocation of funds from the federation account for use in carrying out their functions. Governor Okorocha sacked 27 elected council chairmen without recourse to constitutional procedure and appointed sole administrators. It is abuse of power for him to appoint sole administrators for our LGA's . It is a breach of Imo State local government administration law and a breach of section 7and 8 of the country's constitution. It is an impeachable offence. Councils in Imo state today hardly pay workers' salaries due to meager money they receive from the state government.

Sole administrators are government stooges that will only accept whatever peanuts the government sends to the LGA's. They are not elected so they have no mouth to demand for what is due for the LGA's .Using sole administrators in our councils will make Imo State to have places that cannot be reached by any form of motorized vehicle; reaching those places will entail abandoning vehicles and trudging on foot. It will make some areas in Imo to have medical emergencies transported to clinics on motorcycles. It will make many places in Imo to have pupils studying under dilapidated classrooms. Where are the boreholes that are supposed to provide potable water in our LGA's ? Where are the L.G.A funds? Why won't we have elected council officers in Imo State? Why do so many people die from preventable diseases like malaria, typhoid, cholera, dysentery, and meningitis in our LGA's? Why do we have mountains of refuse and clogged drainages all over our LGA's?

Also, you don't sell Imo State properties to yourself and expect Imolites to hail you. Okorocha sold the only plantation Imo has in agriculture that has endured the years. We demand that Okorocha should stop selling Imo public corporations to himself. He sold Adapalm to himself ,he has also sold ITC and others. As a policy ,the Okorocha's government has repeatedly told whoever cares to listen that, “government has no business being in business” and it thus creates basis for Okorocha to sell off Imo state owned corporations to himself for peanuts. This is at the expense of the poor working masses, whose future and that of their teeming dependants are constantly jeopardized as a result of the harsh economic condition that will arise from these sales. We call for a public probe of the unwholesome sale of public properties in Imo state. Imo people did not fight for change so that Okorocha can sell Imo to Ireland. Imolites did not fight for change so that Okorocha can feed the dogs. Imo did not elect him so that he can sell Imo state. He should make Adapalm, Concord, Imo Transport, Imo Stadium and other Imo State companies to work and not sell them. Where did he deposit the money from the sales of these Imo state owned companies? Why is he converting Imo State and its funds into a family enterprise while governing the State with impunity and military fiat not minding or giving a hoot how the people feel? Save us o' God.

Okorocha has encouraged a grass root opposition to democracy in Nigeria. From the behavior of certain goons in Nigeria, I have concluded it is very unfortunate to adopt democracy as system of government in Africa. Africans must find a system of government that could accommodate their skewed stream of thoughts.

Okorocha is a man whose personal assistant, Barr. Okorocha, openly informed the people of Imo State there is urgent need to commercialize or privatize all the ministries in Imo State. When the governor was asked about the need to commercializing or privatizing office of the governor in Imo State, he looked idiotic as well as lost for words.
