The judiciary is the only hope for a stable and safe nation for all, stop jeopardising our judiciary, let it work, police officers are supposed to listen to judges not politicians or political appointees. Are we practicing democracy or not? Stop making Nigeria look ridiculous in the eyes of the world, when you travel there, they will ridicule you too, because of the way we live here. Let's not continue to wallow in this myopia and mediocrity. |

Keep it closed till they give us assurances that their nations will no longer be routes to dumping goods in Nigeria by Western nations. Even if rice is expensive, as long as its Nigerians making the money, and the money remains here, it will lead to prosperity eventually...and the price will reduce as more Nigerians engage in rice farming and meet our local consumption rate. |

SalamRushdie: Guy go and do your research and stop thinking your house is the whole of Lagos .. Most Lagosian use 4 liter paint buckets to poo and wash it off into ground water , many use polythene bags which dey tie up and throw in refuse dumps and many still look for open land to dig a small temporary out to poo and they close it , many close to the Lagoon straight up poo in it and many still use squat and pit laterines that are basically advanced dug out ... I stay in Lekki phase one and I know how much poo I come across in the roads when i step out to jog in the morning . You said 80% of lagosians, this is a fallacy. |

SalamRushdie: Many don't know but 80 percent of Lagosians including many on this thread practice one form of open defecation Exxagerated figure, most apartments in Lagos have toilets, even face me I face you. It's mostly rural areas, where people stay close to the bush, and beach combers that practice open defecation. Get your facts right |
