bangbangall:Stop talking nonsense, we are talking economics and business here...need them on leadership role how? Dumb talk |
Yes, every one knows this already. |
Imagine, so called educated youths peddling unverified lies like market women...quite illogical. |
Guys... |
Watch space |
Mom has a valid point here, she knows the men we have here are bum lovers ![]() |
Shameful |
Good decision by the FG, we need to encourage local industries, when our money stays and we import less, our currency will be more stable. Let's encourage exports instead of imports, this is how countries get rich, it is a very simple economic principle. Nigeria has been the mugu of these countries for too long, and they hate our guts. All over the world countries push to be exporters not importers.(that is the reason for the current trade war US/China). Let's act sensibly for once. Government has a role to play, in investing in proffessional farmers and Agriculture companies and businesses. They should be proper evaluated before loans and incentives are issued, so that the financial investment by government will be recouped. These type of rice farmers abound, that are running their business efficiently and profitably, they only need assistance to increase capacity. These things are not rocket science, serious countries all over the world are doing it, and it's working. Our market and human resources are our biggest resource, we have to benefit from them, for us. |
SamuelAnyawu:Thank goodness we still got observant peeps, I was almost loosing hope, on how gullible the youths are becoming...lots of them are in prison cos they were misled by Instagram fake life...they forget that hushpupi is feeding off this fame he gets, he can go extra mile to boost his fan base... |
Did he park and arrange his cars on the street to snap with ![]() That looks like a road,a hotel or public car park,it does not really look like a typical garage...just saying. |
Hushpupi won't like this...Freeze what do you mean ![]() |
See his sheepish smile...mofo ![]() |
Why show off so much fancy cars and cash in Instagram in the first place? |
Serious business, seems to be working for them though, Indians are doing wonders in IT and medicine. |
Smart lucky dude...I think they go way back though... |
Am just checking the Russian delegation, says a lot about how Nigeria is viewed, we need to work on our international reputation by being serious about governance. |
Good idea, focus on maximizing use of scarce resources, and finding the best hands to execute state projects, partnership arrangements for top quality, is good, via concession arrangements and such. Public good should be the overriding principle and objective. Lagos can do this, this state has capacity. |
joeGH:I hope you look at the market numbers, and the difference between a Nigerian and Ghanian, we are go-getters, Ghanians are laid back...you can't be what you ain't...the land size to population ratio thing is senseless, it does not give you any real advantage. , Nigeria has the most fertile lands, and more resources than Ghana,On your gold resources, Anglo gold gives your government less than 15%, you guys live on aids, google it and see for yourself, Nigeria FG receives no foreign direct aid, unlike Ghana gets yearly from the US, we help other nations, you see what am saying, Ghana is dependent on aids to survive, so stop comparing yourself to Nigeria, deal with Togo. let's talk numbers, market indices and influence, not nonsense talk. |
Afonja007:How many empires in history are still existing today? Timbuktu, Kush, Babylonian empire, Alexander the Great of Macedonia/Greek empire, nok culture, Mayans etc...how many are still surviving? What is surviving and only legacy of the Roman empire is Rome, as great as it was, and Rome is surviving due to the papacy, they were able to align politics with religion to enable them perpetuate their power... Only the British empire has survived till now, so your argument is baseless, cos empires come and go...what we are celebrating in the Benin Kingdom is the preservation of the dynasty, people, heritage and rich history. |
emmasege:Everyone knows your kind just like peddling rumours, well this is an interview the Oba of Lagos did- https://www.google.com/amp/s/guardian.ng/sunday-magazine/lagos-oba-traces-origin-to-benin/amp Show me where the Oba of Benin said the nonsense you typed? Benin/Edo people are not boastful, the Oba is not one to argue over what is known by everyone, it will be senseless. How many years ago was Ile Ife discovered as a thriving city?...not more than 2000years...the Benin dynasty has existed for more than 5000years, the Kingdom itself has existed for as long as human memory can trace...tell me how can your Ile Ife less than 2000 years claim to precede the great Benin Empire. Let me tell you something you don't know today, most of the prominent 'Aworis' that settled in Lagos, with the Benin's are actually Benin people that moved with the Benin Prince that settled in Ille-Ife, who became ruler- Oduduwa to the Ille- Ife people. The exiled Benin Prince Izoduwa, known to Yoruba as Ooduwa (Oduduwa), was made ruler of the Ife people due to his powers and followers from the great Benin Kingdom. “Izoduwa (Ooduwa) was made the first king of Ile-Ife in 1230 AD. His followers from his father’s Kingdom in Benin are today’s Awori people, who settled in Eko now called Lagos. Stop embarrassing your people here, let's make sense...it's not a thing of pride, it's history. Go do deep research, there are a lot of learned people online, don't expose your ignorance here. |
Greatness can relate ![]() Happy birthday to the great Oba of Benin, over 5000years of history is no joke, from the Ogiso dynasty- Igodomigodo down to the Oba dynasty, the culture and traditions of this great kingdom has never been halted or stopped, not even the criminal British punitive expedition could halt it, they could not resist the great arts and crafts, they had to loot and flee, dem no born dem well to stay, the ground go swallow them. Let's respect our history and tradition, this is a great export we have to offer the world. |
joeGH:You better get off this forum with your dumb head, you Ghanians are inferior and will forever be, your entire GDP is not up to that of Lagos, monkeys. I remember when your short monkey looking President wanted to pass a law that will enable the prosecution of those caught engaging in homosexual acts, but as soon as your masters in America and UK threaten to stop the aids your poor country get, your government recants, today Ghana is a tourist center for gays, tunneling the ass of poor Ghana boys with small dollars in exchange, but in Nigeria we shunned them, gays here get 14years imprisonment, so we don't ask for aids from any nation, we are self sufficient...I only go to Ghana to relax cos its quiet like my village... without Nigeria's investors, cash inflow and market you guys will suffer, but we can live without you. Parasites. |
Forgive and forget, after all it's not anyone's money... |
[quote author=Nanatrendy post=83319145]not only is there teenage pregnancy in nigeria but you have human trafficking, child marriage, baby factory which are all targeted at teenage, where you a re coming from is devoid of such issues it's even worse, who are you to point fingers at ghanaians. At least most of those girls have the opportunity to continue their secondary education because it's free and become productive citizens in future what about your people who find themselves in such situation?[/quo Lagos state GDP is higher than that of Ghana...your country is still a slave to America that is why they have a base in your country and give you aids...Anglo gold company controls your gold mines, your government don't get up to 15%, yes we know your government use austerity and you guys are good managers, but your people are not as smart and intelligent like Nigerians, an average Ghana man don't need much to live. |
joeGH:Shut up, Nigeria has 36 states, Edo state alone can buy Ghana, never ever compare Ghana and Nigeria again, Togo is your size. |
I liked the way he called him star man, cool cats. |
Just30:I was in Ghana last year, people can not afford to build toilets in their house, public toilets everywhere...the whole of Ghana is not as rich as Edo state alone... austerity country. You people go hear am, Buhari will not open that border. Short black ungrateful devils. |
Just30:You are a cow, everyone knows the reason the federal government blocked the road borders is because of smuggling... government is not receiving it's dues for goods coming in, and Nigeria being turned to a dumping ground, making it hard for local manufacturers and producers to grow. You better learn how to talk and stop acting like a monkey on a social platform. Stupid ghana boy. |
Stupid people, so they like to pass their goods through the porous borders instead of the ports so they can escape duties. Nigeria should fully boycott Ghana's imports, yeye small austerity nation. |
Don't depend on that alcohol dear, that's how depression sets in... meditation, self discovery... |
I agree...the Bible y'all read said it all 'by their fruits ye know them' the witnesses seem serious and dedicated with their religion, their character, countenance and aims says it all(note: am non-religious, but based on observation)... Not these cheap money hungry lots...craving for materialism like an addict over drugs ![]() |
notoriousbabe:Where did you creep out from, lol, still dey believe on wireless voodoo, when 5g dey out already ![]() |
