@Poster South Africa has a bad reputation with migrants, visitors and even amongst themselves (for example, white and black South African's constantly fueding and killing each other) and to think it is just Nigerians that get attacked is a bit SHALLOW because clearly, other Africans were involved! It is disgraceful and un-acceptable, for a country who likes to think it is the best country in Africa to constantly get caught out Tolerance is at an ALMIGHTY LOW and the country is simply not doing enough to curb the menace I personally don't think boycotting DSTV and MTN would solve the problem, because some of us can't live without those services to be honest! It may take something more drastic with a crushing impact on South Africa's economy to solve the Xenophobia Blaming foreigners on surge in crimes is just petty South Africa is full of HIV and they are XENOPHOBIC! |
Is it only Airports?! It is everywhere, from ASO ROCK to MILE 12 market! This is a "STANDARD" practise in Nigeria and has been there for a long time Corruption, bribery, extortion, mugging, deception, D-I-S-honesty, day-light robbery, night-time robbery, everything, name it-R ALL RIFE IN NIGERIA Everyday, from the least intelligent person to the most intelligent person in Nigeria is plotting how to rip the next man off either easily or forcefully! Everything goes in Nigeria and it is hardly challenged becoz there is continous hardship, poverty, economic disentegration, rot and decay everywhere CORRUPTION-FIRES ARE FUELLED AND KEPT BLAZING VIOLENTLY right from the top-heirarchies. Leaders and government officials who blatantly promote and practise all this despicable acts which are not helping matters Every foreigner a Nigerian gets close to fears they want to be RIPPED THE FU/CK OFF NIGERIANS love to RIP EACH OTHER OFF, KI NI BIG DEAL!!!! |

NO DISRESPECT OR INSULTS OR DIS MEANT ON ANYONE'S PERSONALITY BUT JUST THE WAY THE ACT MOVIES REALLY I DONT TAKE ALL DIS THINGS TOO SERIOUS, so i don't see any reason why anyone should read into it too deep I am all for a laugh to be honest everchris:I think it is PATHETIC If you paid 50NAIRA at a cybercafe, sat down on a rusty chair, sweating like a rapist only to come and dish the dirt on me but deemed it unnecessary to leave a comment about the post u SAD Arrow don't pick on me FOOL, diss me one more time and i would come back with triple venom 4u! |
Maxidoe:Thank you Jare I bet it is going to be another pile of gabbage Some stupid time-wasting and financial venture yet again It would be a recreation of an old movie i am sure repackaged with a new title and some incompetent casts It would lack any quality and depth as usual But would display affluent people's properties which doesnt reflect the pain an "average joe" is feeling in naija Nollywood should just pack it in until it is ready to compete technically, commercially and ready globally Nigerians are hooked because there is hardly anything interesting to watch on our local TV Channels But i refuse to watch anymore of AKI and PAWPAW make a fool of themselves (as old as they are!) I refuse to watch anymore of HILDA DOKUBO cry all d time like a baby I refuse to watch anymore of RAMSEY NUOAH act love stories all the time I refuse to watch anymore of UCHE JUMBO run her lousy mouth all over the place I refuse to watch anymore of PATIENCE OZOKWOR display sheer madness all the time I refuse to watch anymore of INI EDO's bloated body dangle recklessly all over I refuse to see anymore of the look on OLU JACOBS face when he laughs like a retard! guy4real:Can we just stop saying this rubbish "THEY ARE TRYING" This is starting to become a peculiar way of Nigerians saying that something is doing well but then to point out the accomplishments made as a result of the "THEY ARE TRYING" slang, they lapse into a load of incoherence! What has nollywood achieved that is tangible or what are dey known for that has made them move a decent level in comparison to other movie industries around the world? Nothing like "they are trying", that is unacceptable i am sorry! They get better or they pack it in! |
Personally, I feel so sorry for anyone who thinks Nigerians are always depending on some kind of demystified being everytime we are in serious trouble or having serious challenges like a third class graduate. If you can't trust God, who should u trust? That aside, the only thing that matters in this forum is to encourage fellow friends who are having issues that definetely affects their thought processes. When u read through adverts and all u see is 2.1 or first class, u never can begin to feel the pains of a 3rd class graduate. Its easy to say its because they were not serious while in school but then u must be aware of that not everybody had some experience of those students had which could range from homes falling apart, no money and food while in school, lecturer victimisation. Some actually may have been due to laziness and bad influence. However, at this time, it will be wrong to be pointing faults and reasons but to simple say what needs to be done. Get more certificates and more experience knowing that promotion and wealth does not come from the north, south, east or west but from God which must of u think is not a factor in life. Think positive at all times. Trust only in God. Pray He uses people to bless and favour u in life.
Good! mooch:I know anything is possible in Nigeria, but i replied because i know SUZE is lying about the her 3rd class graduate friend who works in TOTAL, and of course it can happen but there has to be other conditions underlying not just the 3rd class degree itself! sheniqua:And who is ranting? watch ur razor mouth oo SHERIFFA or wateva ur name is!!LOL U have sent a thinly veiled jab at me once in another post but dont let me start with u here luv ok?! ![]() |
Epiphany:LOL I just hate liars EPIPHANY! Some things are blatantly untrue yet some people would still wanna take u for a MUGU!lol Its all fun tho |
suze:Shut the fu/ck up!!LIAR 3rd class works in TOTAL? you are having a laff or you are either cooking your response up! Unless your friend knows someone there who has given him the job not on merit but on personal recognition, then there is no way he can do a graduate job in TOTAL with a 3rd class, absolutely load of ruffle rubbish from u! No disrespect u can work in TOTAL with a 3rd class but what you do and level of responsibility depends ( You could be a gaurd, cook, driver, engineering assistants and logistics personnel) and i certainly don't agree your friend does a job above graduate level qualification with a 3RD CLASS unless na "connection" YOU CAN PROVE IT TO US ALL @Poster My guy, with your 3RD CLASS, you can still go all the way, just rack up more qualifications and keep working hard picking up any work experience chances here and there Not all the 1st class or 2nd class graduates earned, deserved and succeed with it believe me! |
begood1:My brother it is your lucky day because my friend's great-grandfather wants to sell his RENAULT (OKERE) 1967model for 130k! You would have spare cash of about 120k left so u can spruce it up with a tinted window, alloy wheels, cd blaster and airconditioner let me know if your interested it is well in the name of the Lord |

Yar'Adua has contracted the Obasanjo disease; he has spent a do-nothing year at Nigerians' expense. Leaders who know their left from their right can make a difference in one year. Yar'Adua can hardly take credit for 1) "tarring" one mile of road 2) adding any wattage to the national grid, 3) boosting the morale of the nation's underpaid academics, 4)rejuvenating teaching and research in polytechnics and universities. 5) lower the un-employment rate 6) failed to prosecute corrupt ex-leaders 7) unable to provide ways to secure lives and properties You'd think that a man dogged by serious health problems would wish to improve the state of Nigerian hospitals. Not Yar'Adua, who appears oblivious to the shame of having to be flown to Germany each time he has a serious health risk. All they do is approve contracts which doesnt get done, fly abroad for treatments, make lofty promises which are never fulfilled, sit down on leather couches in aso rock and approve tarriffs, what a joke! |
