After doing upfront medical, answer Yes to the 'have u been examined by a panel physician' question. You will be given a document at the clinic i.e eMedical that you will upload in your application

I'll recommend Childrens Practice at Ikoyi.
IOM Migration at Ikeja: Medical examination is for 2 days compared to one day at the other clinics.

Seems online route application is processed in Lagos while paper route in Accra.

I can't travel back to east to request for another transcript when I already have one with me. Am in lagos now and I can't travel to east now!!

Simply send an email to the school to find out if they will accept a transcript that was addressed to another school. U can explain with a good reason, maybe so u would be able to meet up with a deadline.
If its not acceptable you would av to gt another transcript. Like someone said, mutilating would be FRAUD

I think you can use other documents like survey plan, evaluation etc to show for the lands if you can't get CofO or deed of agreement.
Someone mentioned other documents that can be used, can't remember the page.

It starts with letter O followed by numbers. It isn't zero.

If your program includes a co-op or practicum, it is included in your acceptance letter, you can email your department. Explain to them and get another letter that has detailed program curriculum, with emphasis on co-op

No.. But I applied for research based Masters last year and ddnt get in, cos I couldn't get a supervisor. This year I applied to a non-thesis course

As for supervisor, i was able to get a supervisor who asked me to reference him in my application. Or what could this reaponse mean? 'Thank you very much. You may reference you application to work with me in your programme'.
That was the reply i got from the supervisor i mailed.

No, I haven't, as I am still waiting for replies from other schools. Try and read thru CIC website well nd ds thread from part 4, I'm sure you will get all the info u need. U can also contact successful applicants here.
