Godfather10: This thing you guys keep doing is unfair. You deliberately discourage new drivers trying to come into this business with false and discouraging info about bolt and uber platforms. It's just too bad. You won't leave the business but you complain about commission being too much everyday. When I was gonna start the business last year, a lot of these comments almost pushed me out of the business. But today I can say that I am grateful that I didn't listen to all those trash. This is the only job I have for now and I am doing absolutely well for myself and family. Same as many other drivers out here. Please let's learn to be our brother's keepers. The sky is wide enough for all the birds to fly #stopthefalsefeedback Thanks Yes the sky is, the roads aren't. That's why there's traffic everywhere |

dTransporter: Please, is it better to gas shocks or just to replace it? Which last longer biko?
My mechanic mention about gasing my shocks but wasn't sure since I dont know how that works. Genuine tokunbo or new shock will surely outlast a gassed one, but there's high chance of you buying gassed one as a tokunbo in the market so it's better to gas it yourself unless you have a sure tokunbo plug |

Felicity001: Sir The verb *had* is a past tense of *have* so a past tense of the verb *know* should accompany the verb *had* when use in a sentence.
So the right phrase would have been if you'd (you had- past tense) known (past tense) and not if you'd know. Thats grammatical error.
As a matter of fact, the preposition if should be accompanied with past tense
Correct me if you think otherwise
na A I get for GES100 oh His statement was you would, not you had. You can shorten the two to you'd so he is correct |

I can't deal. Seems indriver reduced the recommended fare, Rider still go ahead to reduce the price even more. Very ridiculous prices. I kept bouncing them back with the highest or middle price. Today didn't feel like a Sunday, unusual traffic |

HernanCortes: That is the problem with you people, you're so quick to resort to ad-hominems thinking it somehow makes you look smart. I am the one talking to you not "you people", and it's a simple question that you could have answered by simply typing yes or no so we can proceed. Forget the big grammar, it cannot be used for measuring smartness. Plus yes I am smart, I will not invest and choose a position where I will earn less than 20% of my ROI |

Viking07:
hahahah. Yes, trips going towards outskirts of Abuja experience heavy traffic at peak hours. Places like Karu, Nyanya, Lugbe are no go areas from 7am till around 12 and 4pm downwards. When I get such trips I simply ignore. You can spend a whole 1hr just in traffic.
And don’t get me wrong o, I agree 100% that driving/traffic in Lagos is crazy. I don talk am before say I can’t survive in Lagos. How you guys even drive over there seem like a miracle to me. At least in Abuja our major headaches are VIO, FRSC and police then maybe once in awhile AMAC/touts. But the list of headaches in Lagos are endless. Lasma, lasdri abi Wetin una dey call am. I don’t envy you people. Na 1hr you dey call a whole Come to Lagos during rush hours, you'll be seeing 2hrs 48mins and you'll end up spending over 3 hrs. 1hr here I go dey happy sef |

Viking07: To be honest I think 10k should be the base/average target for any driver. I started this hustle 2 months ago and any day I work full day because I do this part time (on my off days) I must go home with 10k inside my pocket not Uche’s bolt account balance.
It is now a routine that for every 8500-9000(full tank) fuel I buy I must make 10k three times before I refill. And this is just in Abuja with horrible fare, I believe Lagos should be higher.
There are people who net 20,30 even 40k daily, but these are experienced old timers with a long network of offline clients. Comrade don't start this argument again nw, there is no one consistently netting these amounts you quoted daily, nobody can even net 40k in a day under normal circumstances. |

BAZ001: Very good option combine the two and you will see the difference. My point is ehailing is not sustainable, you can’t do it for years, I keep wondering how this taxi-cab Baba’s drive for 10yrs and train their children. Young guys can’t go to school and drive for 10yrs mba Those babas no dey overwork themselves for peanut, na our ehailing come pour sand sand for their garri. Normally they just sit at their parks and gist till passenger come, that gisting alone is healthy and the kind of food they eat too (not gala and bigi cola). They can do just 3 trips in a day and be very comfortable |
