In almost 1 year of indriver and not taking 1/10th of the shit some riders attempted to try with me while I used bolt.

Also, my bolt rating was always round 4.3-4.5 largely because many riders knew they punitive way the rating works and take advantage of it to "punish drivers". Imagine being on 4.6 and one single rider with nasty attitude still rewards your tolerance and patience by sending it to 4.4.

I salute drivers on bolt, youve got to hve a very thick skin
Indriver is bae

I think your understanding of the operational term "Employee and Employer " need to be brushed up.

An employee is a person employed for wages or salary. Bolt or Uber don't pay you wages nor salary rather you Pay them commission.

Going by your perspective, if Dru gives felicity a car on rental to drive using the bolt and Uber platform, who is Felicity employer?
Bolt and Uber don't pay you wages but who decides how much you collect per trip? If you're self employed you should be able to choose how much you want for any trip. Forget how the system is structured, they're still the ones paying the wages, for instance if it's card trips a driver did for a whole week, at the end of the week his net would be calculated and paid to him the following week.

As for the dru and feli illustration, the platform is still feli's employer. Dru's business is with feli. He doesn't and shouldn't care whether feli is driving for bolt or uber or even offline, make him own money sha complete as at when due.

I guess when bank block your account, you as well an employee of the bank.

Terms and conditions applies in every contractual relationship, any of the party violates it you enact the punishment...you can delete bolt today and hell won't broke loose.
Yes you're right! If saving with the bank is your source of income then you're an employee to them.
You mentioned Ts and Cs in contractual relationship, how many partnership Ts and Cs do you see where it's only one party that has all the inputs and the other party has no say whether it favours them or it's against them?

Yes you can delete bolt today just the way you can decide to resign from that work that doesn't pay you well, that doesn't mean you were not their employee

As an HR person, I probably don't have much information about their operations abroad. But then using the Nigeria operation as a case study, I would say drivers can't be regarded as a employee to the Ehailing company..

The Ehailing company has very limited control over the operations of the drivers.

As a matter of fact in their organigram rider will have a higher placing than drivers.

They are more of a service provider, we the drivers are the real transport scheme.

Let's imagine it this way that when bolt or Uber entered Nigeria they went to the yellow taxi asso to pitch their idea of creating a system whereby they can easily link prospective riders to them and they all embrace it, are we going to call the taxi people their employee.

As long as what bolt and Uber provide is the App to connect both riders and drivers....the drivers still remain an independent body.
As long as uber/bolt has the power to sack (block) you because of rating then you are an employee to them because they dictate how you should do your work. If you're self employed then all terms and conditions should be yours to make

Bruv i know u didn’t insult him but saying the mereger 3k means nothing to you but u quickly used that to shade him as him he had not done more than that in the past is not fair.

He has never done anything for me at all cos i don’t know him but we know what he has done in this platform.

We also know those that has 10 cars here that has never ever ever kept their promise here before even 1k promise has never been fulfilled.

And besides he gave reasons why he didn’t fulfill the promise to you but to some one else that did the job.

Peace
Not fair? Like i said before, I only stated what I experienced, I don't care if he has done for others. To prove that, I acknowledged knowledge of him doing for others. But the 20k promise is very similar to my experience that's why I commented, nothing more I swear.
Me and dru23 don dey tackle each other for years but nothing malicious, we always live to fight another day wink

And he did not pay anyone else, ask him again grin

Simply challenge them turn am to insult, i don’t get how we say things in others to spite others then wen a challenge is thrown at the same person then they result to insult to run away.

If u know u didn’t expect money from him y remind him he didn’t pay the said money that didn’t mean anything to you.

We all here knows this man has always been tru to promises made here times without number, and fulfilled all to the best of my knowledge, so why resort calling it LORI ÌRO.

Challenges makes us better not the other way round n if we are not up to it, then we should politely decline.

I know mention names oo but we know ourselves

Peace
Are you scared to quote me? It's a free world bro.

Firstly I didn't insult him.

Secondly I didn't remember again until I saw him make a similar promise. Ask him if I even mentioned it to him after the contest, If it's 20k like he promised blackbishop I would definitely remind him grin

Lastly someone who is an angel to you might be a devil to someone else, he's good to you doesn't mean he's good to everyone, just generalizing here and not referring to anyone in particular.

I cannot thank God enough for changing my life forever. Ever since I met Jesus, my life has had a huge turn around. From Glory to Glory. All thanks to master Jesus. May the name of the almighty eternal living God be praised always for all ages.

My brothers, there is power in the name of Jesus, in the name of the holy spirit and In the name of God. I tried it and it worked for me through hard work. Please believe in God with all your heart. It works. I know people who do far more tedious job than me but cannot get what I have now in 2 lifetimes. Many of you will never understand. Its just grace. The grace of God is sufficient for me. See you guys in Switzerland soonest. Its a miracle.

You will never understand what am saying till God remembers you. It will be like a dream. Everywhere will be so soft and smooth. Everything you touch will become Gold. smiley smiley smiley

Right now, I can wake up and stay in bed for 2 weeks making cool cash on a soft. This has nothing to do with illegality. Its all about trends and following what is moving.

Pray to God and work hard. Even some Uber drivers get life changing connections doing Uber. I didn't get any connection. My Connection was the divine mercy of God.

Blessed Be God forever.
Congratulations bro. More success stories
