You are spot on brother. It has become evident that population size alone does not translate into strength, courage, or resistance to oppression. Scripture itself warns against pride in numbers when there is no fear of God, for deliverance and national restoration are achieved by a faithful few, not by multitudes. History consistently shows that God saves nations through principled resolve rather than sheer demographic weight.

Nigeria exemplifies this reality. Despite its population of over 280 million, the state has demonstrated institutional weakness by aligning with oppressive economic structures and Western financial interests. The mismanagement of national resources in favor of external institutions such as the IMF and World Bank has contributed directly to widespread hardship, food insecurity, and severe currency devaluation.

This observation is not offered as a partisan attack on government, but as a sober assessment of a nation that has subordinated the welfare of its people to external economic control, thereby exposing the limits of numerical strength absent moral clarity and sovereignty.

I met one of them the other day a security man that says he is from Bukina Faso and another from Mali and that they are massive number of them but that all of them are claiming to come from Kano.Things like this are what the late sage Chuba Okadigbo called the "ranting of an Ant"

The AES leadership publicly accuses Western governments of:
Exploiting resources, Undermining sovereignty, Supporting corrupt elites, Failing to stop terrorism

This narrative is highlighted in the analysis of AES “defiance” and sovereignty struggles which are all valid and clear as the day to the world. So they have the right to recompense the oppressors aura for aura .

Hoodrat:
The AES states are not weak nations. Rather, their historical experience with Western engagement over the past century has been characterized by exploitation, systemic underdevelopment, food insecurity, and escalating instability. These outcomes are not incidental; they are the cumulative result of external political, economic, and security interventions that prioritized Western interests over local development and sovereignty.

In response, AES governments are now reorienting their strategies toward domestic economic consolidation and social resilience, with the objective of strengthening their populations and reducing external dependency. Western imperial influence has been decisively rejected, which largely explains the adverse reaction from the United States and its allies, including the imposition of travel bans and diplomatic pressure on West African nations aligned with AES.

These measures are less about governance or security concerns and more about the loss of strategic control over a critical African resource corridor. For over a century, Western states and corporations have extracted gold, lithium, uranium, and other high-value resources from the Sahel with limited reinvestment in local economies. The erosion of this extractive access represents a significant geopolitical and economic setback for Western interests.

Una no dey ever get sense. What century ago did the crusades happen? If you were lettered (educated), you wouldn’t even have related or compared Islamic terrorism with the crusade because they aren’t even remotely the same.
I will school you a little on this topic. Now pick up your phone and look up what the crusade really was. It was a series of wars fought to RECLAIM the lands lost to MUSLIM EXTREMISTS. The crusade were wars of reclamation. Fun fact: there would be no crusade if Muslims didn’t kill the early Christians or took over their lands.
Secondly, colonialism and slave-trading had no religion or race and in fact, the Muslim Arabs were one of the earliest slave traders and do you know who and who put a lasting end to it?😂😏
+
Alright. So according to you, European Christians were the indigenous owners of the Holy Land?

Who said the crusaders were related to the Spanish war? Who said that? You were the one who dubiously wanted to mix things up, and I got you exposed.

Your generalization is based on a false premise. People defending themselves against violence cannot be accused of being violent for defending themselves!

What violence exactly has Christianity done to you as a person, your community or your nation?

the crusades was during the middle ages, Christianity have since moved away from that, Islam is still neck deep on its extremism up til this very hour. There's nothing like missionary colonization, the missionaries didn't colonise anywhere, colonisation was not done in the name of Jesus but in the name of the king of England, same with the Trans Atlantic slave trade.
+
The imperialist went around with a bible in one hand and a gun in another everywhere he went.

I agree, Islam may be stuck in the past but the point is both religions have exhibited these violent tendencies and its just a question of cycles and times and places.

Please keep your lies.

You talked about the crusades, and I told you the rose in defense against Islam.

You talked about Islam not touching Europe, I told you they did and were defeated at Spain.

You came back asking unnecessary questions. Who said they crusaders were about Europe? The crusaders stood to recover Jerusalem from this same Islam. The Europeans defended themselves against this same Islam. Islam already killed and maimed in order to take over north Africa. They did the same in Nigeria's north as well.
+
I was trying to tell you that the crusades were a reaction to Muslim control of the Holy Land. They were not a reaction to the conquest of Spain, never.

My bad if I said Muslims didn't encroach on Europe, they obviously did at several points but not in the context of what provoked the crusades, not at all.

Generally my point is that religions have always been associated with violence, it's just a question of times and places and cycles, so no need to try to says it's just one religion.

However certainly Islam of today is a present day problem.

Old testament is a book of laws for Jews. Have you asked yourself why the Jews are not kiling people the way Muslims are doing?! It's because because everyone knows that the laws in old testament are not applicable anymore.

Can you show me where old testament ever said CHRISTIANS should attack MUSLIMS?!

+

Mention the foreign lands where the crusaders travel to.

No, Islam had been violent from its creation in the 7th century to date.

Once more, ask yourself why Jews are not following Old testament laws anymore in today's world?! Only Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and some other pagan religions still do such!

+

Ask yourself why no Christian or Jew is following the violent laws in the old testament! Ask yourself that
+
The Crusaders travelled from Europe all the way to the Holy Land in what is today Israel and Palestine.

Also it's weird to say Jews are not violent, Israel relies on its scripture for racist violence, apartheid and genocide up till today.

Islam is well known for it's love of violence no doubt. But my point is Christianity has had its time with same, to an event worse extent I dare say. Islam is simply living a little in the past. So what I am saying is that it's not Islam per se but religion as a whole at different times and places.

Wasn't this same islam that wanted to erase Christians of that time? The Christians had no choice than to defend themselves forming "The crusader" after they had enough of genocide and land grabbing from islam.

It's seems you don't understand history on how crusader was formed.
+
The point is that religions have a long history of violence for the purpose of power, territory and domination.

Also Muslims did not attack Christian Europe before Christian European Kings launched Crusades at the direction of the Popes.

Christians follow the gospel. Show me any part of the gospel that says people should kill witches. That will tell you that those Christians doing witch hunting were not following the gospel preached by Jesus Christ.
+
Are you sayng the Old Testament is not part of the Christian Bible? Because it says there, "suffer not a witch to live." - Exodus 22:18.

The crusaders came up to stop Islam from attacking Christianity. Go learn your history better.
+
And why would the crusaders travel all the way from Europe to a foreign land on a different continent to fight? The point is that religious people have been violent from time immemorial so stop trying to limit it to one religion.

Your Quran openly support violence against non-Muslims, but you can never find any part of the gospel asking Christians to attack Muslims.
+
1. Islam is as full of violent injunctions as is your Old Testament. Both the Bible and Quoran are bloodthirsty.
2. I am not a Muslim
