Leave Joseph.
The point is if you say men are randy, you must factor who and who they get in the sack with, even if we grant rapes and transactional sex as an aside.

You are the one that showed a lack of "common sense" from all that was being drilled in your head...once more the crux of this thread is simply to show what VAT each region contributed (minus Lagos and Rivers).

E no hard na!

The topic suffices biko but obviously you want to deflect from "this" and bring in some merry-go-round stats that has no bearing on the issue!

Abeg rest!
+
E tire person. The topic does suffice as you said. It clearly says - "generated."
How even an intellectual Lilliputian conflates that with what is distributed by law beats me.

But if so, what happened to your cultural. Even In societies where there is no cultural sexual taboo against women, men are still the ones who chase sex while women withhold it. Hence prostitution is called the oldest profession - it was there even before society!

It is not cultural anything, it is BIOLOGY! A woman necessarily has to be very selective who she sleeps with because sex has enormous consequences for her compared to men. This in turn tamps down her secuality. In human inbuilt drive to pass on our genes, a man can have countless children. A woman can only have a few. A man needs quantity of partners to guarantee his genes are passed on, while a woman needs quality!
+
Its too bad if you dont understand the cultural dimension as I explained it.
Fact is, the most serious sex addicts are women.

Kukutente23:
Have you checked the thread to see total distributed with percentages or you just feel like typing?
Go back to the source of the thread and stop disturbing my mention with your ignorance
+
Thats actually irrelevant. You are free to ask the question as to where they derive the distributive figures from - however that will be meaningless because it is impossible to reserve what is generated from 34 states only and then presume to calculate what is distributed from those states alone when the law only ever works with a distribution from what is generated from the entire country. Besides the fluidity of funds simply makes such a thought experiment entirely meaningless and even illogical.

Again: BY LAW - What is distributed comes from the entire country. By the premise of this thread, what is generated is what is sought - less two states - which can NEVER be the same as what is distributed by law - which is what you claimed. Seunmsg (who you called my master and who I have only ever had criticisms for on account of tribalism) was right when he said that as for what is distributed, you will have to add both left-out states. That is the only logical thing in light of the law.

And oh, what were you saying about VAT not being collected at the point of consumption in Nigeria? So at what point is it collected? And you talk about ignorance.

Joker.

One of the funniest things in this world is watching a midget imagine himself a giant.
Its actually hilarious.

DeepSight ........... When you say something back it up with reason (s)
+
You are the one that came up with the fantastic 99%. Dont you think you should back that up.
As for me, I know from experience that that is simply not true.

The truth is closer to women being every bit as horr.ny as men/ indeed in many cases much more - however cultural practices the world over tend to permit men to express their sexual liberty with greater abandon. This does not mean that women do not get down as actively - they are simply quite often more discreet owing to cultural norms.
Politics › Re: Without Lagos & Rivers: Check The VAT Generated By Each Geopolitical Zone by DeepSight(m): 8:47pm On Dec 19, 2025
Kukutente23:
Maybe you're also unaware of the technical aspect of VAT collection that says it is expected to be collected at point of consumption which is not the case in Nigeria.
Meanwhile if you remove the funds generated by Lagos and Rivers, the total available for distribution will be less what actually enters the purse you highlighted. How then is it logical to fall back on the funds you excluded when calculating the funds distributed. Do you not see that the proportionality that was set out to achieve has been lost?

Think man!! Think!!!
+
Its really simple.

Look at it this way.

1. By law, the total distributed is always the total from the entire country.
2. This thread seeks how much is generated from the country less two states.

That can never be the same sum.

Thats all you need to know.
Politics › Re: Without Lagos & Rivers: Check The VAT Generated By Each Geopolitical Zone by DeepSight(m): 8:37pm On Dec 19, 2025
Kukutente23:
I'm not sure you're a good student of maths and proportionality. In fact you're not
You present total generated with the exception of two states then you go ahead and add the two states when it comes to total distributed and you claim you're presenting statistics. What quantitative mechanism backs this up?
Lemme guess. Mathematical bigotry? That's a new field and I guess you're a professor along with your mentor whom you so gladly suck up to
+
Perhaps you are missing the fundamental point that all the sums generated proceed to a consolidated fund before being distributed. This means all funds from all 36 states and even the FCT. Therefore the total distributed, by law, can only ever include all states.

Whereas the total generated by the premise of this thread which seeks how much is generated outside of Lagos and Rivers will naturally and necessarily be less.

Elementary Watson, elementary.

Enjoy though.
A pity though.

What do you know
Go and sit down abeg
+
There we go again.

I really don't know what to do with you.

Listen carefully.

You said the total generated must equal total distributed. This is incorrect. As Seunmsg rightly pointed out, that would only be the case when you consider both Lagos and Rivers States. This is because the topic talks about what is generated outside of those states. It does not talk about what is distributed, what is distributed is a total sum inclusive of those states. This is terribly simple and yet you went ahead to talk about University education in disputing it. This is too elementary.

There is this unnecessary combativeness over simple things which if you are not careful will lead you to make elementary errors which an otherwise sharp mind such as yours should not make.

Enjoy sha.

I think the international audience will be indifferent about who qualifies between Nigeria and Congo because they know the two won't have any impact in the world cup.
Look at it this way, it's like someone asking you who you will like to see at the world cup between Jordan and Iran at the world cup. Will your reaction towards the question not be indifferent?
It's the same way an Asian man will feel if you ask him who he'd prefer to see that the world cup between Nigeria and Congo, but if you ask the same person if he'd like to see Brazil, Argentina , Spain etc at the world cup then the reaction will be different. The world audience only want to see the big named footballing countries apart from their countries at the world cup.
I for one I don't watch the WC until it gets to the second round because that's when the teams I really want to watch will start playing themselves. Matches between Iran, Bolivia, Jamaica etc are not my concern and so will the average football fan worldwide will react to a Nigerian match too. The only reason you are seeing Nigeria as an exception is simply because you are a Nigerian and I won't blame you for that though.
+
Well I understand but I think you underestimate Naija's fame as opposed to DRC. And that's not really limited to football.

I always get sick and tired of Nigerians and this chest beating. No international viewers want to see Nigeria at the world cup, it's only Nigerians that wants to see Nigeria at the world cup. The international viewers only want to see countries such as France, Spain, England, Brazil, Argentina,Portugal etc at the world cup and Nigeria is far from being in that category.
How can any international viewer be praying to see a country that played her first world cup only in 1994, 60 years after the first edition was played and whose only major achievement so far is to get to the second round when the likes of Cameroon already made quarter finals as far back as 1990 before Nigeria even qualified for a world cup.
This delusion is only in Nigeria head and if you on world forum like quora or Reddit you will see that Nigeria foes not have any levels at all in world cup and no international football fan is dying to see Nigeria there, infact Morocco is the only team being fancied internationally amongst the world audience.
+
You are getting it wrong bro. Of course the major countries are the prize in terms of who everyone wants to see.

The point is that among African countries, many would like to see a Nigeria there above a less known DRC.
