I was at sagamu centre today to pickup my passport.

The officer in servicom went in with the paper I was given on the day I did my capturing and come outside to inform me that the passport is ready but I should come back next week Thursday or Friday to collect it.

I clicked “schedule appointment” and answered all the normal IW qualification questions. Most of my info was already filled in like “receipt number” etc. and it took me to the calendar page to schedule the new appointment

My mum qualified for the interview waiver, she already submitted the application and scheduled an interview date to drop passport in April.

She got an email today the advising that the interview date has been brought forward to March 20. The issue is she's scheduled to travel before that date out of the country.

Is there anyone who has experienced this or knows what she needs to do to change the date to April. Her upcoming travel is important and she already factored the previous date when purchasing her ticket.[

Hello no she does not need to fill another form since it's submitted already and doesn't need to pay.
So what you need to do is to cancel the October appointment and go ahead and book for the IW.

Ended up with a new DS-160 Application for her and got a date for IW . It was not funny LOL

@ymbiola, you don't have to do it immediately. I had mine done 3 weeks after my application because I didn't have my passport with me BUT ensure you book your appointment and have it done before the 30 day deadline given to you.
