Magu’s S.A. on Media, Tony Amokeodo, told Channels Television on Monday that the EFCC boss was only invited to answer questions regarding the allegations against the agency.

According to him, Magu was invited to appear before a panel of the Federal Government set up to investigate the allegations of corruption levelled against him.

The EFCC boss’ media aide said the panel is sitting at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.

The post highlights some of the projects. We dont need to abuse the word started. There was no single foundation of the bridge that was laid by GEJ. Flag project off with billboard is different from when you actually put shovels into the ground. Real and serious work on the project started during Buhari Govt.

How is infrastructural building supposed to be a medium of eternal gratitude? God!!!

But how come those before Buhari did not build the infrastructure if it is not a big deal? This is why people appreciates him. Also saying thank you to someone that gave you service is actually not a bad idea. If you give Tailor your clothe to sew, and he did a good job, deliver on time, and after you pay him, you can still thank him for a job well done.

Things might have gone south. The Tailor might have not deliver on time. His sewing and design might be bad for you. He might have disappeared with your cloth etc.
A little show of gratitude is not weakness.

Wish it were that easy. There is legal hurdle. They will take Govt to court and they will likely win. This does not mean Govt is folding their arms. They just have to find their way around the legality. But such solution might take time to achieve.

Its alright my brother. Sentiments apart, honestly, some of us believe that Buhari was brought in to save the day in 2015 and he sure did. If you look at the figures and if one is pragmatic about it, it will not take much to be convinced. It is on record that Nigeria earned more money from crude under Jonathan/ PDP, spent most of the savings we have and borrowed more money. Have you wondered how Buhari has been able to keep FG workers job without layoff, bailed out states many times, manage to complete work on some of the projects, including the ones that were started in the 80's and 90's, despite low oil revenue? By 2023, in 8 years of Buhari govt, certain landmark projects would have been delivered. Lagos Ibadan road, Lagos Ibadan rail, 2Nd Niger bridge, stop in importation of fuel with Dangote refineries, improved electricity among many things. This is what governance is about and not sentiments.
As for plan to succeed Buhari in 2023, it makes sense that those who work closely with Buhari and share in his vision succeed him, so as to continue on that path of real growth which will eventually rub off on all Nigerians. Much to say, not too much time. We are not selfish, we are only looking at the big picture.

There is no zoning in APC. Okorocha contested against Buhari in 2014 APC primaries. By 2023, everybody is welcome to contest for APC Presidential primaries.

Naira value has dropped as a result of many factors (oil price for one). The fact remains that most Nigeria earnings and debt is in USD . So it makes sense to evaluate the debt in USD. If Nigeria has $79 billion USD dollars now it will clear our debt and if Nigeria has USD $ 63 billion as at 2015, it will clear our debt then. Most of our debtors don't care what the exchange rate is. They want dollar for dollar and not the local currency that is subject to fluctuation. The USD is the standard numerator and currency. Other currency value are measured against it.
