I have been waiting for some time and finally its here. I checked all over the forum,but the threads i saw do not fit perfectly in my shoes.

I want to program on it - C++,Java and python. I am not into PC gaming. I also want one that has a very nice display. I would need to browse and type alot on it. It should also be slicky.. As your kid brother wey i be, what system would you recommend? You know, i don't know anything about Laptops. My siblings are not chanced & i don't want dad to just get one for me. If it were to be a phone, then no problem. Please Advise.

1. I am still under these people. Considering their religious tenacity and position, they may dis-own me. We are so close in my family that you rarely hear raised voice. So many a time that we make jest of mum & Dad & we all laugh heartily(when e'ry one is home sha). I don't wanna be segregated from my family FOR NOW.

2. I planned to tell them all when i graduate. Then i would be around 22-23. I can fend for myself. I know i will make it cos since i dropped the God factor, I STARTED USING MY HEAD AND TAKING RESPONSIBILITIES.

Guys, i need your help. Here is the summary of my story :

I am from a very religious family. Dad is a pastor,Mom is a Deaconess. Infact, this morning,before 7 am,they are already at church(i just wrapped my blanket over my head in my room ALONE-had an hangover from a party,the party cloth is still on right now as i type).
These people so much love God that Mum made it a MUST to join ushering department,at the Headquarters my dad pastors. We are so religious that every year, we spare a day to [/b]fast and pray[b]. . . . I'd just sit and think :

Who is God self? Before religious folks start yabbing my parents for improper upbringing, MY DAD IS OPEN MINDED. IF HE TELLS U SOMETIN, HE BELIEVES HE HAS SATISFIED HIS CONSCIENCES. I have heard THOUSANDS of preachings(My Dad is a pastor for Moses sake-- a SENIOR PASTOR).

I started asking questions : IF GOD IS ALL KNOWING,WHY PLANT TREE OF LIFE. I sought the bible(i am proud to say that EXCEPT ISAIAH and some books like 1,2 john, I READ THE WHOLE BIBLE BEFORE 13(i am now 18-i am taking the age down soon))

All these since i was like 12. . Around last year, i FULLY DISCOVERED NAIRALAND. before that, lemme tell u I LOVE PHYSICS like hell(my wife will be a physicist self. Lol). I couldnt reconcile some laws of physics and astronomy with religion. E.g : why didn't the bible talk about BILLIONS of Galaxies that we have? Or is the bible not COMPLETE?

I discovered NL and consequently, RELIGION SECTION. I read couple atheists' answers and I IMMEDIATELY GOT MY ANSWER. Even A PROVINCIAL PASTOR(RCCG peepz should know how ranking such a person is) COULDNT GIVE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS LOGICALLY.
I GOT MY ANSWER : THERE IS NO GOD

since then, i became an atheist & I DID NOT REGRET OR FEAR HELL. . HELL?? Thats a delusion!!

But i have one problem :

MY FAMILY IS DEEPLY RELIGIOUS. I MEAN, RELIGIOUS!! NO HIP HOP,NO SLANGS(na me be the person wey dey play hip hop for my house-- yes i love RAP MUSIC).
Aside that, I LOVE MY MOM O. CHAI!! PASS MY DAD OR ANYBODY SELF. She is more religious than Dad self. I would not wanna break her heart. I go to church when i am at home. I go to church on sundays when am at school cos I LOVE MY MOM because i told her i wnt miss church on campus.

At school, as a Nigerian, you know, everywhere, people flaunt Religion in your face. I dont resent them. But i couldnt hold it anylonger. On whatsapp, they spam me with religious quotes and videos and audios. I just talked to one girl-- hottest girl in my department-EEE. you dont get to see girls in Engineering. I told her,I AM AN ATHEIST. That was around February/March.

Yesterday,23rd May 2015. I won't forget. I told every ELECTRICAL BOYS that I DON'T BELIEVE A GOD EXIST. I used the OMNIPOTENT OMNISCIENT OMNIPRESENT paradox for them. 1 even said that i dont know the meaning of PARADOX. . .

GUYS, HERE IS THE PROBLEM : You all know that Nigerians are hostile towards PEOPLE THAT DO NOT SHARE THEIR RELIGIOUS VIEWS. A friend did it to me..... Because he said that i don't listen to any other songs apart from RAPS and i dont pray early in the morning. I told him that it is my own view, u should respect it. HE CALLED ME A FOOL. I DIDN'T GET ANGRY, I JUST SAID THAT I AM GOING HOME, GIMME TRANSPORT FARE, COS I WAS SOOO BROKE. . . HE never gave me. He was pushing me front and back. I left his house AROUND 9:47 pm. I slept in the Engineering building for days,wore a single cloth(i had only my brush and toothpaste). I survived on attending school seminars where they share eatables UNTIL DAD SENT MONEY FOR ME.....

I FEAR STIGMATIZATION. I fear people going about,making me look like a beast. . . I fear being an outcast in my department. . . . What do i do??
