Lagos is more neutral than Imo or Abia state. You have more ethnic groups in Lagos than you would find in most SE and SS states so Lagos to me is more neutral. There is more possibility to meet an Igbo or Rivers man in lagos who speaks and understands Yoruba than meet a Yoruba man in Owerri who speaks and understands Igbo. Hence I picked lagos
