I agree with you. If I pay for my babys upkeep, you better take good care of that baby. But he should not take the baby all to himself without due process. Besides in the interest of the child, the mother will have access to her even if it is under supervission. So Davido still has no right to completly take the baby from her mom.

The baby needs medical care and that should be the priority of both families on this matter. But the both families have chosen to fight dirty.

Davido has a good case in court if the mother is proven to be irresponsible and unemployed. Maybe he can be granted custody of the child.

Better still, he should abandon the child and responsibility to the child and mother until the custody of the child is granted to him.

Beign unemployed does'nt mean the mother is unfit to care for her child. Not every mother works. Some moms prefer to stay at home and raise their children. That is why fathers or the wealthier of both parents pay child support. Esp when one is working and the other is the one having to take physical care of the child.

Thank you ladies. It is hard. Very hard but life goes on. Thank God I have sibblings. we comfort each other.

I have lost both parents and 3 of my grand parents. The pain never goes away. I pull through by telling myself they finished their mission on earth and even I will have to cross the finish line some day.
I try to see how I can be of help to those around me as they have been to me. I correct the mistakes they made while raising me and uphold the good deeds they did and the good character they instilled in me.
