This may sound reasonable but it's scary. How will it be easy to get this money back in a few year's time especially if there's a change of government? |
Peperipepe:Hope this is some kind of dark joke. Bitterness and hatred loaded in your heart injures you not the enemy. |
fyzaila:You're right. That doesn't absolve her from the liability anyway. She should pay back the full amount. |
press9jatv:I don't hate Ambode. I have no reason to. I just expressed my opinion. |
Flows001:Aww! That's very sad. May God guide you and bless your efforts with victory. Amen |
Sheuns:Gbadebo created problems for himself. His sister is well respected. She's the head of DSVA, an agency that is doing very well. People will surely support her if she chooses to contest for political office. I'm not a BATist, more like non aligned so I vote based on my conviction at any point in time. I choose to be objective. |
He's also the one who swept ADC into NDC in Adamawa abi? The earlier they focus on how to resolve their internal problems, the better their chances in 2027. |
A party that can't manage internal crisis wants to manage complex Nigeria. SMH |
Lagosians don't discriminate against the children of their daughters. |
The State Governors now have the law in their favor. They can provide light for their people but most of them are not making any impact. Only Abia has done something tangible as far as I know. It's easier to fold their arms and blame FG for everything even with the large allocations they now receive. Na we dey do ourselves. We're not focused on the right things. We should be asking our Governors how they're making use of the opportunities now available to them to improve on electricity supply. |
Some reintegrated ones will be recycled because extremist ideas don't go away easily. It's our soldiers I pity the most. Seeing the murderers of their colleagues walk free is demoralising. Also their many victims in IDP camps whose lives have been almost irreversibly disrupted. Senator Ali Ndume has spoken about this before. May God deliver us from heartless people. |
This game being played here isn't fair at all. The workers are not foolish. They know who is making life difficult for them. |
Many villages in Kwara and Kogi are empty because of Fulani terrorists. The people need to live in peace. If the man is not a criminal, he has no reason to fear. |
KingPure:This is what I think too. Most people don’t understand that a date doesn't have to involve intimacy. It's more like a getting to know each other stage which may not go beyond the first date. |
Crime knows no tribe. Whether he's Yoruba or half Igbo doesn't matter. A crime committed by any Nigerian brings shame to us all. |
malton:Really? They should allow the indigenes to rule themselves for a change. Nassarawa has Eggon and Tiv people I think. |
700 plus terrorists have just graduated from Rehab centre all forgiven of their crimes to humanity. What other kinetic approach does Sheikh Gumi want? |
The prodigal sons at work! May God save him and others in their net. |
fyzaila:According to a report online, she claimed that she was owing Opay, so the money was deducted as a repayment. Only Opay can confirm that. |
Wow! Impressive. So it's not only Tolu Complex. Great improvement in Lagos public schools from the 2 shift system of the 70s to the Jakande schools and now this. It's been a great move no doubt. Kudos to Gov. BOS who has built solidly on the foundations laid by his predecessors. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 |
Dreal1247:According to the Borno governor, the market had been officially closed for years. They knew bandits go there. The 15 year old bandit arrested recently also confirmed that that was where they went after killing the General. That's why the Army Chief said the civilians who were there are equally guilty. |
And they're about to release 700 "repentant " terrorists. Hmmm! |
Amazing! |
Thank God for that. Hope their victims will get justice. We don't want to hear repentant anything this time around. People have suffered too much. |
Very sad. May her soul rest in peace. God's comfort to the family. |
Will they allow the military to deal with their "prodigal sons" the right way instead of trying to rehabilitate hardened criminals only to end up recycling them? If the war was taken to them directly from the onset as was done with the Maitasine group years ago, they would have been long gone. Unfortunately, the same Arewa elites seemed to be against that. Anyone who touches them fights the North. We dey siddon look. God help us. |
StaffofOrayan:That has always been their priority! |
Bad news again! The Airforce should coordinate more with NA. If at the point of attacks, they're immediately available to provide support for the Army and terror for the marauders, the large number of the terrorists will have no meaningful impact. Rather, they'll die in large numbers. That will serve as a deterrent. The Army was too exposed in Benisheikh based on the analysis I read. It's so painful that the terrorists were able to kill the General and his soldiers. It's so sad that we're losing so many soldiers. The most annoying thing is that when the murderers are caught, they're "rehabilitated" and released only for many of them to return to the bush. Jihad is a thing of the mind. It can't be "cured" by a few months of talk and chop in a camp. I saw one of them in rehab centre boasting about the number of people he had killed in a recent documentary. Shouldn't he be tried for murder? So heartbreaking! |
He is working hard to please his sponsors. Yorubas are more focused on performance. Religion is secondary. Faith is personal. |
Another way of fuelling corruption! |
The killers will be forgiven and rehabilitated since they are "our brothers" while the victims lives are ruined. No farms or others means of livelihood, no homes. Just wasting away in IDP camps. 😥 |
Truly, airport processes are now smoother. No more begging for dollars and unnecessary delays and harassment. |
