xxxx999jon: its only when or if you have not been to other states that's why you can give yourself the excuses listed up there.. I can tell you more things that are more than those normal denominators you listed there.. Because all that is everywhere in the country.. Slits only a poor mind that does whataboutsm, like I told you before I don't do that.. If you keep on looking at those you are "suppose" to be better off.. They will leave you behind in development and progress. The act of every trade and service been unionise is keeping businesses development in Ibadan especially, also trade union.. I can't go and sell my house now and start trading let's say beans and in the market it's sold for 50k per bag.. Because I av excess money.. I can't go their and sell for 45k per bag.. The union will kick against me. I can't be a very skilled barber with current styles and one old school barber down the street.. I must charge same amount or more than him.. Even tho I want to reduce mine to get more patronage.. That alone kills nothing less than 60 percent of goods and services business in that city. I know that city like the back of my hand.. If nothing urgent is done forget it. It's just a civil servant state. Hmmm! This marketer union thing is one of the reasons why things get very expensive. Some Obas have tried to insist on free markets to reduce prices in their domains and it worked. |

The point really is that Iranians have diverse people and culture. Some prefer to be called Persians as they were formally known.
Muslims are in the majority but there are Christians and those that practice the old faiths like Zoroastrians.

That's why men are different.
Anambra Billionaire Arthur Eze donated 1billion to IBB Presidential library during IBB's birthday last year and he publicly thanked IBB for making many of them billionaires at that time and said it without apology that sir: you made us all, thank you.
But here is a small boy like you talking about what he knows nothing about aside the edited and revised testimony they told you, kontinu You clearly do not know her story. She's from a wealthy background and schooled abroad from a young age. Back home, she worked in IMB, which was in the blue glass house opposite today's Atlantic city by Akin Adesola on VI. It was one of the prime merchant banks back then. She later opted to go into fashion. She's not the regular tailor. She was in the mould of today's top designers which is why she caught the attention of Maryam, IBBs wife. Read up on how she struggled to ensure that she made a success of the opportunity given to her compared to many men who never made use of the oil blocks alloted to them. She's indeed a strong, resilient and diligent woman. God bless her much more. |

babtoundey: Three bedroom apartment for 350/450k in Agodi
How is that possible?
I guess there is no water and other facilities Water flows through the taps. It's a big fenced compound plus covered garage space. The thing is that the owner who is elderly, lives upstairs and is more concerned about her peace of mind. The current tenant is peaceful but not buoyant enough to pay more. It's a quiet environment too. |

Education › Re: Kaduna Polytechnic Students Denied Entry Over ‘Indecent’ Dressing During Ramadan by delpee(f): 9:27am On Mar 16 |
I don't see anything wrong in their dressing. Extremists are just trying to impose their own values on everyone.
Criminalising Sharia may be extreme because it's already an instutionalised culture among a large population in the country. Moderation as was done before is key. Religion is a thing of the mind. You can't stop people from holding firmly to their faith but they shouldn't force others to toe their path. As of today, the regular Courts will not allow Sharia to be enforced on non Muslims.
Sharia Law can apply to Muslims strictly. The challenge that we have is that overzealous enforcers will always overreach their boundaries. Some Muslims in the SW apply Sharia laws in their personal affairs without affecting others negatively. We also have our own culture with functional Customary Courts. It's a different ballgame in the North. I know that's why people are worried. |

I guess it's the catholic that observe the lent period, abeg make Una enlighten me of the category of Christians, or denominations that also observe the fasting at this lent period. For some, (Muslims) they think it's all Christians that follow fast this period of lent, which i know it's not so. Somebody enlighten me pls . The old Churches observe lent. Catholics and Anglicans in particular. The Pentecostal Churches have chosen different fasting periods. The important thing is to remember that the Bible emphasizes the need to fast and pray. There are many examples of how people accomplished great things in the Biblical era by so doing e.g. Jesus Christ, Elijah and Esther. |

Good advice. He can use the money to pay for land over that period. Some Estate Developers allow payment by instalments. He can also save up as you suggested and use it to pay his 10% personal stake for a mortgage loan. FMBN loan at 6% is the best if he's a contributor to the National Housing Fund. |

It's not compulsory to travel by BRT. There are options like private road transport and boats from Ikorodu.
The content creator should note that she has no right to film people against their will even in public places.
This reminds me of the large number of new BRT buses burnt during End SARS. If LASG didn't replace them, it means there'll definitely be a shortage of buses. |

If it's about having enough buses at peak periods, it means there are not enough buses or it may have to do with the traffic which makes return trips slower to achieve. |
