Was INEC at their convention? If they don't find a way to reconcile all parties, PDP is doomed to fail.

She could see it as betrayal.

I see it as saving the marriage. They are grown parents. They will get over it.

My mother should be matured enough to take a pinch. She would survive it.
Your betrayal will hit her harder than her husbands. Women whose husbands are wayward place more trust and reliance on their children.
Family › Re: My Dad Wants Me To Claim The Pregnancy He Is Responsible For: Man Seeks Help by delpee(f): 8:30pm On Nov 16, 2025
It's not a good idea in my humble opinion.

It seems daddy wants to still have easy access to the maid and his forthcoming son now to be presented as a grandchild. This way, mummy will forgive her son over time and take charge of the "grandchild". The problem is that, the maid or her family will eventually speak out if she feels shortchanged along the line. Has he thought about the effect on his son's future in terms of marriage? He should be introducing himself as a baby daddy to prospective spouses when he's not? He'll just complicated his life over a matter that doesn't concern him...(if he had no sexu@l relationship with the maid.)

Daddy should send the maid away and take care of her and the baby.

Crime › Re: Bandits Kill 16 Vigilante Members, Abduct 42 Residents In Niger by delpee(f): 6:03pm On Nov 15, 2025
Razzness:
Like I said, u guys cherry pick your victims. So all the Muslim communities that were razed by bandits in Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto and the rest they are not human beings. So you want me to believe that when Boko haram took control of 8 local governments in Borno state that compromised 90% Muslim, that Christians were suffered more at their hands, or that when Boko Haram came to a village they said Muslims this side, Christians this side before they opened fire.
Yes, there are cases where Muslims are separated and allowed to go while male Christians are killed and their women and children are abducted.

If the Muslims choose not to complain when affected, what can anyone do? Some Muslim leaders see the bandits as their warriors in the forest who should not be touched. They are granted amnesty while their victims continue to suffer. How is that fair or just?

Of course, I expect that all displaced people, Muslims, Christians and traditional worshippers should be returned to their abodes with government support. We're all equal before God.

Crime › Re: Bandits Kill 16 Vigilante Members, Abduct 42 Residents In Niger by delpee(f): 2:24pm On Nov 15, 2025
Razzness:
And there are people in this country who are hell bent on making us believe in the idea of a Christian genocide when 90% of terror victims are Muslims in Zamfara, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Borno and Naira. But they will just cherry pick attacks against Christians in Benue and Plateau then turn a blind eye to every other thing
We know that both Muslims and Christians are being killed. Unfortunately, for Christians, they're permanently displaced and their burnt Churches are rarely rebuilt. Gwoza and Chibok areas of Borno had a high concentration of Christians. Many of them are now IDPs far away from home including Cameroon, their lives totally destabilised. Same for many Plateau and Southern Kaduna villages. Why are they not allowed to go back to their homes and farms? Why should strangers take over their place with no restitution from the government?

There's enough recorded evidence of all these. The NGOs and Americans who complained have been involved in helping some of the communities for years so they have documentary evidence.

Politics › Re: Bandits Sack Niger State Communities, Kill 16 Vigilantes, Kidnap Dozens by delpee(f): 11:59am On Nov 15, 2025
What amazes me is that they seem to know where the bandits are in the forests. What stops our security agencies from attacking them there?

What do they have to show for all that money? Zamfara with gold, lead and other resources should be one of the most progressive states. Unfortunately, it's always one of those at the bottom of the ladder in all kinds of indices that measure growth.

Politics › Re: Senator Ndume Laments As Boko Haram Kills Four Farmers, Sets Church Ablaze by delpee(f): 5:28pm On Nov 14, 2025
What I find baffling is that the victims often know where their attackers stay in the forests yet, it seems that security agencies only go after them after they strike. As it once happened in Lagos, preemptive strikes can go a long way.
Politics › Re: Muslims Were First Victims Of Boko Haram In Nigeria - Mahmoud Youssouf, AU Chair by delpee(f): 5:19pm On Nov 14, 2025
More like taqqiya! The Christians were the early targets. Southern Borno had a large population of Christians. Chibok, Gwoza and many others suffered greatly.

My late Uncle lived in Maiduguri and loved the place. BH sent him packing. His traumatic experience made him leave all his lifetime investments behind as he rushed down to Lagos to save himself and his family. Sad to say that it had a huge impact on his health and he never fully recovered till he died.

By the way Lagos State was not the Capital, Lagos Island was

The rest of Lagos State belonged to Awolowo’s Western Region .
It was over 99% of the Lagos State Land Mass
Yes o. Most people don’t know that the old Federal Capital in Lagos covered only the Island and minimal parts of the mainland, namely, Yaba, Ebute-Meta and Surulere.

Western Region started from Fadeyi/Mushin areas. There was in fact a Western Nigeria billboard around Fadeyi when I was younger. There was no expressway then, so we travelled to Ibadan through Ikorodu. Ikorodu road was in Western Region.

Every state has this. It's what is used when giving out bursaries and scholarships plus other benefits specifically meant for indigenes.

There's nothing wrong with it.

People should learn to do what is right. Dumping refuse everywhere and anywhere is an irresponsible act. If every home patronises and pays the registered refuse collectors instead of the cart pushing abokis, our environment will be cleaner.

AMINDA:
The current governor is simply striking "peace deals" in what he terms a non-kinetic approach with the bandits. It's nothing spectacular. It's a temporary solution. That was something Elrufai refused to do. If you claim Elrufai was the problem in Kaduna, are the governors of Benue, Plateau, Kwara, etc also the problem in their states? Or that is only reserved for Elrufai?
The topic is about Kaduna hence my response. Each state has it's own peculiar problem.

BTW I believe that Kwara governor should do better and be more proactive.

1) My family is taking it as a pain upon themselves because they know that she is taking my weakness as a strength to her because I don't talk or beat her, she has started misbehaving. This said ladies has slapped me over hundred times this year without me retaliate.
2) I started having the thought of divorce when she started misbehaving and hitting me and today when she stab me is what broke the camel back
3) No ( child) issue yet we courted for five years and the marry is one year and 8 months.
Very sad. Didn't she show signs of being violent in your 5 years of courtship?

I pray that you meet your soulmate. Someone you'll enjoy partnering with in love and for progress. Be watchful during courtship. The signals and red flags are often glaring. Don't love blindly.

Nothing bad can happen in Gambia.

Their former President that didn’t want to leave, it was IBB boys mess by Col Gwadabe that removed him and put a 27 years old J. j. Jahmeh as President. J. J. Jammeh too spent over 25 years and didn’t want to go after losing elections. All African countries, Europe and America warned him, but he refused to leave. One day, Buhari deployed our Airforce to patrol Gambia airspace, then Buhari travelled for that his 6 months medicals. It was same night that J. J. Jammeh ran away. As a military man, he understood what it means for Buhari to deploy airforce and travel, he knows Buhari has given final orders
Interesting! Reminds me of the ECOMOG years when Nigerian soldiers shined across West Africa.
