same banda her team was walloped by Japan and Spain last year
Na fans they talk, it’s bent to happened, they have seen how she plays and they feel she could hurt their team…

But I know too well that Emma Hayes will find a way out, at least they have Sam Coffey, Kobin Abert who are defensively strong in midfield.. Maybe we can borrow them Ucheibe and Abiodun at least.

Naomi Girma can also hold her own against any forward in the World.

The Zambian defence is the problem.
Wished they had the defense & Midfield to matchup with the kind of Attacking Threat they have..

In all US should carry the day considering the quality in their team all round but any slip from them Zambia can hurt them...

The ample chance is what I'm even referring to. You need to cut that girl some slack. She came in and play but your coach decided to ignore her. How is it her fault that she couldn't nail a spot?

The Ucheibe you mentioned here, do you know how many months it takes for her to get a chance? That chance even came after Randy was pressured due to the stinker Rita dropped against RSA in that AFCON. Tomorrow, we will discuss Rinsola when there is a new winger in the squad and you will still make the same 'ample chance' comment.

The same way you wrote Macleans off with just the few minutes cameo in AWCON.

The only way to justify your stance is if Otu was given playing time and she performed badly. Finito.
With the few number of game Regina has played for Nigeria she hasn’t had any bad one, even when Randy was Commending Ucheibe for her performance for Benfica, he took a long while to give her a chance in the team..!

Again I believe he wanted to phase out Rita Chikwelu, Ngozi Okobi etc from the team gradually but it took alot of time.. Regina Otu isn’t a bad player, if at her 💯 she will give what Ucheibe offers and again she’s a good passer of the ball.

Regina Otu have also been getting call ups under Randy which sometimes she isn’t available for one reason all the other.! I wish she was among the 18players right now at least she would probably get some minutes coming in for Abiodun when tired out.

The USWNT fans already worrying over Banda😂😂😂

A game I will never miss though, I really want to see how Emma Hayes keep Banda at Bay, but again Kundananji is there to hurt you too…

Prisca, Mupopo and Racheal Nuchala too, these players are very fast and physical they’re built different with their higher testosterone level.

The US better not think of Banda and Kundananji alone.!

No problem you can go and remove her and put in your own player that’s fit to be there😂😂😂

That makes sense until Macleans is brought up. Up to this point we thought Randy felt she wasn't good enough.

Either way Randy can select who he wants. Just get results sha
I smell the No.9 position been btw Asisat Oshoala, Chiwendu Ihezuo, Chinonyerem Macleans..

Rasheedat Ajibade, Uchenna Kanu, Iffy Onumonu and Esther Okoronkwo as his Wingers as the later two can play from the flank too.

If Echegini starts in AM, he might also push T Payne to the Right Flank.

The Macleans decision is out of pocket. Still doesn't make any sense to most of us if we are honest. No one could have guessed she would even be considered as alternate more less make the team. We'll probably see his reasoning once the competition begins proper, but Macleans also falls in that category based on precedent.

But like you rightly said, all we want is results. I won't query him for his decisions, he's the coach but will heavily criticise if it doesn't work out.
I don’t think Coach Randy choice of Macleans is a bad one at all, just that there are too many no.9 kind of players in team and lack of outright Wingers who can deliver excellent balls into the box 4 them to feed on..

By Picking Macleans, Randy is Probably going for Long balls over the top for the No.9 to chase down, power, pace, agility, dexterity, and fire in Paris. She can shoot and score with both legs and possesses strong aerials prowess, enabling her to also score with her head.

These qualities also made him go for her..!

Ife na Randy pikin. That makes it 4 out and out strikers on an 18 woman squad. Not balanced in my opinion.
Not Balanced to be sincere, Somebody was supposed to there on the 18players roster to back up Ucheibe & Abiodun incase of fatigue or Card threat, instead he went ahead to put her among the reserves.

Randy wasn’t going to pick another ahead of her first daughter anyway from that 4 earlier reserve players…

Nigeria’s senior women’s national team will not be short of analysis and match reading when the women’s football event of the Paris 2024 Olympics gets underway this month.

Analysis scout Poncho Serna has announced on his X handle (formerly Twitter) that he will be working with the Super Falcons at the Olympics as a performance analyst.

“I am very happy and excited to share this: during the Olympics Games I will be working with the Nigerian women’s team (@NGSuper_Falcons), in the area of performance analysis,” Serna posted. “When one door closes, a better one opens. To continue learning and enjoying.”

The nine-time African champions, who last played at the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament in China in 2008, will take on reigning Olympic champions Canada in a training match in Sevilla on Wednesday, 17th July.

This will be followed by their first match at the Olympics against Brazil on July 25. Three days later, they will face Spain in their second group game before ending their group campaign against 2011 FIFA Women’s World Cup champions, Japan.

The team is currently in camp in the city of Jerez de la Frontera outside Sevilla ahead of the Olympics.

Super Eagles defender Bruno Onyemaechi has opened up about his connection with current Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie.

In an interview with Eagles Tracker, Onyemaechi narrated how he received encouragement from people about his football career and revealed his connection with Nnadozie.

“I think it started from secondary school. And actually, this girl, Chiamaka, this [Super Falcons] goalkeeper. We went to the same school. And we played together in school. At that time, she was the only girl that played with us.” he said.

Visa issues have hindered some of the invited Super Falcons players from arriving at their camp in Spain as the team continues preparation ahead of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, France.

Tosin Demehin and Nasarawa Amazons player Jumoke Alani were not in camp due to mistakes on their accreditations.

Uchenna Kanu and Chiwendu Ihezuo are yet to have their visas with the Mexico-based forward expected to fly to the United States to join Kanu where they will both fly to Spain by Wednesday or Thursday.

Other US-based players are expected to arrive in camp on Wednesday.

I'm sure it's not about money , she want to play at higher level, PSG is big in women football..... it's like playing for Chelsea and real Madrid came calling you can't say no to madrid
Same thing we’re saying but again, Tougher Competition, Money is involved too(better Salary than what she gets at Juve..

Salary Increase and also the ability of PSG to give up two top National Teams Regular players and an additional Cash just to have isn’t a mere thing..

Irresistible offer. I would sell her if I was the Juve owner too.
I believed what triggered Onyi Echegini for the move just after 6months of joining Juve was probably the enticing Pay considering what she was getting at Juve and also the PSG hype as a bigger Club..

Because there’s no way you will just wake up one morning and chose to leave Juve when your contract is till 2026!

PSG don use Money Spoil our girl…😂😂😂

PSG still have alot to do in replacing Chawinga and Baltimore cause they only have Katoto upfront, they need two top wing forwards and maybe another alternative.. cause Lieke Martens is no longer who she used to be years ago..!

Goalkeeping, Defense and Midfield right now, PSG is very Okay but Attack is Zero! They need at least two high profile Wingers..!
