Sebastine1994:
When half of my neighbors have travelled, I am now left alone in the compound. every year it is only me who remains back, I am ashamed. I can't go home. I offended my family so much.

I was deported from South Africa for drug trafficking, my father spent all his life saving to send me abroad, I went there to do drugs,

Now I have my freedom, but my heart remains in chain, seeing my family struggling financially because of me and the failed investment on me. I am depressed because of this.

I can't call them, I don't know what to do. I may take my life if the emotional torture becomes much.

Good morning sir, please I tried as much as possible not to disturb you, but as it stands right now, I don't have any choice but to seek your assistance. Pls how can I contact you on telegram or any other means. I don't want to state my complain here because of all these mba antagonist.. Thanks sir
airsaylongcom:

So most likely you won't get an SMS for Payment Confirmation. What you need to do is to follow up your MBA contact and get them to have your investment confirmed on the system. Also get the person to have the receipt emailed to you through the system. Emailing off Receipts is currently a manual process but development work is ongoing to have that automated.

Modified
You won't get an SMS because our current SMS service provider is somewhat unreliable

If u don't know a senator, minister or kitchen cabinet of Buhari don't apply o. Nigeria has gone to the dogs. Even Npower jobs have been shared not to talk of lucrative NAF.
This is not true. Don't discourage people from applying. so long you meet the requirement and you are medically, mentally and physically fit. You stand same chance with every other person.

That night was one of the best moments of "Who wants to be a millionaire".

There was one question asked by Frank Edoho, the question was actually about his neighbor (who was a public figure). The dude just smiled, Frank was shocked when he told him that was his neighbor.

I benefited from the program as well, one time I went for the show as an audience & won "fastest finger" grin It was 20 of us @ 20k each.

Still has the congratulatory note with my name on it from MTN in my archives.
yes..you remembered correctly. I think his neighbour was Segun odegbami or a footballer who played for Nigeria. He also answered a question on the continent a particular mountain was located. Another question he answered was the name of the German stock exchange "DAX". WHAT A LOVELY NIGHT

They also don't believe in salvation through Jesus Christ. No rapture as far as they are concerned. The concept of sonship of God thru Jesus Christ is unacceptable to them. Etc etc
on the contrary.. Muslims believe in th3 2nd coming of Jesus Christ to kill dajal and save the world from antichrist. That Jesus didn't die but was raised up to the heaven and come to complete his mission in his 2nd coming

thanks alot for the explanation but I don't think what they said while killing the ram was just bisimillah o... I think its more than that... the sentence was long like a prayer but I don't understand it because its Arabic language.

can you please tell me the full prayer in English. Thanks A lot again.
Bismillahi Allaahumma minka .. in the name if Allah(O Allaah, from You) means this sacrifice is a gift and provision that has reached me from You. Laka (to You) means, it is sincerely for You alone.
Religion / Re: Should Christians Share In Muslim IFTAR Meals? by demmy66: 2:18pm On May 24, 2020
Agboriotejoye:

This is wrong. Christians don't "acknowledge" Jesus Christ the same way Muslims acknowledge Muhammed.
We Christians believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, the saviour of the world who died for all mankind.
Muslims believe, Muhammad is the last prophet of God who came to guide people back to Allah. Hope you can see the difference. There's still a lot more if you want.
Do you know that Muslims believe in all the prophets and messengers right from Adam to Jesus Christ and prophet Muhammad as the last messenger after Jesus Christ.. the difference is that Muslims belief Jesus is a messenger and prophet of GOD and not a son of GOD.

That's where they stand condemned according to the bible.
You think JW's make sense to me?
Jesus Said " I am the way, I am the truth, I am the life, No one cometh unto the father except by Me(Jesus).

Now do you agree with the above statement(Which invalidates Islam)
Or you disagree(Which validates Islam)?
when moses was given thr old testament or the 10 commandment.. was moses not the way..the truth or the light to GOD?

so what is the final conclusion here please... I am very hungry and I have a salah food from a neighbor but I am a Christian... should I eat it or drink my garri in peace... I wanted to eat it but this idol shit on this thread got me very scared... I also noticed they say something in Arabic while killing the ram... please Muslim brother/sister here should kindly explain what is being said before killing the ram.

sincerely I am very very hungry but I don't want to destroy my life because of food... kindly help.
because you have asked a valid question out of sincerity and to seek knowledge.. I will help you out.. As commanded by Allah (GOD), human has NO RIGHT to kill any living creature that he/she cannot create without seeking his permission.. so the prayer Muslims offer before slaughtering any creature is to say bismillah I.e in the name of Allah.

Well, let me drop my opinion on this. i grew up in the north, maiduguri to be precise. during christmas, my muslim sxhool mates do visit me at home n eat with me ..... during sallah, though i don't go to their houses but they bring me drinks, chinchin, cakes etc in class. the only food i ve issue with is the Meat, which is gotten from the ram n its believed was dedicated to their God before slaughter...though i dnt knw how true its ....but neither those things affected my faith in Christ jesus or killed me. in fact good muslims r very nice n understanding.
I love how you have clarified false information as someone who have lived in the north.. for this reason, I will furnish you with reason why Muslims slaughter animals as sacrifice as it can be found in the bible and Quran.

This story is in both the Book of Genesis and, with some interesting variations, the Quran. In the story, Abraham receives a shocking injunction from God: He must offer his beloved son as a sacrifice. As a devoted servant of God, he agrees to obey and takes the child to Mount Moriah to slaughter him. At the last moment, God, satisfied with Abraham’s devotion, saves the boy by sending a ram as a substitute.

The point of the sacrifice is to kill something dear to man as an offering to the divine, as Abraham was prepared to do, serving as a reminder to followers of Islam not to become preoccupied by their possessions or lose sight of their spiritual compass.
As Allah says in the Qu’ran. “It is not their meat, nor their blood, that reaches GOD. It is their piety that reaches GOD. The sacrificed animal is cut into thirds: one portion is given to the impoverished, another to friends and relatives and the last retained and eaten by the family.

Wait.. What!

You need the moon to stop fasting?? Didn't know that shocked
What if something happens and the moon doesn't show for the next 7 days undecided
the Islamic month or year is counted by the complete rotation of the moon in a month which is either 29 or 30 days.. hence Muslims follow the lunar calender unlike the Gregorian calendar which is the solar calendar where the sun completes it's cycle in 30 or 31 days in a month.. if Muslims doesn't sight the link on on the 29th or 30th day.. the new month automatically starts after the 30th day..

Car Talk / Re: Are Gear Problems Not Fixable In Nigeria? by demmy66: 9:31pm On Aug 18, 2019
greenhulk:

Like I said, it depends on the level of damage. Sometimes the problem is just a simple valve or filter or ball check. I had a serious transmission issue that almost made me change my transmission last October but suprisingly it got fixed and till now still going strong, in fact better than when I bought the car. I have traveled from Lagos to Ekiti to and fro 2 times, many trips to ibadan and saganu and transmission is still going strong. I also introdoced someone with same car as mine, working well. And before mine a Lexus rx300 had an issue that had been termed condemned and since last August after fixing it's still working. So I think it all depends on the level of damaged. If a transmission is not burnt, it can be fixed.
gpod evening.. my lecus rx 330 is having transmission issue. Pls can you help me with the number of the person who fixed yours. thanks and how much did you spend to fix it.. grateful

This narrative is not complete.. I find loop holes in the report..
1. except the soldiers on mufti called for back up after identifying themselves and the police still man handled them, there is no way a soldier on mufti will bear fire arm..

2. if the soldiers did not call for back up, the the police should be held responsible for the stray bullet
