The best way to have your drivers and files intact is to upgrade. Windows 7 will migrate everything from vista but you have to know the upgrade paths.

There is no direct upgrade path from XP to Windows 7. Back up all your files and do a clean install.

the reason i said it was not designed for windows 7 is that from the manufacturer web site WINDOWS 7 is not listed

hence the problem

why try to force it when you know that the pc wont give you the best out of windows 7 becoz the pc is meant for VISTA  and below
